We are very happy with the care out LO receives at Kiddi Caru. He's always happy to be there and I can see the care, attention and support the whole community is given. The nursery staff are so lovely to my LO, me and my partner and I always feel listened to when I have questions.

The nursery team are all lovely and caring. Everyone knew my son's name from day 1 and they were all very welcoming, even when he was crying at drop off. We really appreciate the feedback on his day and the regular updates on the app.

My daughter has been attending since she was 9 months old. She had no problems settling in. Staff in the baby room sent regular updates, which was nice to see.
She is now in the toddler room where she has, again, settled with no issues. And have lovely updates from this team too.
The manager is
always willing to accommodate any extra sessions where possible and nothing too much trouble.

Absolutely amazing nursery and our daughter loves it here. She settled in quickly and all the staff are fantastic and very friendly. The nursery has great rooms and lovely outdoor area and we also love the events and activities the put on. The app is really useful and well-updated throughout the
day. The management are always very helpful.

The lovely staff at Kiddi Caru have been amazing from the day our daughter started. They have helped her settle in to pre school (sunflower's) and supported her with her development and any additional needs.
Since being here they have created a support plan for her, supported with her ASD
assessment, and are applying for an ECHP. They have embraced her and I feel happy that she is going to have a lovely day full of 'cuggles' play and learning each time I drop her off which is so lovely. Her confidence, speech, and communication has come on so much and I'm sure it has a lot to do with her interaction here. There's an amazing garden and so much for them to play with it's fab. I cannot thank the staff here enough - absolute stars I would recommend 100%.

This is a warm and caring nursery with great facilities and strong communication. Our little boy settled in fast and is keen to be there. It's one of the few nurseries in the area that provides longer days and year-round care. They've been flexible with additional days when we've needed them. The
food is healthy, varied and cooked on-site by a staff member who has been at the nursery for decades. Communication from staff is excellent, with updates at pick-up, information on the app and calls where there are immediate concerns. The whole nursery has just been refurbished, and it looks really smart. The outside space is particularly impressive for the preschool children.

The staff are excellent, and we're very happy with the care and early years education that our child is receiving. The only things stopping me from giving them five stars are the outdoor/garden spaces could do with further work (there's no grass and little in the way of plants etc.), and more trips
to the park or out in the community would be beneficial too, I believe.
I feel the nursery and children would greatly benefit from these changes.
But I want to reiterate that we are really happy with the choice we have made and would recommend 'Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Brislington' to anyone living in the area.

Since starting nursery, our daughter has flourished!
We cannot thank the staff enough; they are incredibly supportive and approachable.
Every time we collect our daughter, they fill us in on how her day has been, and they also regularly update the app during the day.
It is a sign of a great
nursery when your child comes home and immediately says "more nursery"!

We have been at Kiddi Caru Brislington for 3.5 years and we couldn’t be happier. The management go the extra mile to make sure all our needs are catered for, the staff are passionate about early years and the kids always look entertained and stimulated. We highly recommend this setting!

Ever since my daughter started school she lacked in confidence and her learning was good but could have been so much better. Being born in COVID she didn’t have much trust within people but the first day of nursery yes she cried but doesn’t every child leaving there parent for the first time, within
the first few months the girls that look after her had seen such a change, within a few months my daughter's vocabulary had tripled and her confidence had grew massively, the colleagues and the manager should be super proud of the confidence and happiness they bring to the children because I certainly know that my daughter has never been happier and absolutely is thriving in her learning environment. You have a brilliant nursery and I would recommend to anyone looking for a nursery that the staff has so much care within their heart, my daughter looks forward to going to nursery and looks forward to seeing everyone there so thank you for making my daughter thrive in her life.

Our daughter enjoys her time at Mama Bear's Day Nursery and has made some lovely friends. All of the staff are always friendly and approachable and happy to talk about our daughter's day and what she has been doing. They seem very engaged with the children even if they are in different classes. The
food is cooked on site which our daughter loves and the cook is great too and very much part of the team.

Lovely place for children, my son has been here since he was 1 and he's now 3, he loves it every day, met some really good friends. The staff adapt to your needs with a friendly approach. Wonderful nursery. My son is very happy here in the babies room. Working really hard to deal with difficult staffing shortages across the nursery sector also.
My son gets up to lots of interesting things and enjoys the food, toys, activities and staff.

What appears to be extremely poor recruitment management has led to children being kicked out of nursery just days before the Xmas holidays, leaving parents with no child care and no way to make new arrangements before their return to work once the holidays are over.
Staff at Brislington were
otherwise friendly, however, our son was sent home for approximately five out of the twelve weeks he was there due to vomiting and diarrhoea. Not sure if that is common for children joining nursery after being in isolation or if it is a hygiene issue. Still had to pay for those five weeks of course.
