We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Puddleducks for our little girl. She started just after turning one, and from day one the team have been nothing but kind, supportive, and reassuring. She has learned so much, built lovely friendships, and grown so much in confidence. Thanks to the nurturing
environment, moving up to the toddler room was a smooth and happy transition, and she settled in with ease. Seeing how excited she is to go each day says everything - we couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Puddleducks to any parent.

Only been at the nursery a short while. But initial impressions:
Staff are kind and friendly.
Handovers are always thoughtful
Happy environment
App is easy to use and helpful for updates and communication
My daughter enjoys being there

We have always felt welcomed at Puddleducks and seen our child blossom there, it's wonderful to see her so supported and to see how amazing all the staff are at being there for the children and helping them grow, it must be challenging at times but they manage so well, thank you so much

Puddleducks is a fantastic place- you can tell the staff genuinely care about the children. They do well at having consistency with staff in each room and the key workers have always known my children very well. They do fun activities every day , and the communication is brilliant. Both of our
children have done so well there.

My child has been at Puddleducks for two years now since he was 10 months old. The staff have been the same throughout his time in the baby and then toddler room which has meant he has built strong positive relationships with the teams who clearly know him really well. The team pick up on how he is
feeling, his likes and dislikes and give a good overview of his day. They show pride and excitement when he learns something new and a genuine affection for him. When we've had struggles with food or speech development they've worked with us on plans to address this and offered support and reassurance.

My child has been at the nursery for many years, has been in the baby room, toddler room, and currently in the pre school room. The staff have always been exceptional and go above and beyond to accommodate child's individual needs. Communication with parents is amazing, and personable. The staff are
very approachable. My child has always been very happy to attend and safe to say, loves going to nursery! Daily activities, trips out, seasonal and occasional activities are always well thought out and inclusive.

We are new to the nursery as my son has just started in the toddler room 3 weeks ago. At first he wasn't settling too well but now he's a completely different child and loves to come to nursery and has settled so well already. The staff are so lovely and welcoming! Always giving feedback from his
day when I collect him. Everyone has made us feel so welcome into the nursery and it's such a lovely atmosphere & environment x

My daughter is in the preschool room and has attended Puddleducks since she was a baby, and our son went there too.
We cannot speak highly enough of everyone at Puddleducks and would recommend it to anyone (as we have done with a few of our friends).
The ladies there are absolutely lovely, they
seem to know every single child who attends, even the ladies who aren't in the preschool room say hello to my daughter and they still all say hello to my son when he comes with me at pick up.
We moved our son from another nursery which we weren't happy with and it was the best decision we could have made as he went on to thrive at Puddleducks.
A lovely nursery with lovely staff who genuinely care for the children, we couldn't ask for more!

Puddle Duck Day Nursery is an absolutely wonderful place. The staff are simply amazing: kind, caring, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. From day one, they made us feel welcomed and reassured, and it's clear how much love and attention they give to each child.
My daughter
Victoria is always so happy and excited to go to nursery, which says everything. She has grown so much in confidence, independence, and happiness since attending Puddle Duck. Knowing that she is safe, supported, and truly cared for every single day gives us such peace of mind.
I honestly couldn't have asked for a better nursery for her. Puddle Duck Day Nursery is a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent looking for the very best for their child.

Having experience with every room and all staff members there is not one room better than the other, they are all amazing and the staff do a fantastic job. Lauren is an amazing deputy manager as well as room lead, she is a real asset to the nursery.

I moved both my children from a different setting and both have absolutely thrived at Puddleducks! The care received is absolutely phenomenal and they know all the children so well. Communication is fantastic both on the app and at handovers. Cannot fault them in the slightest!

We absolutely love Puddleducks, both my children have been going since they are babies and it feels like our second home. We have always been made to feel welcome with open arms, and Puddleducks always goes above and Beyond. Lauren has been both my girls key worker and the bond she has with my
little ones is second to none. They trust her and they always talk about her outside of nursery. Lauren has always been amazing, if we have any requests or if we need to update Lauren on anything - nothing is ever a problem! Lauren will always have a special place in our hearts. Lauren and the girls in preschool work so hard to ensure the children have the best day, make amazing memories and have so much fun. As a mum who went back to work quickly, having Lauren has been reassuring and given me peace of mind - taking away some of the mum guilt we all experience.
