My 9 month old started at Pine Rivers 2 weeks ago. He is a very expressive baby who was weaned early for growth reasons, and we were naturally concerned over how he would fare - and he has thrived. He is so clearly taken care of and his needs are so well understood already. All members of staff are
kind and welcoming and the facilities are well taken care of. We especially love that outside time is non negotiable in their gorgeous and thoughtfully designed garden and that food is taken so seriously! He has learnt so much so soon.
We are kept abreast of everything.

Both my children have attended Pine Rivers Kindergarten (1 still enrolled), they have excellent staff who really take care of the children and who teach them with joy, care and laughter. My currently enrolled child looks forward to going to nursery each day, and the staff are always genuinely happy
to see them when they arrive each morning. The meals that they serve are amazing, and are a wonderful well rounded meal - I.e. salmon pasta with runner beans, roast chicken with vegetables and I know that my child really enjoys all the meals that are served each day.

All staff at Pine Rivers are lovely, even those that don't work in my daughter's room will say hello and give time to her. I get updates throughout the day and never have any worries about my daughter.

Pine rivers keeps offering high standard childcare services. With trained staff and a balancing the attendance between rooms they manage to cover every need for each one of the children. My son's been more than two years now there and the quality of service given does not change. Has been spot on
throughout this whole period of time for us. Well done. And keep it up. Thank you.

Our daughter attends this nursery and we've been genuinely impressed. The staff are experienced, warm and caring, and they create a nurturing, engaging environment that's helped her develop socially, creatively, linguistically and physically. She's become noticeably more independent and confident.
We also really value the regular updates via the app; daily routines, meals, activities, photos, and clear reporting when needed.
The facilities are clean and well maintained, with a lovely garden and varied play areas. There are frequent events and outings (like Friday library visits), plus special visitors and festive celebrations. They also involve parents through community events and charity initiatives, which is a great touch. The food is healthy and our child really likes it. Highly recommended!

I really like this Nursery all the teaching assistants and teachers are very friendly and lovely my son has been here for several months and he enjoys his time at the nursery very much. Thank you for their patient guidance.

Wonderful experience. Had my both children attending this nursery from early age and had a fantastic experience. Lesley, the owner, is fantastic, kept the family tradition beating at the heart of all activities of the nursery. They have such a friendly staff, loads activity and different themes that
keeps children active.

I cannot recommend Pine Rivers enough. The staff are so caring and attentive and our daughter learnt so much in her time here. The management and admin staff are are pleasure to deal with too. The app they use to record your child's day, share pictures and activities really helps keeping you
involved in your child's learning and development at the nursery. The range of activities the children get involved in is wonderful and they spend as much time as possible outside which our daughter loved! They have created a wonderful community for children and their parents. We will greatly miss Pine Rivers.

Pine Rivers Kindergarten is an excellent nursery! The building is clean and spacious. The meal plan is well-thought-out and nutritious. The staff is warm and kind - they made my son feel comfortable and cared for. He's learned a lot of new things to help him prepare for school. We are really happy

My one year old has been attending Pine Rivers Kindergarten for the past few months and it's been nothing short of excellent! The staff are all kind and lovely, and the care they've given my son is amazing. I was nervous about sending my son but he always smiles at drop off and pickup, and
eats/plays amazingly well there. They are also great at updating the app so I know what he's been doing every day. My husband and I are so happy we went with pine rivers and I would definitely recommend it to any parents who want a safe, clean, and kind atmosphere!

Our daughter has settled in so well and looks forward to her time at nursery every day. The environment is engaging and stimulating, with a great balance of learning and play. We've seen so much growth in her confidence, social skills, and development since she started.

Our two daughters attended Pine Rivers. The eldest stayed until going to school. We moved out the youngest because we relocated after that. They both have Ezcema and Pine Rivers helped us a lot with the application of their body creams, which we deeply appreciated. The youngest also has some
allergies and Pine Rivers was always careful with them. From a financial point of view, the sibling discount helped us reduce our monthly bills. Pine Rivers also uses the app a lot, so we didn't have to wait all day to know what they ate or did. They also publish lots of photos and videos. Our youngest's new nursery only publishes some photos once a month in their app, so we miss all the communication from Pine Rivers. Over 4 years, we had a few disagreements with the management, but nothing too bad. In general, we feel Pine Rivers was a good place for our daughters. They felt loved and cared and they still remember the names of the staff! Plus they also made wonderful friends!

I have now had 3 children go through Pine Rivers from 2012 right up until now with my youngest, and the level of care has been utterly exceptional. All the staff have been so friendly and warm, that all 3 settled in within 3 days of starting. The addition of the app has been great too as now I can
get updates on how she is doing and contact her room directly with any questions I have. There's a real home-from-home feel and the garden is perfect for little explorers, I honestly wouldn't think of placing my girls anywhere else. If you are looking for a small, independent and personal nursery in Reading this is the one!

I have two children attending, they both are enjoying and developing their experiences at this nursery. The staff are friendly, there are regular updates along with progress consultation and it has a spacious, clean and secure environment.

My daughter enjoyed all the time when she was at nursery. She learnt many things. She was always ready to go to nursery. She loves there because she loves to learn new things and she also enjoyed being with their friends and all teacher. It was really a memorable time for her.

I am really happy with Pine Rivers this year, my kids had a big development and I can see they like being in the nursery.
One big difference from other nurseries is the app where the teachers write what happens during the day and some development so I can follow what has happened.

My child has been attending Pine Rivers since he was 9 months. He took a while to settle in but the staff has done an amazing job at settling him in. It’s a nursery with so many different activities to keep your child busy such as messy activities, phonics, numbers. They celebrate all different
types of beliefs, religions and holidays. They have an online service where I can see what he does daily. The staff there are amazing and do such a good job with the children. Also, I used to work there and it is a great and supportive place to work.

My Son has been attending Pine Rivers since he was 6.5 months and for any new parent it was difficult in the first few weeks to leave him and return to work full time but all the staff at the nursery were just fantastic at getting him settled and also putting our minds at ease. He is now almost 2.5
years and is progressing and developing in leaps and bounds. He thoroughly loves nursery, his friends and his keyworkers so much so that some days he doesn't want to leave as he's having so much fun! The garden is huge with many different attracting areas for the children to learn, play and explore. The menu for the children from babies upwards has always been varied, healthy and nutritious - on many occasions my son will ask for more. There is a true family feel and teamwork ethos throughout the nursery where every member of the team knows your child by name regardless of whether they are based within their room. I would highly recommend Pine Rivers to anyone looking for a nursery.
