Staff are all lovely and genuinely care. Quick replies and regular updates through the day so you can always see your child is happy and having a good time. Communication when something happens (ie temperatures or unwell while at nursery) is always quick and thorough. My daughter has had a couple of minor health issues recently and all staff have gone above and beyond to keep an extra eye on her symptoms and report back. Feel very safe leaving her in their care and she loves attending.

My toddler has been going to Elan since January 2024 when he was one years old and is having a wonderful nursery experience. *Staff are attentive and professional, taking a genuine interest in the children and their personalities and needs. *The facilities are very modern and clean following a successful refurbishment. There are an abundance of role play and development activities/toys available and they utilise the studio for dedicated physical and educational activities. *Outdoor space is constantly utilised at Elan throughout the seasons with their own: enclosed and functional garden; park visits; visits to the supermarket; and visits to watch the trains which my toddler adores! *The educational and nutritional programmes at Elan are fantastic and children are engaged positively in a fun, consistent, learning environment. *Communications are made regularly and questions are answered promptly. *I would highly recommend Elan based on our positive experience.

Everyone at Elan is so friendly and kind, they do such a wonderful job of looking after my daughter. She's so happy to go there every time and I feel very confident dropping her off knowing she'll have a fun day and be well cared for. The activities are great and the updates and observations on the app are such a lovely way of staying connected. Thank you everyone!

A very well-managed and caring environment. Our son is thriving at Elan and we couldn't be happier at the care and attention all aspects of his learning and development receive. Outside clubs offering sports and yoga within the nursery day add so much to the variety of the activities.

The staff there are always so kind and understanding, and you get a feeling of them really caring for your child. They truly go out of their way to make you feel calm even in the most difficult circumstances (I can think of two in my case). Truly happy we picked this nursery.

Elan Nursery H.H. is brilliant. Our daughter has really developed at nursery. Really developed social skills. She loves nursery, on days she isnt in, she sometimes pulls her nursery gilet and backback standing by the front door to go to nursery. The staff are so lovely and we look forwards to hearing what shes been up to each day. Thank you!

The team are super personal with my child and greet him each day with a big smile and check in. They send regular updates of what he's been doing and he always looks happy and like he's having fun. Would recommend.

Our child has been at Elan since they were 10 months old and is now 3.5 years. She has always been very happy and settled, and excited to go in. The staff are all very welcoming and nurturing. Sometimes the communication or organisation isn't 100% but overall it's good and the management team do their best. Overall for us how happy our child is and the progress they have made here is what counts and is most important.

Elan has been a fantastic nursery for our son. The staff are knowledgeable, know our child well and take the time to chat through his development. He has a great time there with a variety of learning experiences and it's great that the team make such an effort to keep us informed. I would definitely recommend Elan to other parents.

Our daughter has been attending Elan for nearly 6 months and she absolutely loves it. She came from a childminders and all the staff made her transition to a busier preschool environment really easy. We can see she's come on leaps and bounds in terms of her confidence since attending the preschool and often surprises us with things she's learnt! Overall we are really happy with her whole experience.

My child started Elan Preschool in January and absolutely loves it. The day is jam packed full of activities and it's lovely to have at least daily updates on the app of what they've been doing. The staff are excellent. Very warm and friendly and mostly importantly, very engaging with the children. My daughter doesn't notice I'm there when I come to collect her she's so engrossed in what's going on! It's lovely to see!

Both my children have been through Elan Nursery and Pre-School and it has been wonderful to see how well cared for and loved they are in each setting. The staff go above and beyond for them, know them really well and every time I go to pick them up they are engrossed playing with friends or doing some creative or exciting activity or other. There is nowhere else I would send them.

My son has been with Elan since he was 10 months old. He is now almost 4 and has absolutely thrived there. He has SENCO needs and the nursery has been with us every step of the way recognising our child's needs and partnering with us to agree and implement strategies that really help him. A special shout-out to three ladies who have been brilliant.

My little one has been attending Elan nursery for the last 3 years from the age of 6 months, and we have received great care and nurturing from the staff at the Haywards Heath location. Absolutely grateful to have such a fantastic facility in the vicinity.

Elan is a really great environment for children. The staff are really attentive and spend time getting to know each child and telling you about their day. My little boy has really developed since being here. His confidence has grown and he has a lovely little group of friends who all support each other. He spends a lot of time playing outdoors and is always really excited to tell me about his day when I pick him up.

My son loves it there. He enjoys the wide range of learning activities they do and just as importantly, he has a lot of fun. Like my daughter a couple of years ago, Elan is giving my son a great head start for when he starts school in September.

Elan Nursery is just outstanding. Our youngest has been attending the nursery since July and he loves every day that he spends there. The staff are so kind and caring and really to get to know both the child and their families, therefore creating a real close-knit environment for all involved. The range of activities is brilliant, as is the food. The little day trips are fantastic too. Overall the level of care at Elan is second to none and makes us feel very lucky that both of our kids attend Elan (our eldest is now at the preschool) and have benefited from the high standards. Both my children have attended Elan since they were 6 months old. One is 17 months old and in nursery and another is nearly 4 in pre-school. Both sites are composed of excellent staff and amazing utilities. The nursery has been upgraded recently to a very modern feel. Very well recommended to give your children a great start to their early years.

My little boy is very happy at the nursery and has been since he started 15 months ago. He has strong bonds with several members of staff. They are focused on a caring developmental environment that seems to be lots of fun for him. He is a particular fan of all the dancing and singing! The food is varied and so good having a kitchen with chef to cater to them. He certainly tries a lot more different food there than he does at home. They make great use of the nearby park and woodland and also take them out on trips to the local shops and train stations. I’m happy with the updates received both at pick up and via the app. The nursery is just undergoing a massive refurbishment so looking forward to seeing the new modernised space when it’s all finished. I do wish there was a flexible option to do half days or a shortened day as I would make use of that for extra help in the week.

My child has been at Elan Day Nursery now for 1.5 years and has had a fabulous experience overall. My child struggled to settle when they first started and the staff went to a lot of effort to help and reassure my child and myself. I find all the staff very caring and especially my child’s key worker who goes above and beyond. The only disadvantage is the small outside space at the nursery. However my child goes on daily walks (weather dependent) to different places and gets to use the outside space. My child’s development has been brilliant and I put that a lot down to the nursery his language in particular has come along amazingly. I have recommended the nursery to friends.
