We've had such a wonderful experience with this nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children as individuals.
My older child absolutely thrived there and still talks fondly about his time at nursery. Seeing how settled, happy, and well cared for my
youngest is just adds to my confidence in the setting.
Aileen the nursery director joined more recently and I've been really impressed by her management. She operates with the utmost professionalism and has added some personal touches that have really made a positive impact on the staff and children.
Communication with parents is excellent, the environment is warm and welcoming, the food is fresh and varied and it's clear how much thought goes into the children's learning, play, and wellbeing.
We are so grateful for the support, kindness, and consistency the nursery has given our family over the years. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to other parents.

Our daughter had a terrible experience in a previous nursery where we had to take her out. We were very worried about sending her to nursery again but the Busy Bees Mill Hill Team made it so easy for us. From the settling in period, to the genuine care and the learning approach applied, it brings me
a lot of ease as a parent. Our daughter has learned so much since going to nursery, her speech has improved immensely and her key workers at each stage genuinely take such good care of her. The nursery is inclusive of all backgrounds and events and I am so pleased with our experience. Thank you to the Centre Management and team.

Its been as positive journey for our little one at Busy Bees Mill Hill. Settling in has taken longer than expected but every child is different. We are at a stage where he enjoys going nursery which is all down to the efforts of the team. I've interacted with many staff members and they all have a
positive and nurturing attitude which as a parent, puts me at ease. Always kept updated via the app.

Our family couldn't be happier with Busy Bees Mill Hill. This is the last year for our oldest son, and it makes us emotional knowing our journey there is coming to an end. We feel so grateful for the love, care, and support the staff have given him over the years.
All the teachers are truly
wonderful-kind, patient, and always supportive. Even during difficult or worrying times, they have always cooperated with us and reassured us, showing genuine care not only for our child but for us as parents too. Their professionalism and dedication make such a difference.
Now it is time for our youngest son to join the nursery, and we honestly cannot wait. It gives us so much comfort and confidence knowing he will be in such a clean, safe, loving, and nurturing environment.
Thank you for helping our son through his very first experience with school at such a vulnerable and important age. He loves every single one of you, and so do we. You are an amazing team, and we are incredibly grateful.

I have my second child now attending Busy Bees Mill Way, and we are so happy to have her go there. It is such a care driven environment there and the staff are what makes the place. Both my children have always come out happy from nursery. I like that the nursery is Montessori style and has a homely
feel to it. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a setting that is well managed and structured yet not too commercial.

Been with busy bees Mill Hill since September 2025 and I can honestly say they have all been amazing. So helpful with questions and answers, all the staff are friendly and kind.
My child has been learning new skills and all thanks to the team.

Our daughter is 2 and a half and attends. We have found the nursery and staff to be very nurturing, caring and supportive of our daughter and her needs. She receives the nurturing care needed when still so young alongside the educational development required at this stage. We would recommend the
nursery to anyone looking for a childcare setting.

Both my little ones go to busy bees Mill Hill, the staff are warm and caring, management team are great and efficient at handling any worries and issues too! My children always come home happy and the post beautiful pictures on the app about their day regularly! I love that each room has its own
outdoor space that was a big selling point for me!

My daughter started pre school in September and she absolutely loves going to nursery. She even asks to go on weekends!! She has learnt so much and can now write all by herself thanks to the amazing staff for encouraging her and always being so positive. My son is in baby room and he has only been
there a few months but you can already see such an improvement in his development. I literally don't have anything negative to say, everyone is lovely and it's just such a gorgeous community nursery which I highly recommend

We had parents' evening in June. It was so lovely. The key worker really knew our child and we felt that they had really connected, even though she is only there once a week. We think the team there are brilliant and thank them for all the love they've shown our little one.

My daughter has been with Busy Bees, Mill Hill since March 2021. She is now in her final months and I am so proud of her development during the time she has been in nursery. I highly recommend Busy Bees, Mill Hill! Well done to the assistant centre director and the centre director! Also, I want to
mention that I have been impressed that her eating habits have improved as a result of her time in nursery.

My children have been attending Busy Bees Mill Hill since 2020. During this time they have learnt so much. Every day they come home and surprise me with new knowledge. The nursery is very professional and the staff are super friendly.
I really appreciate the staff taking the time to update all the
preschool parents on their child's day when we collect them. I love receiving pictures and updates on the app and am really grateful to all the staff working there. It would be great to know what the children are eating every day. We do receive the menus and know the food is healthy and nutritious but I never know what menu week the children are on. Having a system in place would be great.

Our son has been attending Busy Bees Mill Hill full-time for nearly seven months and he absolutely loves it there. The staff are very attentive, caring and professional. He really looks forward to going in every morning.
Any requests we have are always dealt with promptly by the staff.
Our son
sometimes has febrile convulsions and we are comforted by how much they monitor him to keep him safe whilst he is there.
Parents are kept up to date through their app (every nappy change, meal etc) and we look forward to seeing the notes about what he has been learning each day. Photos are also uploaded on the app.
At Christmas, the parents were invited to the children's Christmas party. We couldn't attend due to work but Grandad went instead and our son loved having him there.
We also like that the nursery organises a photoshoot with a professional photographer.
We are very happy here and will continue to recommend Busy Bees Mill Hill to other parents looking for a setting in the area.

The staff are wonderful and get to know the children and their needs really fast, the activities are massively ranged with lots of hands on and outdoor activities. I love that the staff take on the loves
and interests of the children when they are planning activities. They have excellent menus and allergies are dealt with very carefully. Feedback is regular with details given and ideas on how to help the child work on skills. They really collaborate with parents. Communication is excellent and I love the multicultural activities around festivals and holidays. We really feel we fell on our feet when we got a place at Busy Bees Mill Hill and I can't recommend it enough.

Simply a brilliant nursery, I only have positive things to say. I have one child in Pre-School and my second child is just about to start in the Baby Room. Due to covid, I wasn't able to have the full settling-in experience but this time around it has been amazing to ease both myself and my son into
nursery. The staff are reassuring, professional and so on top of it all! It is a true family-feel nursery and really puts the children first.

Really happy with this Nursery. Both of my children have attended spanning the last 6 years. The staff are so warm and kind and the kids do fabulous activities. They really think about all aspects of keeping our kids safe and communicating well with parents.

Our third child started the nursery in April 2022 and we were immediately impressed with the warmth, professionalism and communication from the room staff and centre manager. So many improvements since our older children went there - the refurb has created a lovely clean and smart physical
environment, the app is a brilliant way of receiving daily updates and photos of our child, and the team themselves seem to enjoy working there! Our child has settled in brilliantly and genuinely flaps with excitement when we arrive in the morning and when she sees her wonderful key worker. All in all, a really positive experience.

We moved from another country to London and it was a big move for our daughter. The team at Busy Bees Mill Hill have been nothing short of wonderful. The teachers in Pre School were amazing in helping our daughter settle. Our son has also just started and we could not be happier. Thanks to the team
at Busy Bees Mill Hill we know our children are being looked after really well and most importantly they love going to nursery.
