So far, I have been impressed with KC Hitchin and all the staff working there. They are a friendly and very competent group who have given us confidence that our daughter is being looked after very well. Communication with nursery management has been excellent - clear, friendly and approachable.
Communication with Grandir has been very good so far.

The nursery has been a fantastic place for both of my children. The care they have received from all staff across every room has been exceptional. They are kind, caring, and incredibly attentive, and any query I've ever had has always been answered promptly. A truly fantastic team from the staff and

We currently have two children in Kiddi Caru Hitchin, our eldest started here in 2022 and our youngest joined a few months ago. The staff are outstanding - the children really couldn't be in better hands. They create a happy and welcoming atmosphere and are brilliant at settling little ones. We're
updated regularly via the nursery's app, and the staff always take the time to find out how the children are at drop off and debrief us on their day at pick up.

Can't praise the team enough, their kindness and patience have really helped my son settle in and as a result my partner and I feel confident that he is having fun and being supported thoroughly in his development.
Their communication is great and we are always kept up to date with what we need to
know and our wishes are taken seriously. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. So pleased we chose this nursery.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery for nearly 2 years, and she loves it. She has settled and developed so well in their care. All the staff are lovely and friendly, happy to help and very informative to us as parents. Highly recommend. We have booked our son a place to start with them later
this year as he turns 1 too!

Both of our children have attended this nursery. The staff are friendly, attentive and really get to know the children. Our second struggled to settle but their communication was fantastic and the support was practical and within a couple of months she adored the staff and her time there. The barn
is a great asset, they use the outdoor spaces as much as they can, and I love the different things to explore in the rooms. They're also great at picking up great resources and ideas across the different age groups. Both of our children are happy, sociable and progressing as a result of their time at Kiddi Caru Hitchin.

We've had such a wonderful experience with this nursery. From day one, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. Their communication is excellent - we're always kept updated on what our little one has been doing throughout the day, which is so reassuring.
Our child absolutely
loves coming here and is always full of smiles when we pick him up. The activities are amazing - from creative arts and crafts to outdoor adventures and lots of messy play (his favourite part!). It's lovely to see how much fun he has while learning new skills and growing in confidence every day.
The nursery has such a warm, nurturing atmosphere, and it's clear that the team genuinely care about each child's happiness and development.

My daughter joined Kiddi Karru in December 2024 as an Otter. In the beginning, the first couple of months were really difficult - she struggled to settle in, and as a parent, it was really hard to watch. However, the upside of this experience was the incredible support from the Kiddi Karru team.
They worked tirelessly with both of us to help her feel comfortable, and I will forever be grateful for the love and care you showed during those challenging times.
Now, she is a fully fledged Hedgehog. What can I say - she absolutely loves it, and it's amazing to see how far she has come. The Hedgehog team has helped her grow in leaps and bounds, and it is wonderful to watch her thrive.
I'm excited for her next adventure as she moves into the Squirrels soon.

Have been really happy with the team at Hitchin Kiddi Caru. The team looking after my child have been so caring and supportive. They were very reassuring during settles. We also receive regular developmental updates. They are knowledgeable, friendly and kind.

Our son started in Otters at 1 year old, and from day one the team have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and supportive in helping him settle in. They have always been amazing - he absolutely loves being there, and it's such a comfort as a parent to know he's in safe hands, having fun, learning,
and building confidence every day. We couldn't be happier and are so grateful for the wonderful care he receives!
The app is also really helpful to keep up-to-date with everything you want to know about their day.

My daughter has been at kiddo caru hitchin since she was in hedgehogs, to squirrels and now pre school. She enjoys it a lot. The staff are perfect and very friendly and she loves spending time with them. Even if she can be teary she seeks attention from the staff members and they are more than
accomadating. It's lovely they do parties for certain events- Christmas, Halloween etc. she comes home with lots of arts and crafts. Tara x

Both our children have gone to Kiddi Caru. The biggest asset of the nursery is the staff - They genuinely care and look after your children. This makes it easier to go to work each day. Settling for both children was difficult, and the staff worked with us to make sure the children learnt it was a
safe, fun and loving place to be. Going up through the rooms, the teams develop the activities and learning - We've seen our little girl grow in confidence and she really enjoys learning, and the team match where she is at and what she enjoys. The outside space is on the smaller side, but they make the most of it going out lots when possible. And the soft play barn is a great addition, allowing them to get active in any weather. The app is good for communication on the children's days and also to receive photos of what they have been up to! Both our kids enjoy their nursery days and come home happy.

My son started at Hitchin when he was six months old. The staff in Otters made us feel very welcome and reassured me during the settling process, as I was quite nervous about leaving him so young.
Safe to say, I had nothing to worry about. He settled so quickly and loves going every week. All the
staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s lovely to get updates and pictures throughout the day so we can see what he has been up to.

I would recommend Hitchin Kiddi Caru. The nursery and management have really tried to assist my son’s needs since he’s been referred for an autism assessment. They have called in health visitors and support staff to assist with how to cope with his changing and challenging needs. They have kept me
up to date with his developments.

It's lovely to see my little one growing in confidence in the soft play area, supported by the staff. When I collected her the other day she was so pleased to be at the top! When I drop her off she is happy to go to her keyworker and all the staff are caring. I love the variety of activities they

Fantastic nursery with kind and caring staff. My daughter goes into class happily each morning, and her learning has come on loads since being at Kiddi Caru. I love that they spend as much time outside as possible, and on rainy days, they have their new soft play barn to keep them active. Thoroughly

My daughter only started attending in September. It took her a couple of weeks to settle, but she now loves being there. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and seem to really enjoy having my little one there.
The only reservations I’ve had, are that the delay with funding meant I was being
'chased' for payment from the nursery via message, or over the phone. I understand this is policy and no fault to the nursery staff directly. Despite having open communication around this, it did leave me feeling uncomfortable on drop offs and pick ups.

My child is always happy to go to nursery, which speaks volumes (and helps with the mum guilt). The staff are personable and I feel they know my child well. I can see the progress he has made in the few months he has been there; definitely a home from home.
