The setting has been perfect for my son and daughter. The staff truly care about each individual child and fosters their inquisitive nature. I cannot recommend Sanpd5ragons highly enough.

My two children have attended Snapdragons Nursery Grosvenor. They were babies. The staff are always caring, attentive and fun. My children love the staff. They have a yummy, healthy and wide variety of food. They tailor activities to support my children's needs and are great at communicating. Highly

Both my kids went here. Staff are great. The kids love it. Timing is convenient, as is location. Had help with all the forms and timings for early years funding. Recommended by me!

Started our daughter going to Snapdragons in September 2021, and she absolutely loves it. She is always so keen to get in! The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

My son (now 14-months) started at Snapdragons in Nov 2021 while Covid restrictions were still in place, but we have since been able to start coming in for pickups and parent events, and it's such a lovely place. My son has settled so well and is really thriving. We had a gentle, unrushed settling in
period. He plays independently there, which at his age, shows how safe and secure he feels there. The staff are proactive and friendly, lots of updates and emails. The facilities are wonderful, with a lovely outdoor garden and plenty of fresh air, tyres and climbing things. The staff help the children celebrate special occasions; they do lots of painting and drawing, messy plays, sensory play, baking and cooking. Everything is child-led, and the staff do scaffolding for existing skills. He really loves it there and has a set routine, which he enjoys; he loves his food there and naps well.

Our daughter absolutely loves the time she spends there. She has come on leaps and bounds in the rising 3’s group.
She enjoys the activities that she gets to do here. From arts and crafts, yoga to Easter eggs hunts and more.
They have a varied meal selection cooked onsite freshly. Most of which
gets gobbled up, however, not all of it goes down well, but it offers new and different options.
She has a great relationship with her key worker, and we get good open communication about progress.

Given the current circumstances (ie social distancing, bubbling, extra cleaning etc), they are doing an excellent job. Our daughter comes home well-fed, having a choice of good food and happy after doing a range of activities. Menu and play choice are varied. We have only experienced this nursery
during the pandemic, so have not set foot inside during this time. Hence it is very hard for us to make absolute statements and impossible for us to know what "normal" is for this nursery. The staff are positive and are great with the kids. They have an online portal - parent zone - but hardly use it to share info with us. This is a real shame (particularly in lockdown) and we know other nurseries do more in this regard.

My son started at Snapdragons Grosvenor during lockdown, which made it hard for us since we could not see all the facilities. The staff made it really comfortable for us and we felt completely reassured he was in safe hands. He settled in immediately and loves his time at nursery. The quality of the
food is excellent, we can't quite believe the range of foods he eats there that he often refuses at home (e.g. broccoli!). I would 100% recommend this place to all parents, the children are in safe, happy hands.

Excellent nursery, extremely well run, with friendly and helpful staff. Our child really enjoys going and loves his key worker. Looking forward to restrictions being lifted so that we can come inside!

Our son has attended Snapdragons Grosvenor for over 2 years now. Not only has he formed some lovely relationships with other children and staff, he absolutely can't wait to be dropped off each morning. We cannot fault them at all and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Fabulous nursery run by fabulous people who really care! They put all their time and effort into everything they do and make both the parents and children feel understood, looked after and secure. Throughout Covid-19, the nursery has been nothing but reassuring and patient, and the children seem
happier than ever with all the changes! My little one always asks to go back in when it's pick up time, so what more can I ask for as a parent!

Upon moving to the area, we were keen to find the perfect setting for our child. We viewed 5 places with Snapdragons being the 5th. If they were the 1st, we wouldn't have viewed any more - instantly perfect.
Both our girld attend Snapdragons and experience a wealth of opportunities through day
trips, messy play, forest school, pretend play etc.
I have never once known them not want to go and sometimes cry if they can't go.

We are very happy with the care our son receives at Snapdragons. The staff are great with him and make him feel at home.

I have been impressed from the start to the very last day. The people are amazing and I believe really take the time to build friendships with the children and parents. They are flexible and help with changing days off if it's needed, which is useful for working parents. The activities are great and
my little boy has been very well prepared for school. Choosing Snapdragons was the best decision I made, I love them and would recommend them to anyone.

My first child attended Snapdragons Grosvenor, leaving in 2017. Our experience was so wonderful, that there was no question where we'd send our second child when he started in 2016. The nursery has recently changed its manager and though we thought things would never be the same without the original
manager, we've been delighted to experience equal amounts of satisfaction. The staff are always welcoming, ready to tell an exciting story of the day about your child, provide wonderful meals, high levels of care and education. It's not our closest nursery but by far it's our favourite. Our boys (and we) love it.

I was extremely nervous to leave my daughter in nursery on my return to work but I needn't have worried. My husband and I were immediately put at ease during the settling in sessions whereby we were introduced to our daughter's lovely key workers and met with the other staff in babies. On a daily
basis, we are met with amazingly friendly staff and a daughter who is happy and content from a day of lots of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and hope it continues.

My little girl has just started at Grosvenor and at the age of 6 months. It is tough leaving her but the staff have been welcoming, supportive and so kind. She is always happy when we collect her and she has already been given so many new experiences and opportunities. We love the online parent zone
so we can see exactly what she has been up to. We are very happy.

My oldest child is about to finish his Snapdragons journey after three years. He’s spent time in the baby, toddler and preschool rooms. I’ve got nothing but the highest praise for the staff, the management and the overall experience.
I'm now confident in the knowledge that he can head off to
school a happy, confident and well-rounded child.
