My daughter is in kindergarten and she loves going to nursery. Always so happy when she enters in the morning. She has thrived whilst being there and enjoys the teachers who have helped build her confidence! The staff there have always been friendly and approachable. I have recommended this nursery
to my friends who have their babies starting this year along with my baby boy starting in March.
I highly recommend this nursery!

KLOISTERS is an exceptional nursery that truly goes above and beyond for children and families. The staff, especially the office team and baby room, are caring, professional, and always supportive. My son has an allergy, and they keep me updated on his food preferences so we can support him at home.
His care plan is clear, detailed, and regularly reviewed, giving me peace of mind. Activities are fun, engaging, and tailored to the children's interests, creating a stimulating environment. I also love the weekend open days, which allow family members to explore the setting and feel involved. Communication is excellent-open, clear, and consistent. The app's chat and daily diary features make it easy to stay informed and connected. Overall, KLOISTERS is a nurturing, well-organised nursery that prioritises children's happiness and development while supporting families every step of the way.

My son has thrived at Kloisters and pre school, he loves going and has thrived there. It's been great for development in all areas as well as his personal and people interactions. Kloisters has prepared him well for school in September, but it will be sad to see his time at Kindergarten come to an
end.

I've had a child in Kloisters since 2019, and both my girls have loved coming here. My youngest has been through baby room, and kindergarten and is now in preschool. The staff are absolutely wonderful and cannot do enough for the children, nothing is ever too much. My girl has allergies and they
cater to her perfectly so she never misses out. You know your child is happy when they ask for the staff and their friends even at home. We will be sad to leave this year. Thank you for all you do.

Both my sons have gone to Kloisters, with one still being there. The staff are always caring, and friendly and it shows that they know each child. My youngest has severe food allergies and all the staff have taken his needs on board and always ensure his safety, whilst making sure he is always
included. My eldest thrived at Kloisters which has enabled him to start school with communication and learning skills, which has meant he has had a smooth transition. I know that when I drop my son off at Kloisters he will have a fun day!

Great activities and excellent care for children, especially in the baby room. Very caring and supportive members of staff.
Would definitely recommend it even due to the fact that they are also very flexible with their hours.

A massive thank you to all the girls at Kloisters that have looked after my daughter the past 4 years. She has come on leaps and bounds because of all your help, she is always so excited to see you all and we will all as a family miss you all so much!

My child has been at this nursery for two years after being turned down by other nurseries due to her disabilities.
I just want to say what an amazing and nurturing nursery this has been for my little girl. She unfortunately is unable to walk or stand up and that hasn't stopped this nursery from
helping her and encouraging her to be more independent. All the staff are a credit and a special shout out to the staff who have done nothing but be supportive and helpful to my child. It's been heartbreaking to say goodbye but I will definitely keep you all updated with her progress going into primary school.

My daughter has been attending Kloisters for 4 years now. Cannot be more grateful for the care and support. What makes this nursery amazing is the staff. They are professional, knowledgeable and so attentive. The manager's office door is always open-literally and the girls are always happy to answer
any questions (with a smile). You feel that staff have the time to discuss and talk to you. In this day and age, it is rare for professionals not to rush. They have organised so many fantastic family events. Kloisters are truly an amazing nursery which provides the perfect nurturing environment.

Kloisters Kindergarten is an excellent childcare provider with great leadership and staff. They remain respectful and open to communication. I get regular updates and pictures. Children have time outside and participate in great learning activities. They truly care about every child. The meals are
delicious and offer a variety of homemade food and snacks every day. My son has become more confident with himself from the time he has spent at Kloisters.

What can I say... one of the best nurseries I have seen, and all three of my children went here. After trying another nursery, I can 100 per cent say my children felt happy and well looked after here!
I normally don't leave feedback, but I do feel like others need to know that you can trust your
child will be safe and looked after, everything is cleaned, and they have a good selection of lunches available, you get feedback on photos and things your child has done, and I like the fact they have kids at there set ages in each class so no child is too young or too big, and they learn as they grow in each year! Now it's come to the end of my little one's journey, and what a lovely start it has been for him ready to start big school! Thank you.

I would highly recommend Kloisters Nursery for any child to attend. My daughter has only been there for three months and has quickly grown with her communication and social skills down to the staff at Kloisters with which she has a great relationship with. It's also lovely to be able to see pictures
of her doing activities and having fun whilst at nursery - great nursery.

We love it at Kloisters, I now have my second child there in the baby room and it’s great. He has settled in so well from day 1 and loves attending. We love the pictures and updates we get daily from the nursery.

Kloisters is a beautiful nursery with beautiful staff, children and families. My daughter has attended since she was 9 months old and her development inside and outside of nursery has been fantastic. The girls always listen to what you’ve got to say and always try and follow ways that are best
suited to make sure each child has what they need at all times. Managers are welcoming and friendly when coming into the building, the same as other staff too. Even teachers from other rooms (rooms your child isn’t in) are friendly and always interacting with you. My daughter is always happy to go to nursery and always has a good day. Handovers are typically good and explanatory of the day they’ve had too, sometimes could be a little better. I also think the app they use to communicate is good but could be updated more often if and where possible. But they are minor things. My daughter has great trust and relationships with the staff at Kloisters, as do I.

We have been using Kloisters for 2 years now. Our son started at Kloisters, full time at 6 months old and our daughter will be joining next month. We have always felt more than comfortable leaving our children in the nursery’s care. The staff are caring, attentive and professional at all times. The
facilities are well maintained. Kloisters is such a fantastic facility for children which has already had such a positive impact on our children’s (and our) lives.

Our eldest child has been attending since October 2023. He was moved from a childminding setting to Kloisters. He was a shy, not overly talkative when starting, however now has flourished into a confident, happy and clever little boy. The things he has learnt whilst attending has been amazing. I was
apprehensive at moving him, however the staff at Kloisters have been nothing but supportive of us as a family. He have recently transitioned from kindergarten over to preschool and whilst we face some challenges at drop off, the staff have put us at ease with the use of the journal to keep us updated and at pick up time we face no tears, but a happy and excited face eager to tell/show me what he’s done during the day! Our youngest is due to start in May following maternity leave, whilst spaces were limited the staff have been most accommodating in booking him in once spaces have arisen. I cannot wait to see the progress both our children make at Kloisters! Thank you!

Have been using Kloisters for 3 years now for my 3 and 4-year-old. Cannot be more grateful for the car and support they have given my children. My eldest has SEN, and the level of support they showed her was amazing! She left for school in September and was prepared for this because of the adults in
the setting who supported her, as well as their knowledge for the paperwork side of SEN. My youngest attends full-time and absolutely adores her time there, is so eager to go in every day and the adults in her room have built the sweetest bond with her. Absolutely fantastic nursery and I cannot recommend it enough!

I would highly recommend Kloisters Nursery for any child to attend.
