The manager made a great effort for the valentines stay and play made u feel very welcome lovely set up plenty for kids to do would highly recommend this nursery my daughter absolutely loved it. Two particular staff members was also very friendly and welcoming.

I can't recommend Kids Inc Aylesbury enough! The children spend a lot of time playing outdoors - they make the most of the great location. The staff make sure to vary the activities they provide to keep the children entertained, we get sent play ideas and invited to events which is lovely as the staff can pass on their knowledge. The summer/Christmas fetes are great fun too! The staff care so much about all the children and take such an interest in their lives and helping them learn and develop. Most recently our son has started potty training and the staff have been very enthusiastic. Our son has a great bond with all the staff, especially the key workers he has had since he has been there. The food is great and our son gets a nutritious variety of meals. The management at the nursery has recently changed but we know the new manager and deputy manager well so are really excited to see how they can incorporate their ideas and are pleased for both of them!

Our daughter always comes home from nursery so happy and excited to tell us all the exciting activities she’s done today. She has excellent relationships with her classmates and teachers. The food is outstanding and we also love that they use a bit of makaton, as we have also been using it at home. The communication app is great, I love seeing what she’s been up to and being able to show them our adventures to talk about at nursery.

Our nursery experience has been very positive, especially as our child has significant needs. The Watermead team work exceptionally hard and balance a huge workload. They are all so enthusiastic and are clearly well-managed. Check ins are regular and we feel confident explaining our child’s ever-developing complex needs as they constantly meet them. We are more than happy with our nursery experience. I have experience in education and the ‘feel’ of the nursery is exactly what I was looking for. Their online journal posts are also regular and that helps us to keep involved in the process.

If you are looking for a nursery where your little one is happy, nurtured, encouraged and cared for by every single member of staff, then look no further than Kids Inc Day Nursery. We chose this nursery for our little boy and he started at 10 months old. We were naturally nervous about sending him to nursery for the first time, but we needn't have worried. He has come on so much since being at Kids Inc, and the staff have been fantastic at encouraging him with his walking, talking and providing activities that he enjoys. He has thrived in the last 10 months and I can't believe the progress he has made. He has become a very confident little boy and he is so excited every day when we arrive at nursery. I love the fact that all staff members know his name and have done from his first week even those who don't work in his room. Everyone we pass says good morning or goodbye to him. We are delighted with the choice we made of Kids Inc and would highly recommend this nursery.

My child has shown immense progress in his overall growth in the past year. He is more confident and shows good social behaviour. The carers are great in terms of getting the child comfortable with the nursery and learning new things from day-to-day life. As we recently moved to a new country and my child needed all the help in learning local culture, Kids Inc has played a vital role in settling him in the country. I would really appreciate it if the child is taught more numbers, language, phonics and more structured learning.

We cannot be happier with the nursery, my son started this September and he quickly integrated thanks to not only his keyworker but also all the staff working there. Everyone knows him by his name and this gives me a safe feeling that he is well looked after. The compassion seen is amazing, he learned so much in a short space of time so far. The app is updated so often with amazing comments. Amazing staff members, we are pleased we chose this nursery.

We couldn't be happier with the nursery! We receive regular updates via the online journal on what activities my son has done each day, a great variety of meals, lots of outside space and the staff are all so friendly. I love the welcoming feel of the nursery - they invite parents in for Mother's Day, Father's Day and grandparents day breakfasts and activities and hold summer and Christmas fetes. It's a lovely environment. We receive termly progress/development reports from my son's keyworker in the form of a letter and it's such a lovely personal touch and keepsake. Any queries at all, the team are really responsive too.

My daughter started at Kids Inc, when she was fairly young at 1 year, but she had a very good settling period and since then has thrived in the nursery environment. All of the staff members are very courteous and helpful, they also have events organised with families to give us a chance to connect with the staff and fellow parents. The nursery is located in a quiet but generous space which gives the kids a good feel of their surroundings. I love the layout of the nursery and that each room has its own outer space. They do take good care of the food and any allergies and love the concept of daily updates on paper which is helpful sometimes. Staff have always tried to be flexible where they can with kids' needs. I especially like the personal letters that the team send out after a term that summarises the growth of the individual kids and reiterates that the staff have a connection with each kid and their personality growth. Amazing nursery and staff! Highly recommended!

All the staff are so friendly and helpful. From the moment we were shown around I knew this was the nursery for my son. My son absolutely loves it there. The food he eats is amazing. I get great feedback every day. I couldn't be happier.

My daughter started nursery fairly young, at 9 months. She adores everyone that works there and constantly has a smile on her face in all the pictures we see. It’s great to see what they get up to and how much she is learning from being there. The daily updates on exactly what she has done and eaten - which is apparently everything. We could not feel more secure and at ease that the most important thing in our world is loved and well looked after when she attends!

The nursery is such a positive environment for our son who started in January 2022. He is so happy to go and always happy when we collect him. The staff are all so lovely and he has a different connection with each member. His progress in development has been enhanced so much and his confidence and social skills are enlightening to see. The nursery also brings together everyone for family events which is lovely.

We had to change our son's nursery because it got closed and we went somewhere that we thought was great, but soon realised that it wasn't the case. I started looking again for another nursery and met with the manager and she made me feel like I could trust her with both my children. My oldest is in preschool and thriving, he absolutely loves everyone and has made lots of friends at a time when he had to cope with lots of changes, including changing nursery, Covid and having a brother. Recently we have started bringing my youngest too and even though he is still getting used to the routine, I leave knowing he is in very safe hands. Having peace of mind is such a blessing. I cannot recommend this place more!

Everyone at Kids Inc Aylesbury are amazing! Doesn’t matter which member of staff you speak to, they are all so helpful, and all have a great relationship with my little boy. He is now in the preschool room but has been there since he was 10-months-old. He has always loved it, and he can not wait to tell me all the new things he has learned. I love the layout of the nursery and that each room has its own outside area. The measures they have put in place because of Covid have made it so reassuring sending him throughout. I can not thank all the staff enough; you are all amazing! Always on the end of the phone if I ever need any help or advice regarding any age progressions and behaviours at home too. Thank you for being amazing!

We were nervous about sending our daughter to nursery as she was born during covid so had not had much contact with anyone outside our immediate family. The Kids Inc Aylesbury family were so welcoming, our daughter's key worker in the baby room was incredible - she deserves a medal! We were always in constant communication, plenty of photo updates and the daily paper reports were useful too. This isn't the cheapest nursery around as they don't offer discounts for more days but it is so worth it. Super convenient for the north side of town. Love that each room has its own outdoor area. We would have kept our daughter at Kids Inc until school age if we hadn't moved out of the area. Huge thank you to all of the staff at Kids Inc Aylesbury!

Where do I start? Our circumstances are a little complex. I was extremely anxious to find the right setting for my daughter to suit her needs. This setting has been incredible in every way imaginable. The manager has gone above and beyond at every chance to ensure my daughter gets the support she needs. All the staff are friendly, happy and positive people. My daughter has a great relationship with her key workers. She has developed socially massively and is always happy to go to nursery, this is all testament to the setting, management, and staff.

Excellent staff, management, and facilities, my son loves it there and I am very happy to leave him knowing he is happy and safe. They always feed back on how the day has been for my son what he has had to eat and activities he has taken part in! Excellent review from me!

Excellent nursery! Both my children have attended here since 18 months of age, they are now 2.5yrs and nearly 4. The staff are excellent - they make an absolutely amazing effort to bond with each child individually. They have a good amount of staff members per class so there’s always someone available. Always kept up to date via emails and phone calls easy to contact - perfect for anyone nervous sending their kids to nursery - it’s a nervous time for all parents, but Kids Inc Aylesbury are very reassuring and will give you phone call updates/emails throughout the day to keep you at ease. My children come home having had a lovely day, learning new things. Would 100% recommend. They’ve been at this nursery for a long time now, it was my first choice based on the tour I had and it was just amazing! I knew it was a great place for my children to learn and develop. Great place, freshly cooked healthy meals every day, and lovely staff!

Our child has been attending Kids Inc Day Nursery - Aylesbury in Watermead since September 2020. Staff are really friendly and professional and our child has been very happy there since the beginning. We get daily feedback sheets and updates on Tapestry which we treasure. Due to Covid restrictions, we haven't been able to see/visit the facilities since summer 2019, so we can't really comment on those. However, we can improve on how much our child has developed and look forward to a few more years of attending this nursery. Thank you for all you do!
