Choosing Stars Pre-School Dogsthorpe has been the best decision for our child's early development. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly warm and inclusive. The staff are not just professionals; they are nurturing mentors who have formed genuine, high-quality bonds with the
children.
We have seen a massive boost in our child's confidence and independence. They particularly love the outdoor play areas and the creative 'free-flow' activities that keep them deeply engaged. Communication from the nursery is excellent-we receive regular, meaningful updates on progress and daily milestones, which gives us total peace of mind.
The setting is exceptionally well-led, maintaining its 'Outstanding' Ofsted reputation through a curriculum that challenges children while making learning feel like a joyful adventure. It is a safe, stimulating, and diverse environment where every child is truly valued. I just can say: THANK YOU

The nursery staff are amazing, they always go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. My daughter has been at the nursery since October 2024 and she has thrived in ways we didnt think she would, they have supported my family through personal issues outside of the nursery an Honestly it was the

The school kids are always happy. The teachers are all helpful and nice. The school have so many toys for the kids to play with and that nice. All thanks to all the teachers for taking good care of our children. God bless them all.

My baby boy has been attending nursery for just over a year now and I believe I am now in a great position for an honest review.
I must say everyone at Nursery is exceptional!!. The communication with the parents, the well being of the little ones, I genuinely cannot find fault with anything. My
little one has had a couple of different key persons over the year, due to natural occurrences such as his age group changing and people going on leave but each key person has been just as amazing as the last. I have never felt more confident leaving my son anywhere besides family but he loves the nursery so much it is an easy choice for both of us.
The activities and different events run by them give the little ones so much joy whilst making their learning experience so wholesome. They also give genuine feedback about my little one's day at the end of each day and it tells you just how much care the kids get.
Kerry is amazing, and the team she runs is just as amazing as her!!

This setting has been an absolute godsend. My daughter didn't speak a single work when she started and now mostly thanks to the staff and management she has a very good language set. She is now able to communicate and express herself to family and friends. She thoroughly enjoys going to school and
has a great amount of love for the staff at the nursery. I could not have asked for a better setting to put my youngest daughter in. I have 100% trust in the friendliness and capabilities of the ladies working here and I highly suggest this place for any parent to put their little ones in. If your looking for fun safety and education in one place then this is the only choice you should make.

My twins start last year...starting they were crying alot....don't want to go nursery...but after 2weeks they were settled down there....star nursery staff help them alot...special thanks hiba key worker simran...she's brillant.....she's take care my child like her own...my child love her soo
much....food r always healthy....they build my child confidence alot....thanks to star day nursery.....

We are beyond grateful for this nursery! It's truly heartbreaking that we have to change nurseries due to our move to a new area. I am a mother of a wonderful little boy, and I was quite anxious about sending him to nursery when he wasn't even two years old yet. However, these amazing teachers took
such great care of him.
I could see how my child was growing, how excited he was to go to nursery every morning, and how warmly he was welcomed by the teachers. I cannot express enough gratitude to them and the entire team for being there during the first years of my son's life. They taught him, sang with him, played, and comforted him when needed. They created an environment where he felt safe, happy, and loved.
A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to the whole team - you are truly the best!

My daughter started at Dogsthorpe preschool and has been the best experience for her and us who was very clingy at first and struggled. But now she has shown so much improvement that has started walking, talking lots and singing all day long and shows she loves all the staff by running to them. She
loves going in and never wants to leave and just seeing that little smile makes us so proud of all the staff. Thank you to all the staff and chose the best setting for her.

This year will be my daughter's last year at the nursery because she's going to school this September. I just want to say thank you to all the staff who've been looking after my daughter since she started nursery specifically for my daughter's key worker. She's a nice lady, really cares about her
and is really supportive of us and she's looking after her like her own kid. A big massive thank you to all of you from the bottom of my heart.

Stars Preschool Dogsthorpe is very friendly and great at catering to individual needs. I am glad I chose Stars for my son to attend, he has improved his performance specifically last few months. Staff are good and help you as much as they can. Thank you!

Cannot thank all the staff at Stars Pre-School Dogsthorpe enough! My little girl started in the newly opened baby room at 10 months old - I was nervous to leave her with her being so young, however, she has settled very well and will hold her hands out to staff to be taken to play! I'm sent photos
daily updating me on what she's doing and we can already see an improvement in her development since she's started here!
Choosing Stars Dogsthorpe has been one of the best decisions I have made & the staff are all so friendly and welcoming!

Very friendly staff. Always give a full handover of my daughter's day. My daughter has progressed really well since starting. So glad I've made the right choice for my daughter sending her to Stars Nursery.

Very pleased to have placed my daughter at this nursery. My son attended a few years back and he had the best experience and outcome possible to interact with others and experience other surroundings. I wanted my daughter to have the same experience and since she started she has enjoyed it and also

Stars Pre-School Dogsthorpe is a really very good nursery. I feel safe leaving my daughter there. My daughter is always happy going there and she loves spending time there. All the staff there are amazing and friendly.

The members of staff are amazing here, my children love attending they have made some lovely bonds with the staff and children, especially my son, he started in September and found it difficult and his bond with one of the girls is amazing, they always give you feedback and warm welcomes, I couldn't
say anything bad about this nursery, I would highly recommend, thank you.

Amazing, my little boy loves being at nursey and nursey have done everything to support him inside nursey and I couldn’t recommend enough and the manager is amazing and always there when you need to talk or have any worries, amazing staff and whole team.

I would highly recommend. The members of staff have a good approach to children. Stars Pre-school is an excellent place. Lots of interesting activities. The rooms are well equipped. My son is happy and so are we.

Stars Preschool Dogsthorpe is a place suitable for every child. Very family and nice atmosphere, an individual approach to the child. Teachers are always available, they report every day about the child. Well-equipped rooms, children are not bored.
