I am very happy and pleased with the care both of my girls receive at this nursery. All the staff are very friendly and it's well-run and well-managed by the lovely Melanie. My girls feel safe at the nursery and have grown a strong bond with their key worker and the other staff within their room.
They always have lots of activities going on to help their fine and gross motor skills and the children get to spend lots of time outside in the fresh air. My children's speech has really developed with them and this is helped by socialising with the other children and the nursery rhymes and songs they sing with them.
You are kept updated about what's going on in the nursery and what book and topic they are covering for that week/term. They make sure that it's topics where some of the children have a shared interest too.
The nursery has recently undergone some renovations which makes the nursery feel fresh. The only thing I would say is that they could do with some newer resources.

Brilliant nursery, daughter loves it here and always come home happy, often with crafts which we love to see, staff are all so lovely, from first point of contact Melanie has been so brilliant helping us set up our funding and introducing us to the staff and setttoling in our daughter

The staff go above and beyond to make sure my daughter is well looked after and has a wonderful time playing activities and playing with her friends in the garden. She has learnt so much since starting nursery. A lovely nursery. Can't thank them enough!

Really impressed with the level of care that my child receives at busy bees chineham. Staff are always attentive and friendly. He loves attending and he has progressed very well over the past 18 months. Really happy with the level of childcare. Thanks to everyone there

We've been sending our children to Busy Bees for two years and they are absolutely thriving under the care of the brilliant team! It's clear that each key carer is passionate about supporting young children, we receive regular updates on the app, detailed handovers at the end of the day and lots of
opportunities to work together in providing the best experiences for our kids.

This is the first nursery experience we have, and our daughter is absolutely thriving thanks to the amazing setting Busy Bees have created! The team all communicate very well, and are enthusiastic every day, making it such a lovely nursery setting! You can really tell how much the team appreciate
and care for the children. I am so pleased we took the dive into getting her into a nursery; we have been reassured from the very get-go (being first-time parents it was nerve-racking!) and it has proved to be a huge success for our family, and I cannot thank Busy Bees enough for this.

Busy Bees, Basingstoke Chineham Nursery is fantastic. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. My child is always excited to attend nursery and happy when she returns home. She has learned so much from nursery and most importantly, I feel she is safe and settled when she attends here. I always highly
recommend this nursery and wouldn’t hesitate to enrol any future children I have within this nursery.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 14 months old. She is now 3.5 years and enjoys coming. All the staff are lovely and work hard to provide a great learning environment for the children.

Our son has been going to Busy Bees in Chineham, Basingstoke for almost a year. Although he only goes once per week, he loves going and loves the staff in his room. The app is brilliant which keeps us updated all day and we also receive snapshots on his development as well as photos. We believe he
has fitted in well and gets on well with all the children in his room. If anyone asks about local nurseries, we will always recommend Busy Bees.

Our youngest is in preschool now and Busy Bees Chineham has been amazing for both of our girls. Their development soared under their care and they left and still leave every day with a smile wanting to go back the next day. The staff are all excellent, informative, friendly and caring. There isn't
as much IT update options compared to other nurseries but there is enough to get a feel for how your child is doing which we are happy with. Highly recommended.

The team that looks after my son are amazing, I can see a huge development every day.
I think it’s great that the teachers communicate with us and let us know where they believe he still needs development so we can work together to improve.

The Busy Bees Nursery is amazing. My son loves it a lot. There are a lot of different toys and play areas, a large garden with mud, sand and everything your child may want. The food is good and fresh. The staff are caring and attentive. It is the best nursery in the area from our experience.

Our eldest son attended Busy Bees Chineham Basingstoke and the transition to school was amazing and so smooth due to the preparation and support that the Busy Bees staff provided. It was definitely the best place for our youngest son to also attend, he started later with Busy Bees but in a short
time it has changed him as a child. He is happy and confident and is ready for school again due to the preparation and support of everyone at Busy Bees.

We’re really satisfied with our son’s experience at Busy Bees Chineham. Their communication is regular and reassuring, the staff are brilliant and encouraging, and we’d recommend them to anyone. We particularly like how easy it is for him to access the outdoor space.

The preschool is clean with friendly teaching staff. Great food options. However, very little contact with parents regarding updates on child's progress. No events for parents to attend. The app is very rarely updated with educational progress and reviews.

My son has been attending Busy Bees in Chineham since he was 6 months old (he is 2 in July). We visited a few nurseries before settling on Busy Bees in Chineham and the deciding factor for us was the centre manager. The centre manager there is absolutely amazing, caring, dedicated and extremely
hardworking. Since being there we have had the opportunity to get to know a lot of the staff members and they all seem to have the same philosophy. He has learnt so much there and I feel he is given everything he needs from the staff, from compassion, education, fun, etc. It's been so lovely watching my son grow and learn from the very lovely and dedicated team there.
The nursery building itself probably needs a bit of TLC as it is looking a bit tired and could probably do with some air-con units especially for the sweltering summer months we've had over the last couple of years but besides that, my husband and I cannot be happier that our son is at Busy Bees in Chineham.

Absolutely wonderful nursery. Continuously surprised with how personable, adaptive, caring and creative this nursery is. Such as; communication with additional settings/carers, monthly calendar to fill so kids can talk about what they've been doing. Each day, my daughter is greeted with open arms,
she is looked after and accommodated, she is learning to grow, developing friendships and awesome skills that she brings home. Her regular daily routine is nourished; meals, play (indoor and outdoor) and napping. She is given a lot of encouragement and support in any hurdles; picky eating, toilet training etc. Each day I collect her, I receive a one on one run through of her day, which is priceless. The setting is a great size, with multiple areas, built for purpose (on-site kitchen and chef, small toilets and sinks), has a range of toys and activities both indoors and out and all of the staff are just wonderful, a warm motherly and caring atmosphere. Safeguarding is very high here.

We have had a wonderful experience here where my child has been cared for and loves to attend. She has been in all three rooms where they have taken time to understand her character, strengths and development points. The staff are friendly and always happy to answer questions and they give great
feedback on a daily basis. I have been particularly impressed with the activities put in place for school starters.

Cannot fault Busy Bees, Chineham. The way they adapt, provide individualised plans, learn about your child and implement development is beyond what we expect. Always made me feel it was all about your child even though they had others to support too!
Able to listen to any concerns and take things
on board.
Feel very emotionally attached with having set a great foundation for our child ready for mainstream school. Not only us as parents but I know our child will miss being with Busy Bees.
