The transition from baby room to toddler room went very well. Our child really enjoy the variety of activities especially messy play. They are encouraged to be independent whilst participating in a group activity. Lovely and caring staff who rotate through the different stages allows for a better
support structure as the children progress.

I'm extremely happy with my granddaughter's experience at this nursery. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She enjoys the food and eats well every day, the chef usually shares recipes with us and the activities are always fun, creative, and engaging. I like to see what
they are up to through their social media page and through the pictures on the app. We've seen her grow in confidence and skills thanks to the wonderful environment they provide.
We couldn't be more happy with the nursery.

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 8 months old and is now 2 and a half and loves it so much!
Her overall experience in the nursery has been amazing, she has grown and learnt so much, reaching all the milestones, learning to walk and talk and becoming independent!
All the staff
have been so caring and friendly, the activities they put out are always so creative!
Would always recommend the nursery to friends, family!

Staff were so wonderful at integrating my daughter, are really friendly and were supportive during the settling in/transition to full days. My daughter easily made a nice bond with her key worker. They even supported me when I found it difficult to leave my daughter and got quite emotional. The
photos I regularly receive are very helpful in calming my nerves also. Even in the couple months my daughter has been going I can see how much more confident she is getting in wondering off and enjoying all the toys and activities on offer to her. The little keepsakes like the valentines card she made is absolutely adorable!
She recently had a week off due to sickness and we received messages hoping she feels better which I thought was lovely.
She doesn't always eat all the meals but she has started to try more things and there's food regularly enough that she's not going without.

Our daughter has been at this nursery for almost two and a half years now, and we honestly couldn't be happier with it. The staff are all so warm, friendly, and caring, and they really take the time to get to know our child properly. They always show a genuine interest in her life, her interests,
and what's going on at home, which means so much to us as parents.
She absolutely loves going in each day and has built such lovely relationships with the staff, who have helped her grow in confidence and independence. We've always felt comfortable and reassured knowing she's being looked after by people who truly care.
Our experience has been so positive that we'll be sending our second daughter here as well without any hesitation. We're incredibly grateful for everything the nursery has done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families.

The staff across the nursery are really supportive and attentive to my son's development, I feel that we have built a great communicative relationship and I am truly grateful. The facilities and activities are great. I would recommend this nursery to new parents.

"Initially, my daughter experienced significant distress and apprehension regarding her transition to nursery. Coming from a diverse cultural and linguistic background, she found the adjustment to a new environment particularly challenging. However, the exceptional support, patience, and cultural
sensitivity demonstrated by the staff at Bright Horizons facilitated a seamless transition for her.
I highly recommend Bright Horizons to all parents. Their professionalism is matched only by their curated curriculum, which effectively fosters intellectual, motor, and sensory development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

I have really been struggling with my son's development. The nursery have been incredibly supportive in helping me be referred to community support services, as well as giving me tips on how I can support my son at home. They work with me and are also very encouraging to me. I feel I have found my
village!

We are really happy with the nursery and the staff. Our daughter joined aged 12 months and is now almost 2.5 years.
The staff genuinely care about each individual child and the care and development activities they organise feel personalised.
The staff are always coming up with new, creative
activities to keep the children engaged and we know our daughter is really happy here and always keen to get there for the day! Lots of messy play, baking, crafts, and time outside.
We enjoy regular updates in the app including photos and stories most days of what the kids have been up to.
The staff are also very approachable and as a family we feel really welcome here.
Anything admin related is easy and well organised.
The only frustration we have is parking but that's not the nurseries fault, just something we hadn't fully considered (it's a narrow, one way street with limited parking for drop off/pick up). However the many positives in all other areas outweigh this inconvenience.

Bright Horizons Beckenham has an amazing team , warm, kind, respectful, and always willing to help. The directors are attentive to every parent's needs, and in my personal experience, I've received so support. The teachers are empathetic and always provide updates on the children's learning
progress. They are truly a wonderful team!
The sensory, communication, and exploration activities are fantastic; they really help children develop their skills and confidence. I had my son in Preschool, and the experience was amazing. Now my daughter started in the Baby Room, she's now in Toddlers, and everyone has been so caring and attentive to her cognitive and social development.
I'm truly happy , I couldn't have found a better nursery for my children. Having such a lovely space where they can play, learn, and have fun is simply amazing.
They are the best!

Our child has settled in so well since starting in March and their development has progressed so much. All the staff in the whole nursery are so welcoming and engaging with the children, it gives great comfort as a parent leaving their child to see them so happy and excited to be there. We are so
pleased and are so grateful for all staff, especially in the baby room and of course our key person who definitely hold a special place in our child's heart.

We are incredibly happy with Bright Horizons. The staff are wonderful and very attentive to my child's individual personality and needs, and can spot when she isn't quite herself. The indoor and outdoor spaces are great and well used, she gets outdoors so much which we are thrilled with. The range
of activities on offer is great and she is developing really important skills.

Our son joined baby room in February and has settled like a dream. The team are fun, attentive and show genuine affection for our son. Our eldest also attended the nursery and the team regularly engage with him upon his return from "big school". Updates via the app are punctual and informative and
the nursery is flexible and accommodating of the challenges of parenting and working full time. I genuinely cannot recommend this nursery setting enough.

One of the best decisions we ever made for our little one is to enrol him at Bright Horizons Beckenham Day Nursery and Preschool. All the staff here are lovely, dedicated and patient and they do their best to create a fun, learning environment for the kids. My little one has certainly shown
development in social skills and adaptability. Thank you Bright Horizons!

I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent or carer looking for a school that offers a safe environment, social development, good educational foundation and successful progression for children. The classrooms are neat and the staff are amazing professionals who work very hard to bring out

We are overwhelmingly pleased with our overall experience. Every member of the staff demonstrates an exceptional level of friendliness and professionalism, contributing to the positive atmosphere of the nursery. Our daughter's joy in attending the nursery is evident, which is a testament to the
nurturing environment provided. However, we do have a minor suggestion for improvement regarding the breakfast options. Expanding the selection slightly would add an extra layer of satisfaction to our overall experience.

The staff at this nursery are extremely warm and welcoming, especially to the child. After a very short time, my very clingy child settled into the allocated room and built up a rapport with certain members of staff. They adapt their care for each child and go above and beyond to make the child
happy. Upon collecting my child I get a very comprehensive update on her day.
My only complaint would be the app is often not updated regularly and I have been told different things than what is recorded on the app.
