Our time has finally come to an end! Two very happy children have spent their pre-school years at Orchard Day Nursery. I am so grateful to the nursery and ALL the staff that have supported, cared and nurtured my children. They have loved nursery here and most importantly, I have felt my children have been in safe hands and I have been supported through this journey too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Orchard Day Nursery to anyone. Thank you all, you are truly fabulous.

We have had our two children at Orchard over the last four years and I cannot rate them highly enough. The staff have always been wonderful, deeply caring, interested and knowledgeable about our children. I can't say there have been any issues over the years, and any small ones have swiftly been dealt with and communication has always been excellent. Our oldest chid has just graduated and it's no exaggeration to say she enjoyed every single day she attended. Staff, from management down, have been consistently friendly, helpful and kind. One thing I am always struck by, at both nursery and preschool sites, is how calm and unflustered the staff appear to be at pick up, even after days which sometimes must have been challenging and demanding with such young children. I've also always been impressed by their focus and approach to safeguarding. My children learn so much there, and the support for transition into school helped so much. Well done Orchard!

This nursery is absolutely outstanding. I have two children age 1 and 3 who have been at orchard since 9 months. The staff are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond for the children and the parents. I highly recommend.

My child is on the sensitive side and I was nervous about how well she would settle into nursery. Orchard were really kind and understanding throughout her settling process. My daughter has formed lovely bonds with her key workers and now looks forward to attending nursery. The staff have all been so friendly and helpful with any individual needs. I'm so grateful to them for the kindness and care they have shown her. Thank you!

Sensitive, caring and attentive, the staff are always on hand and ahead of any issues with our little one's best interests in mind. We've had a wonderful experience so far and know our little one has a great time at Orchard. Our contact with the nursery always feels personal and management are always very quick to respond to any questions and queries.

My child, aged 3, is currently in St Luke's Preschool. Settled in very well and is happy and cared for. They love the food and activities put on. Very much looking forward to forest school. The staff post daily updates and when ever I have a question the office staff anyways answer quickly.

Both of my children have attended The Orchard Day Nursery, and I genuinely cannot fault them. The team has been superb, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the nursery to anyone. They are engaging, understanding, and provide the most gorgeous daily updates for each child through the app .. it's such a lovely touch that keeps you connected to your child's day. When I found out I was pregnant with my second, I didn't hesitate as soon as I started telling people, I was getting them straight on the nursery's waiting list. I wouldn't want my children going anywhere else. My eldest was more than ready for school thanks to the incredible preschool team, and my youngest stomps in every morning without a backward glance because he loves it so much. That's all down to the staff, who create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. The staff are simply wonderful, and the management team is just as impressive. Honestly, it's a solid 10 out of 10 from us!

Orchard Day Nursery has always been such a lovely nursery. The staff have been so attentive to my two little ones as have always helped with their transitions to the new groups from baby room to preschool. They are always so accommodating when you need to book in extra hours for your children and help your children grow and thrive. I couldnt recommend this nursery more.

All the staff are committed to the education and wellbeing of the kids. My son loves his key workers and I feel totally secure and happy that he is in Orchard's care. There are regular updates in the day through the app and I feel able to talk to every member of staff with any questions or concerns. Thoroughly recommend!

Our son has been at Orchard Day Nursery for the past two and half years, and he is now in the final room: Orchard at St Luke's. From the moment he joined, we have felt part of the most supportive, nurturing, creative and kind community of childcare professionals. I couldn't recommend Orchard Day Nursery more highly. A big thank you to all the dedicated staff who are always friendly and professional with children and parents ( and grandmothers). My granddaughter loves coming to nursery. She loves all the activities and has gained so much through learning through play activities and making firm friendships with other children. The activities give her opportunities to learn turn taking and sharing, independent work and fab group activities both on site and outings where she is able to learn about her environment. Thank you all for all the support and fun you provide my granddaughter is very happy coming

I love Orchard Day Nursery and the entire team there. We are so lucky to have our little girl there. She is very happy there and tends to have a wonderful time enjoying the wide ranging activities that they provide for the children. We couldn't be happier with our experience so far and we are only a few months in.

Our little one has been at Orchard since he was 11 months, he's now 3 and still absolutely loves it. The practitioners are incredible, so caring and creative and the management team are also amazing. I have full trust in them and what they do. Would highly recommend!

Both our children have had or are having a wonderful time at Orchard. The staff provide a stimulating, nurturing environment and really work hard to ensure every child thrives. We've had experience from the baby room up to the preschool and each stage has been a very positive experience for our children who have loved their nursery days and formed strong bonds with their caregivers. Many of the staff we met when our now 7 year old first started are still there several years later which says a lot! Management are fab too, we have had nothing but positive, supportive interactions. Also there is a nice social side for the parents which Orchard encourage with events like mothers and fathers day breakfasts. Choosing a nursery for your little one feels like a huge decision but you won't go wrong with Orchard!

My daughter (3) comes back home everyday so happy. She says she wants to stay every time I pick her up! She's made friends and has development progress is amazing to see. Communication is great, staff are fab and parents are friendly.

The facilities are good, clean, and safe, and we were especially impressed with the excellent all-day outdoor space for the preschoolers who also go to forest school once a month. The outside area for babies and toddlers, however, is on the smaller side and shared across 3 groups, which limits outdoor time. We also wish they did more off-site activities for G3 toddlers, as their room can feel a bit small. All the staff are lovely, but we would appreciate more detailed daily updates on our child's day, especially for the babies. Currently, the messages at pick up are often brief, like "Great day, ate well!" On a very positive note, the management and some key staff members are fantastic. They are always helpful with ad hoc care and quick to address any questions or concerns we have. Overall, it's a very good nursery, very good staff particularly for the preschool group.

Orchard is a lovely nurturing setting. They welcomed my youngest in the baby room and he has now graduated up to preschool and has thrived throughout. The staff are warm and friendly, and he has formed strong connections with both staff and peers. Our eldest attended a different setting and the difference has been palpable. So pleased we chose Orchard this time around.

My little boy loves his time at ODN. He is always happy to see the staff when we arrive and toddles out with a big smile on his face when its time for pick up. The team are great at providing updates during the day as well daily photos. They are very receptive to any requests we make (nap times etc.) and do their best to stick to our routine and preferences Couldn't recommend it more

Wonderful staff, great curriculum and always have our child's wellbeing at heart. Our child loves going to nursery. Thank you Orchard. Regular contact and reporting of H and S matters and safeguarding. Staff set meaningful and achievable targets. Objectives are set around our child's interest. Regular parent events IE parents eve, mother/father's day.

We couldn't be happier with Orchard Day Nursery and would recommend it to any family. The team have been brilliant from the get go and everything from the application process, the settling in days, and our daughter starting, has been fantastic. The nursery is made up of people who care about the child and their families and this comes across in everything they do. In addition to the team, the space itself is great. The rooms are large and have natural light and the nursery has made the most of the outdoor space. Our 1 year old daughter settled in quickly and we were kept up to date with how she was doing during this transition process. We are pleased with the activities she does during the day and with the food she is fed.
