Montagu is a lovely family owned nursery with a family feel. My son has been attending for over 3 years and is now in the preschool and he absolutely loves it, he has learnt so much and is thriving here. One of the reasons I was drawn to the nursery was because the staff turnover is low and the management have been in post for a long time. All of the staff are really welcoming and get to know all of the children, as well as offering me support as a parent when we were experiencing behavioural issues and transitions with a new baby at home. I would highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for a home away from home for your child!

MSDN has been wonderful for my little girl. The staff are very warm and welcoming and they all go above and beyond. My little one had a stutter and they were so patient with her, bringing her speech along amazingly!! There is a fabulous array of toys and resources. Overall I highly recommend Montagu Square Day Nursery for anyone looking for childcare!

My son started Montagu back in March 2023, from the beginning I have been so pleased at the top level of care and love my son receives at this nursery. All the staff are warm, patient and caring which made the whole settling-in process so much easier for us. On top of that, the staff are always open to discussing and resolving any queries we may have very effectively. My son has grown in confidence, made lovely friendships, especially close knit bonds with his key worker, and comes home excited to tell me about his day and all the fun activities and adventures he has had. The environment is clean, safe, and full of thoughtful activities that help him learn, grow, and explore. I really appreciate the regular updates with pictures and daily summaries of everything he gets up to!

From the second I walked into this nursery I knew it was the place I wanted my son to attend. The girls were so lovely and welcoming. My son absolutely loves it here. He's been here for over 2 years and every single day runs in with a smile on his face. He needs a little more help than others and I can't thank them all enough for being so attentive with him. Every single one of the girls are special to him. If you're looking for a setting for your little one literally look no further.

My daughter Rhyleigh has been at MSDN for almost 3 years now. To say that they have become family is an understatement. She LOVES going there and always asks each day if it's a nursery day. Her confidence has come on so much and they have taught her stuff that I wouldn't even think of. Rhyleigh has a limb difference and the nursery have put so much in place to support not only Rhyleigh, but myself. All the staff wear their hearts on their sleeves and will do anything to help. The nursery is very accommodating and communication is amazing. The management team are just on the other end of the phone to help you or if you just want to call to see how your child is. I cannot recommend MSDN enough and if I have any more children, I will be sure to send them there

Our little boy has been attending Montagu Square Day Nursery for over a year (since he was 1 years old) and absolutely loves every moment there. The settling in process for each class is seamless and the staff really help children and parents feel comfortable during each transition. Their communication in all areas has been outstanding. Raymond runs into nursery with a smile on his face, and leaves the same way.. which makes us feel so at ease to know how happy he is. His key workers and the staff in his class keep us updated on his development, milestones and areas of focus. He is thriving in the nurturing environment provided.. Raymond really loves the outside activities in particular. We couldn't be happier with our decision to send him to Montagu

Our daughter has been at Montagu since she was 10 months old, and we couldn't be happier with the care and love she's received. The staff are so warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child's happiness and development. It's amazing to see how confident and joyful she's become , she absolutely loves going in every day! We're so grateful to the whole team for creating such a nurturing and fun environment. Recently we have been coming home doing sign language at 20 months old!

The staff at Montagu are brilliant, always smiley and helpful and work really well with the children to support their needs and stages. They have supported our child's development and have given her so many fun and educational opportunities over the time she has been there. We have been really impressed at how they quickly picked up on the things she enjoys, tailoring activities to her likes/dislikes. The nursery has a very family/home from home feel to it which we really love.

Blake attended MSDN from approx 8 months old, it was a challenge to send a baby so little to be cared for by someone else but the staff and space felt so caring and like a home from home. Blake loved being at nursery, he made friends and learned new skills and was cared for exceptionally the entire time he was there. Blake made amazing connections with other children but also the adults all of whom remembered every child's name and have been welcoming and kind. We are very greatful for the time Blake had at MSDN and it set him up to succeed in school.

Our little one is in the baby room here and absolutely loves it. I was nervous about going back to work but the staff have been amazing and made the transition so much easier. They do lots of different activities - crafts, garden time, sensory trays etc. I love that all the staff know our little ones name and have really gotten to know their personality, even if they don't work in that room. Highly recommend

My daughter has been attending Montagu Square Day nursery for just over a year. During this time, she has grown in confidence and formed good bonds with the other children and the staff. She takes part in lots of different fun activities each day she attends which has helped with her development. The staff are warm and friendly and always give a thorough update at the end of each day. Overall, I am extremely happy with Montagu Square Day Nursery and would highly recommend it.

Great nursery, my child settled really well and genuinely loves all the staff. I like that it's an independent nursery and that the majority of staff has worked there for a long time. You can tell they all care about their work and love doing it

Our little boy (now 15 months) started at Montagu Square just before he turned 1 and he absolutely loves it. He looks forward to going in the morning, comes home happy in the evening and we get lots of photos of him enjoying lots of different activities during the day. The staff genuinely care and I love that everyone in the nursery knows his name, not just the staff in his room. My two comments for improvement is that the food can be quite sugary (e.g. biscuits for snack, brownie for pudding) but this will have to change with the new government regulations anyway, and that messy play could be messier (e.g. real leaves and natural objects rather than replicas). But a happy boy and a happy mum, highly recommended.

MSDN has been wonderful for my little girl. The staff are very warm and welcoming and they all go above and beyond. Our daughter has been at Montagu since she was 10 months old, and we couldn't be happier with the care and love she's received.
