My son started at Busy Bees Lewes in Oct of 2025. Although he was a little nervous in his first few weeks, he always settled quickly and I left him in the care of the staff confident that he was going to be well looked after. My son now looks forward to going to nursery and asks most mornings if he
can go to nursery. He has made a lovely group of friends, he likes and talks happily about all of the members of staff and he has formed a lovely bond with his key worker whom always goes above and beyond for all of the children. They get up to a great variety of activities both indoor and outdoors. My son is absolutely thriving here at Busy Bees Lewes.

We joined Busy Bees in April 2023 from France; our two boys didn't speak much of English, the staff were very understanding of the situation and helped the boys settling in. As month went off our boys felt better and better thanks to the carers and we soon saw significant progresses in English. We
are very grateful to Busy Bees Lewes especially since the new manager of the centre joined the team; Thank you to all the staff in the Buzz and Bumble's room.

Busy Bees Lewes is great! Friendly and professional staff give the centre a real family atmosphere. The outside spaces are a real highlight and the newly refurbished interior provides a great environment. Both my kids have had a great time there, and Busy Bees set my eldest up so well to transition
to school. My youngest is also on course for the same. Thanks team - Keep up the good work!

I have to say I am totally impressed with the activities and the friends my son has made.
However, not very flexible with the hours, for example, if I needed to swap days of when my son goes to nursery (say I just needed to swap for 1 week) this could not be provided as a service.
Also if I'm
honest the overall feeling I receive from the carers, they don't come across 100% friendly. The manager is lovely, maybe 1 or 2 of the carers I like and get on with. Would appreciate a more friendly service. Amazing activities, care and super garden though. I love the online updates!

My son has enjoyed nursery - the staff are very energetic and engaged. They monitor the child's progress and develop key skills for milestones. The staff are friendly and warm and put the child first.
There is a very social environment that my son loves, the nursery is always busy and working with
cultural holidays and seasons, like Autumn, Halloween and Mothers Day. Observations are completed regularly and reporting on children's activities are thorough. The provision of nappies, hot meals and laundry makes life much easier for parents.

We could not be more excited that our little girl goes to this nursery. From the initial phone call enquiry about this nursery to her settling in has been so smooth.
All staff are so friendly, reassuring and professional. The nursery is like a little school, it's so lovely, clean and full of
fun. The outside space is really safe and secure and full of activities. The food is varied and fresh. I love that my little girl tried new things there.

Friendly and caring staff who have always made both my children's time at nursery fun, exciting and interesting. Everyone is helpful and kind, the food is delicious. My children love going every single day and I think that counts as the best of all. Thank you all, especially the manager.

A great nursery and the staff really get to know the children. They care for the children and want them to thrive. Great faculties and outside space so they have fresh air every day.

The management and the team in pre-school are absolutely fantastic. My 4-year-old loves going to nursery. He has developed so much while at Busy Bees at Lewes and is becoming a very bright, rounded and inquisitive little boy. I thank the nursery for much of this. I am so happy leaving him there and
I am confident with everything the staff do. I can't thank them enough and as my son says, "I love nursery".

My eldest boy started this nursery at 8 months old, he was settled very quickly and loves all the activities they do, he talks about his friends and gets very excited telling me about his day. My youngest boy who is very attached to me took a while to settle in but thanks to the kind and caring
staff he loves being at nursery. The staff here are very friendly and caring.

My daughter loves going to nursery. She tells us all about her day. The staff are caring and attentive. Education is given the correct weighting and learning is made fun and varied with imaginative activities that are run.

Both of my daughters have attended Busy Bees Nursery and have had care of an extremely high quality. The staff in 'Penguins' are particularly caring, professional and highly skilled. It is clear that they have built strong relationships with the children they care for, based on warmth and trust.
They communicate clearly and in detail to parents. I couldn't be happier with the care my daughters have received!

Both our children (32 months and 17 months) are at Busy Bees Lewes, and we are delighted with the nursery. When we visited to look around, I knew this would be the one. I feel happy and reassured when leaving them in the care of the wonderful staff there, even though my son still struggles during
drop-off in the mornings. He tells me about all the things he got up to during the day, and has clearly had a great time. For me above all, I want my children to be somewhere they feel happy and secure balanced with a level of engagement and activity, and I know they get this from Busy Bees nursery and staff.

My two boys go to Busy Bees at Lewes and they love it. Their days are filled with lots of fun and diverse activities and they go out for little trips around the town. They also spend a good amount of time on learning activities. Through the parentzone I get really good information about what they
are up to and how this contributes to their learning. The staff are all excellent and ensure that the children feel settled and happy at all times. When settling my little one in recently, the staff spent lots of time asking me questions to understand his routine and needs and making sure that his first few weeks have been as easy a transition as possible. The food is also excellent and I always recommend Busy Bees when talking to other parents.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees for around 2 years and loves it. She's been through the baby room, kingfishers and now pre-school and each room caters for the age range very well. The chef prepares a very good range of food and caters for all needs such as preparing my daughter's meals separately
as she cannot have dairy.

My little girl has been going to Busy Bees Nursery for over 2 years now and there hasn't been a day she hasn't been happy/excited to go to nursery. The staff are exceptional. They are incredibly friendly and absolutely adore the children. I am very happy that I choose Busy Bees at Lewes and have

I have been very pleased with my choice of Busy Bees Nursery. My two 16-month-old girls attend the nursery. They seem to love all the different types of play. The staff are very good at listening and are attentive and caring with my babies. The flexibility of the nursery has really helped them

My daughter has attended Busy Bees since she was 5 months old. I immediately found it to be a caring and nurturing environment for my baby to be in. Now, 2 years later, she is secure, happy and flourishing in this nursery. I couldn't be happier with my decision to chose Busy Bees. I have high praise

My daughter started at the nursery in the summer when she turned two. The staff have all been great at helping her to settle into nursery life. I would happily recommend the nursery to others and I'm sure my Son will enjoy the nursery too when he joins next year.
