My little one has been at this nursery for two years now and we honestly couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing, not just the wonderful team who care for the children day to day, but also the support and management team who are always so kind and welcoming. It really feels like everyone there knows and cares about the children. They've been brilliant in helping her grow in confidence and their focus on school readiness has given her such a great start. We feel so lucky to have found this nursery!

We've been very happy with our son being here. Our son is also very happy here. Staff are all great. Would recommend anyone to send their child here. Just to say again, we are very happy and would recommend the nursery to anyone.

I would recommend Toad Hall to any of my friends and family. My son attended for two years before he started school. He was extremely happy there, made a lot of friends, had lots of fun and most importantly I felt like he was very safe there. Activities for the children were always varied and interesting and all the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I also liked that the children were served a wide variety of different foods, which my child enjoyed.

I can't recommend Toad Hall Horley enough! From the very first moment we went to have a look around, to now a year down the line, we haven't looked back! Our Son loves going, his development is down to what and how the staff interact with the children, they also keep us updated via the app with pictures and videos. The food they get is incredible, 3 main meals and 3 snacks. And if your child is like ours, there is more if required! So clean and we see the lovely lady who does this everyday, making sure we stop to say hello and thank you. All the staff are all so friendly, greeting us with a smile and good morning, taking the time to have a chat.

My wife and I have nothing but praise for Toad Hall Nursery. The staff are so incredibly welcoming, everyone always has a smile and they have helped our child settle in well there. The nursery is always very clean, and it feels safe and secure, which is what any parent would want. The daily routine is always explained nicely upon pickup, and the food menus are brilliant and provide a great variety for our child to eat. We would thoroughly recommend this nursery to others and are thankful to all of the staff there for doing such a brilliant job.

Fantastic nursery! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and great with the children. My child has been to a few nurseries and this is the best by far! The facilities are great, so much for little ones to do.

Given my children were only at Toad Hall for a few months, the staff have been so welcoming and my girls have thoroughly enjoyed their time. It’s very telling when you drop your child off and pick them up from a childcare setting whether or not it’s a place that has the children’s best interests at heart. Both my children have always been excited about going to Toad Hall and often took me or their dad some time to get them to come home at the end of the day. That speaks volumes and my only regret is that I didn’t enrol them here earlier. I am very thankful to all the staff for their hard work and commitment which often goes unnoticed and I know my girls will have lots of fond memories from Toad Hall so thank you!

My daughter has been going to Toad Hall Nursery for the past few months and she absolutely loves it. The staff have been amazing! As my daughter has separation anxiety the staff at Toad Hall have been nurturing, warm and loving to help her transition from a part-timer to now a full-timer. The staff are always reassuring, very informative and I know I’ve always got a member of staff to talk to on hand whenever I need. The food is by far the best! Home-cooked meals which are planned on a rotation rota depending on the season so the little ones never get bored as there’s such a fantastic array of meals. My little one eats so well and I’m always informed at the end of each day how much she ate, whether she had any new foods and how she got on with them. Toad Hall host some lovely events like Halloween, Christmas and Valentine's tea parties which are a wonderful way to bond and see your child in their nursery setting. I can't fault Toad Hall and what they do for us. Thank you so much for everything!

The Toad Hall Nursery Horley staff have been so attentive with our daughter who initially struggled to settle into a new nursery environment following our move to Horley a few months ago. Now she loves the nursery so much and her friends, in fact it's hard to get her to leave nursery at home time! The staff are so friendly and we love the communication and themed events arranged where we can also mingle with other parents. I'm also impressed by the cleanliness, overall care, and range of indoor and outdoor activities for the children. Definitely recommend!

The absolute best nursery I could have chosen for my daughter. She has bonded beautifully with her preschool 'teacher' who has been so wonderful with her and my daughter is so excited for nursery 'school' every day. She has had no anxiety about being left with new people and that is unlike her. It just shows how beautifully run and caring the team there are that she's so at ease. I can be quite anxious about leaving her but not with her keyworker and the team. They spare no expense for their families and children and it is worth every penny. The children have their water bottles provided for them, their meals, suncream, nappies (if needed) all the stuff I usually forget to bring places. It just lifts some of the stress off us, as parents. They keep us well updated on what's going on. And have lots of events/activities/themes going on. The nursery is smoothly run and just fantastic. Very happy.

My little one has been at Toad Hall, Horley from baby room right through to preschool and I have been so impressed with all the staff and the level of care they have given her. She has loved her nursery experience and I am sure that is because the staff at Toad Hall go above and beyond to give the children exactly what they need. I will be sorry when she leaves for school in September but at least she has formed close bonds which has given her the foundations to progress. I can’t recommend Toad Hall highly enough and the level of care given to her and would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to others mums

Great nursery, my daughter loves going there since September 2020, all staff very passionate, friendly and always helpful. I love all activities and facilities that the nursery has to offer, lovely, spacious rooms, gardens for each age group, sensory and art room. Also, it is a great location, away from the busy road but walking distance from the train station. Freshly cooked meals and kitchen on-site and children are having the chance to explore healthy eating. I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for childcare in the Horley area!

A wonderful nursery with great resources and caring staff. My son has settled very quickly into the pre-school and comes out happy at the end of every day. The meals are varied and my son has really enjoyed these. I would highly recommend the nursery.

All the staff at Toad Hall are wonderful, they really love the kids and have a lot of enthusiasm. Covid times have been trying for everyone but they were as communicative and helpful as they could be. Both of my girls have been very happy there and we definitely recommend Toad Hall to anyone.

Great nursery, my daughter loves going there. We can see all the progress she is making every day thanks to a lot of wonderful and diverse activities! Nurses are taking care of each child and helping them to grow. Dietary requirements are taken into account. Children feel at home and you can see they are enjoying it when you see the big smile they have when arriving! A wonderful team!

My daughter has been attending Toad Hall Horley since October 2019 and she absolutely loves it! She always runs in, without looking back and is always so happy when I go and pick her up at the end of the day. She has just moved up to Owls (Pre-school as she calls it 1000 times a day) and doesn't stop asking to go and be with her friends. The ladies are wonderful and really make you feel at ease. I've never had one worry about leaving my child with them. I can't rate the nursery enough!

So impressed with this nursery, all of the staff are kind and genuinely caring. The utmost effort has gone into trying to keep the nursery rooms open where possible, amending policies so our children have a safe environment to stay in. The atmosphere is bright and enthusiastic, even when trying to navigate the pressures of challenges we’ve seen over the past year, due to the pandemic. I’d definitely recommend it.

My daughter has been in full-time nursery at Toad Hall since she was 6 months old and she is now 3-years-old. The staff have helped me with every step of the way and I have always had confidence in them. The staff and management are open, friendly and approachable. If there are any concerns or questions, everything is resolved in a timely manner and followed up. My daughter is happy to go and that smile says it all.

My little boy has been going to Toad Hall for the past 2.5 years and he absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing, welcoming, friendly and the children just seem to love them. The food is amazing, yummy home-cooked menu by the chef and my little one eats so well there (even though he doesn’t always at home!) The nursery always put on lovely events like Christmas and Halloween which are lovely times to chat to the staff, see the setting and see the children in their setting (whilst raising money for charity too!) The assistant manager and SENCO has been amazing throughout my little one's time there. I remember her showing me around when I was heavily pregnant and I just fell in love with the nursery and she happily answered all of my many questions! She has continually been extremely helpful and supportive in my son's speech delay and referral and setting up the sensory room at nursery too. When she opens the door in the morning, my little one gets so excited- it really is lovely to see.
