Rudie has been at this nursery since he was 18 months old, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the support we've received. From his settling-in sessions to now in Butterflies, I've always felt involved and reassured. As a quieter child, I worried about how engaged he was. The team arranged a
1-1 with Kodi, who truly listened and went above and beyond, spending extra time nurturing his confidence. The difference has been amazing-he now loves going in, even on Mondays, and has formed sweet friendships. Georgia, Hannah, Kodi, Sheena, Jen, Sarah and the Butterflies team create such a warm, creative environment. Rudie asks for them on days off! He's encouraged, never pressured-even with toilet training. Hand on heart, this nursery is nurturing, safe and everything a mum hopes for. Thank you for everything! We feel so lucky to be part of such a caring, genuine and dedicated nursery family. You have truly helped shape Rudie into the happy, confident little boy he is becoming.

We are extremely happy with this nursery. It is a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where children truly feel safe and cared for. The staff are all incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They genuinely care about the children and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is
perfect.
We have seen such positive development in our daughter since she started here. The activities are engaging, educational, and fun, and the communication with parents is excellent. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands every day.
We couldn't ask for a better nursery and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring and supportive place for their child.

I couldn't be happier with the nursery that my son has attended since he was 11 months old (he's nearly 3). The staff do a fantastic job, my son is always happy going in to nursery and they do lots of activities throughout the day. The food prepared in house for the children is delicious and
provides a varied diet. The staff do really well in regular updates on the app, which is so useful.

I have two children in different rooms of this nursery and couldn't fault the care in either. They go above and beyond, even when we're out and about they always say hello to the girls and they absolutely LOVE going. Very grateful for all they do :)

It is obvious from the outset that this nursery is a very welcoming and nurturing environment. My child cannot wait for his days at nursery to come round and has formed amazingly close bonds with all the staff. Each and every staff member I have met make a real effort to get to know each child and
are extremely caring and encouraging. They have helped my child grow in confidence and develop key skills whilst also providing myself and my husband with guidance and reassurance around reinforcing what he is learning at home. They are in regular contact both directly and through wider communications to all families so I feel reassured that I am kept updated. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough and am very grateful that my child has been able to experience such a well rounded and caring early years setting.

Our son has been at this nursery since he was 11 months old and he's now almost 3. We've been so happy with everything.
His key worker, Kodi, has been amazing, especially with potty training. She made the whole process feel so much easier for us at home and we're honestly so grateful for the
support and patience she's shown.
It's never easy leaving your child with other people, but we completely trust the team with our most precious thing. The staff are caring and genuinely interested in the children, and the management team are always approachable, they feel more like friends than just managers.
Maxine has shared recipes as her cooking always leaves plates empty!
We feel really lucky to have found this nursery and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Our little boy has been in this nursery since September 2025. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and facility. Moreover the positive impact the nursery has had on our son. The staff provide regular feedback throughout the day providing that reassurance a parent needs in the early days. Our son
is engaged throughout the day and has already formed a deep bond with many of the staff including the chef! The staff are always attentive, professional and looking out for the children. They recommended we have our son have his eyes tested due to a squint. Turns out he needed glasses which have been a game changer. The nursery is like a home from home for our son who feels so safe and secure he can't wait to get there in the morning. I would have no hesitation recommending to another parent.

My son previously attended this nursery and now my daughter does too, and I've always felt completely reassured and at ease of leaving them there, knowing they are in safe hands. The team truly care about the children as individuals and the progression I have seen since my daughter joined in

My 4-year-old son has attended nursery at Watford South Oxhey since he was 1 years old.
If my son did not like it here, he would not be at this nursery. He loves it and we love it too. All the colleagues really get to know your child and keep allowing them to develop in a safe and happy way. We
will be sad to leave in August 2026 when our son starts school.
Thank you for all you have done in playing a part in his early life.

My girls joined in April 2024, and they couldn't be happier here. The staff are absolutely brilliant and are always willing to go above and beyond to help our children learn and develop. The communication, facilities and and recourses are exceptional and I'd recommend this nursery to anyone in heart
beat. A shout out to our Key workers Diana and Lauren who really are caring, and attentive - I have genuine peace of mind that my girls are well looked after when I drop them off each morning.

The most amazing nursery. The staff are outstanding. The care for the babies gives me so much comfort. The chef Maxine cooks wonderful food, the children are so lucky. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. They have been providing excellent care and support for our family, particularly in accommodating our daughter's learning and dietary requirements.
The communication between the staff, management, and external specialists has been seamless, taking
all the pressure off our shoulders. Our son had a fantastic start here years ago, and seeing our daughter receive that same level of dedicated care is wonderful.

As a returning family, we have always valued the nursery's nurturing atmosphere. However, the support they have provided for our daughter since joined at around 10-months of ago has been a profound source of comfort.
Navigating our daughter's special learning needs felt daunting, but the nursery
has shown an incredible commitment to her development. From coordinating specialist training to maintaining seamless communication with the community EYSDC, they have balanced professional guidelines with a genuinely loving environment. This bespoke care even extends to the kitchen; the chef has been remarkably accommodating with her specific feeding requirements, providing us with immense peace of mind.
The entire team is wonderful, and the management's meticulous attention to detail ensures the experience is highly organized and entirely stress-free. If you are looking for a nursery that truly sees and supports every child as an individual, this is it.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about the children. My son has settled in so well and comes home happy every day, which says everything. It's such a comforting feeling knowing he's in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

So glad our kid got a place here. He has been here since Jan 2024 and he absolutely loves it. From baby room to butterflies and now in pre school. I would like to thank all key workers in all class for it and would like to name a few as my kid fondly remembers: Diana, Katie, Beth, Laurent, Sarah C,
Sarah D, Kodi, Tati, Hannah, Georgia, Sharon and Dipal. Sorry if missed anyone. Names arranged from Baby room to pre school haha... Thank you all so much.

Both of my girls have gone to this nursery and they are like family. My kids love all the staff there and have learnt so much thanks to them. The staff are caring , supportive and are so welcoming . They update you regularly on how your child is getting on. Nothing is ever too much for them. I will
miss them all when my daughter moves to big school. Can't recommend this nursery enough! The best nursery. Also my daughter absolutely loves all the food there, and is always happy trying new things.

We were lucky to get a place in this nursery after waiting just a few months. It was the only available place in the whole area, and we are truly grateful for it.
I want to thank the manager, who is always in touch and ready to help with any questions. She explains everything clearly and is very
supportive.
I'm especially thankful to the teachers. They are kind, caring, and truly love children. I understand how difficult this job is, every child has their own personality and mood, but the teachers manage to find the right approach.
When I leave my child at nursery, I feel completely at peace, knowing he is in good hands, well taken care of, and safe.
My son loves coming here.
I'm very thankful to the whole team for helping my son grow, learn, and develop. He has learned so many things thanks to them, and I couldn't be happier.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was ten months old. She is now three and in their pre-school and I have seen her develop so much since being there. She only joined the pre-school in January but settled in very quickly and I am amazed to hear from her what she has learnt
already! The nursery staff are extremely welcoming and not only do they care for your child, but for your whole family. I have found them to be extremely supportive, kind and caring and go above and beyond what I expect from a nursery. My child will stay at this nursery until she starts Reception and I would recommend it to any parent. Thank you to all the staff.
