Both of my daughters attended Busy Bees over the past 4 years and both have had a great experience. I have been impressed with the caring and nurturing attitude of the staff. They really took the time to engage with my children, help them settle in and enjoy their time there. There were always lots
of games and toys available with reading, exercise classes and arts and crafts. There is also a large outdoor area. You get regular updates through the app with pictures of your child and if I ever phoned the staff were happy to help. My children made friends who they are now at school with. Many of the staff who looked after my older daughter were still there to look after my younger daughter across the period. The staff are approachable, kind and diligent with many having years of experience and appropriate qualifications. The setting is secure and safe. I'd recommend Busy Bees to other parents for its high standards of care.

My daughter has just started in the baby room at Busy bees and although she only does one day a week, the staff have been brilliant helping her settle. The staff in the baby room are excellent members of staff who really care for the children and I enjoy getting regular updates throughout the day of
what my daughter has been doing.

Such a brilliant nursery. My child has thrived and made such big steps since joining here; they love all the staff that they have come into contact with. The management team work so hard to make sure the nursery is running at its best with the children always at the front of their thoughts. The best
decision we made sending our child here.

Excellent nursery with fantastic, friendly and caring staff.
I wouldn't choose anywhere else.
Always clean and lots of different activities each day. Really good food variety, and love the updates via the app so I can see how my child is getting on throughout the day.
All the children always
seem very busy, and the staff are so good with the children.

Our daughter loves her time at Nursery. She has recently transitioned from the baby to the toddler's room, and under the current circumstances, they have made it as smooth as possible.
The communication during lockdown was amazing, especially as a key worker who still required childcare. Regular
updates about how they were operating, and what capacity they were running at was really appreciated and helped put our mind at ease during an already stressful period.
I could not recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter settled before lockdown and has re-settled in this week. The girls have been great and we’re so so accommodating for us during lockdown and the change of days and hours. I have no bother leaving her and they’ve listened to my needs. Thank you! I would recommend Busy Bees Portishead
definitely.

My daughter has only been at the nursery for 1 week but it feels like longer. The staff are great at communicating and making me feel relaxed when dropping her off. I receive good updates about how her day has been and what she has done during the day. Even when she had settling in days, the staff
were all very nice and her key worker is great! Would definitely recommend this nursery!

My daughter absolutely loves Busy Bees in Portishead. She took some time to settle as she had only ever been home with me but the staff were so supportive to both of us. Now she runs in without looking back. I can’t recommend this nursery enough. All the staff are so approachable, kind and the
feedback is always available on pick up, which to me is so important.

I was nervous about my daughter going to nursery as she has cerebral palsy and I just wasn’t sure how her needs would be met. I really had nothing to worry about with Busy Bees. Every need my daughter has, has been accommodated...special chairs/table, special shoes, glasses, eye patches...the staff
even take time out to train with my daughter physio.
Not only are they amazing with my daughter's additional needs but they awesome at keeping me updated with how she’s been doing developmentally. They share photos, paintings etc... they are always doing new and exciting things.
The staff at Busy Bees also care about me. Nothing I have asked has ever been too much trouble, in fact there are times when they go out of their way to help and support me. Sending messages in their own time, showing support and care.
Most of all though, my daughter is genuinely loved. Her key worker is affectionate and loving towards her and my daughter loves her too.

Our 2 and a half-year-old son is enjoying his days in Busy Bees in Portishead! Every morning, when he wakes up, even if it is weekend, he asks if he can go to nursery! We are very pleased with the team and environment! Highly recommended!

My youngest daughter has been attending Busy Bees for the past year and we have had such a positive experience. She loves going into nursery and comes home really happy. She has developed great bonds with the staff which is great to see. The range of activities and meals they provide is a real
benefit and the generous outdoor area is an extra bonus too!

Highly recommend Busy Bees as a nursery, the way they handled the closure and reopening of the nursery and the communication and flexibility with parents has been amazing. The manager and team have worked so hard to get things back to as ‘normal’ as they can for the kids whilst adhering to the COVID
measures.
The team are all so friendly and the kids love them. I can go to work each day, knowing my girls are in safe hands and absolutely love it there.
Highly recommend Busy Bees.

My son has attended the nursery since he was 6 months old! The girls have been extremely caring and catering for both my son and us as parents.
He enjoys coming into nursery and it's great to be able to leave him knowing that he's being well looked after.

Busy Bees nursery have been great with my daughter and have been very patient and understanding with her needs. For example, making sure they quickly get her headphones if the room gets too noisy for her, as well as understanding she likes her space and independence. The staff are also always
friendly and smiley when we arrive. My daughter has a good relationship with the staff and is always excited to see them.

Busy Bees is an amazing nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It's obvious that the children's happiness and well being is put first. The staff are amazing. Ever since my daughter started, she has loved it. Even after lockdown, after nearly 70 days away, she rushed in happily,
glad to be back and came out smiling, full of news. She's there for another year before she starts school, and I couldn't be happier.

The team at Busy Bees are amazing, the investment seen in the facilities, rooms, gardens and equipment in recent months has been so great to see.
Actively listen to parents and involve them in their plans, seeking feedback and ways to improve.
I have both my children there and they love it.
The
way they have handled the COVID crisis has been outstanding, while other nurseries haven’t kept parents up to date Busy Bees have. The way they have managed the return and the measures in place has been terrific. The flexibility and understanding towards parents is second to none, no retainer fees or minimum days/dates to return by unlike others.
They have such a varied menu with an onsite chef, which is a great benefit. Regular feedback and consultation with parents on future menus too.
Highly recommend the team at Busy Bees.

The thing I love most about Busy Bees is the lovely caring people that work there. They do a fantastic job and I always feel happy leaving my children there. They teach them so much as well as always doing fun activities! Highly recommend.

Busy Bees is a fantastic nursery, our son has loved every day there and is always happy at drop off and pick up. The staff are always warm and polite and really seem to care. They have great facilities with plenty of outdoor time and classrooms that are well-appointed and kept. I cannot recommend
them enough!

My son first joint last year when he was 2-years-old. I am really happy with his overall development. He is always happy to go to daycare at Busy Bees in Portishead. I love how happy he is at the end of the day when I pick him up. Even at times he did not want to go home because he enjoy it so much!
I definitely recommend my friends and family to find out more about Busy Bees. Their management is very well organised, communicate well with parents/guardians, excellent safeguarding as well (I remember the nursery called to double-check when my parents-in-law went to collect my son).
