My son has been attending since he was 10 months old, and I have absolutely no faults whatsoever. He is thriving, and I'm so happy to see his continuous progress and growth. The staff maintain excellent communication and always attend to all of my son's needs. Thank you very much for all your support, care, and patience!

Thank you to the wonderful team at the nursery. My son is showing some traits that may be on the autism spectrum, and the support and understanding he has received has been amazing. The environment is calm, patient, and encouraging, and I can see how much it has helped his communication and learning. I also really appreciate how the staff have adjusted the environment to meet his needs, including offering special toys, sensory resources, and activities that he truly enjoys. These thoughtful adaptations have made a big difference in helping him feel comfortable and happy. A very special thank you to Melissa and Tanya. They have supported not only my son, but me as a mom, always taking the time to listen, offer guidance, and reassure me. Their kindness and understanding have meant so much. I am truly grateful.

My Grandson has attended Nursery since he was 10 months old and he's now 4 years old. The Nursery is well run by very experienced staff, who are absolutely brilliant. They show compassion, understanding, kindness, gentleness and knowledge of trauma needs. ALL the staff are amazing and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They show compassion to children and their parents. My Grandson is thriving and I am dreading when he moves to Reception school next September. I am very happy with all the staff that look after my son at nursery. He is very happy there and also happy with all the activities they do and range of meals they have. The app is updated throughout the day so I know how many times he has had his nappy change and what he has eaten. Thank you

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spring Milecross to any prospective parent. My son has been through all 4 rooms now, from a baby to a preschooler, and the staff in each and every room have really gotten to know him, have built such strong relationships with him, and have tailored his support to his needs. I can tell just how much the staff value and respect my son as a little person, and that they like him for the little person that he is, which is exactly what you want from the people caring for your child when you can't be with them. We've also experienced some challenges as a family, and every member of staff who supported us through these challenges, from the management team to the room staff, went above and beyond, and showed us such kindness and compassion. Everybody is so approachable, friendly, and non-judgemental, and they really take the time to listen. My son has absolutely thrived at Spring Milecross, and it's made me so happy to see how much his confidence has grown.

Ever since my little one has started nursery everyone has been great. Very attentive to his needs specially as he has ASD they've been very understanding. Also very supportive in helping with support for his needs and looking at the right areas to help with his improvement.

From the very first day, the staff have been nothing short of incredible. They've gone above and beyond in every area to make sure my daughter felt safe, happy, and nurtured. What's really stood out is how much they genuinely care. It's not just a job for them, they've taken the time to really get to know her, build her confidence, and support her as she's grown. I've watched her come out of her shell, build lovely friendships, and get so excited about her days at nursery. They've also done an amazing job preparing her for the transition to reception and 'big school'. From helping her get used to routines, to encouraging her independence, and giving her the tools she needs both socially and emotionally. I feel so reassured knowing she's more than ready for this next step. The communication with parents has been brilliant too, we're always kept in the loop, and it genuinely feels like a partnership. I can't thank the team enough for the love and dedication they've shown.

My daughter started here in January 2023 and we are going to be sending our 2nd here. This nursery has been faultless and absolutely excellent. My daughter has loved it since day one, she is desperate to go in the mornings and doesn't want to leave. The staff are so friendly and polite and excellent with the children. The proof is in the pudding when upon arrival at the end of the day all the children are so happy and bubbly and don't stop talking about their day. You are all excellent and you do an amazing job, you should be so proud! I have always recommended Spring Milecross to everyone and I will keep on doing so.

Absolutely amazing staff and nursery setting in general. My little one loves going, has not had any issues and settled in so well. He's not been here long but he's come out of his shell so much his behaviour at home is loads better and that is thanks to the nursery environment. He absolutely loves all the staff and children, he's always talking about the nursery which is lovely.

My little girl started here when she turned three. I was always made to feel very welcome from the day I came to view the nursery. My little one has always been very shy and not wanting to communicate very much. However, since starting the nursery has really helped in bringing her out of her shell. She has slight delays in things for her age, such as potty training, but the nursery have always been very understanding and helpful. All the staff are amazing. I wouldn't want her to go anywhere else.

An absolutely brilliant little nursery that cares so much for the well-being and learning of its pupils. My son has been attending since 2022 and has been thoroughly enjoying his time here, he has some developmental delays and higher needs than that of the same little ones his age however the nursery has gone above and beyond to give him support and make sure there is support in place for when he starts school next year. I couldn’t thank this nursery enough for everything they have done for my child, thank you!

My daughter has recently started at Spring and what can I say other than they have been nothing short of incredible from the start! My 16-month-old daughter has Cerebal Palsy and is PEG fed so I had been extremely anxious about finding the right nursery for her. After visiting a few I could clearly see that Spring was the best option for her. The staff have been exceptionally welcoming from the start and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They have gone completely at my daughter's pace and have always had her best interests at the front of their mind. They have even completed additional training for elements of her care. Despite my daughter's differences, they have always treated her as just another one of their children that has exactly the same wants and needs as all of the other children; to feel safe and be accepted and loved. The staff really care about getting to know my daughter and doing everything that they possibly can to help her settle in. Thank you so much for everything.

Well organised, thoughtful gifts etc on starting nursery for me and my son. Understanding of his settling-in needs which he has found difficult. Lovely key worker. Communication has been sometimes very good and other times a bit limited but this has improved since I asked.

My son is in the explorer's room and the staff have been wonderful since he joined in June 2023. Since joining, he has developed hugely in terms of his walking, talking and eating. The staff have been brilliant, caring and attentive and give detailed updates at each pick up as well as throughout the day via the app. I am very grateful for the care they give to my son. They have made it much easier for me to return to work.

Our son attends the explorer's room. Very satisfied with the care of the staff and management. Professional, very experienced, polite, and keep us up to date with everything! They have been very supportive of our son, who is bilingual and had a huge transition (from another country, a new language, and completely different caregivers). He has settled in nicely, has become very "chatty" in both languages and seems very safe and happy with the staff. Thank you!

My daughter has been coming since September/October 2021. It's been lovely to see how she has progressed since she has been at Spring Mile Cross and has made some lovely friends along the way; she loves going and enjoys going outside with her friends! All the staff are lovely, and my daughter has made a lovely bond with the staff members, and they are always there to speak to if you have any problems.

Absolutely lovely nursery - very patient and friendly. My son was hesitant at first and didn’t want me to leave, but after a few weeks, he was running in and waving bye to me - he absolutely loves it! Great nursery!

What a lovely nursery, they’ve done brilliantly with my daughter, who’s two. She goes two days a week, and each and every staff member is so kind, caring and understanding. They’ve done brilliantly to settle my daughter into the nursery as quickly as they have. On collection, all the staff are friendly and have time to chat with me about her day. The children always have smiles on their faces. The manager has also been very helpful with my home life/change of circumstances and has supported me with advice. My daughter has meals here and has had a variety of meals that I hadn’t even thought about doing at home, which I think is great for exploring new foods. They’ve helped and worked alongside me with toilet training my daughter too. Overall, a lovely nursery, and I am very grateful to all the staff.

Our two daughters have attended from age two and have both been really happy at the nursery. All the staff are lovely and supportive of our girls (and us!) and seem genuinely invested in our children. Thank you for all your hard work!

From the moment we viewed the nursery, I knew it was the place for my son. He has been going since January and absolutely loves it and is always so excited to go. I've noticed his speech has come on lots since starting and comes home each week learning something new. All staff are super friendly and welcoming, and truly care about my son when he is in there. I love seeing daily updates on the app and weekly pictures of what they've all been up to.
