We've had a wonderful experience here. From the start, it's clear that everyone truly cares about the children. The team is always friendly and efficient, and communication is excellent. The caregivers go above and beyond for the children, showing genuine concern when our daughter wasn't feeling
well. It's clear they love what they do, and that makes all the difference.
Our daughter has built strong relationships with her teachers and friends, and she absolutely loves going every day. It's heartwarming to see her excited and happy to be there.
The location is ideal-situated on a sports ground rather than a busy main road, which provides a peaceful and safe environment for the children. It's a great setting for play and exploration. Plus, getting there and picking up our daughter is always easy, with great access and parking.
We're so happy with the care our daughter receives. It's a nurturing, professional environment where children can thrive.
Highly recommend this nursery to any pare

Both of our children went to New Beckenham Bright Horizons and we were really pleased with all aspects of their experience. From the fantastic outdoor space to the management team, it was a great place for them to grow and develop their social skills. We would definitely recommend it!

My family and I had a very positive experience at Bright Horizons Beckenham. My son attended another local nursery and I moved him due to serious failings in safeguarding.
Quite simply, I wish I found Bright Horizons when deciding on a nursery place for my son in 2021. I felt each member of staff
cared about my son, his well-being and his learning. My sons verbal communication increased and the pre-school teacher sent books home on a weekly basis.
We were grateful to have an excellent keyworker (Karen) and we observed the wide range of activities he participated in daily via the app. The food is always freshly made and I often spoke with the chef trying to steal recipes to cook at home.
The management team are fantastic and helped settle my son in a new environment. It is always a good sign when there are no vacancies within a nursery and the staff have been working in the same organisation for years.
This is an outstanding nursery and I would highly recommend.

We sent our daughter to Bright Horizons New Beckenham in Spring 2023 and are very happy with the care and investment she has received.
Whilst the building and facilities don't look as new and shiny as some other local nurseries, this is just cosmetic - and what matters most is the people involved
with our daughter on a day-to-day basis - they are great and we definitely feel we made the right choice of nursery.
The nursery is well run and organised from a management perspective - staff turnover issues which is an industry-wide problem I believe, have been well managed. The children have a good range of activities to get stuck into from sport-type activities, messy play (which is great not to have to do at home!) and other learning activities which have really helped with our daughter's development. The food and kitchen seem well run and offer good variation.
The 2 keyworkers our daughter has had from the baby room to the little learners' room have been caring and genuinely interested in her development.

Very happy with Bright Horizons New Beckenham Day Nursery & Preschool. My son has been there since April 2023 and is currently enjoying little learners. The children do lots of activities, both inside and outside, we get plenty of photos and he always seems happy when he comes home. The staff do
really care and the food is often more varied than I serve him!

Our daughter has attended the nursery since she was 8 months old (she is now 4). We have been consistently impressed with the level of care she benefits from at the nursery. The staff encourage her to develop key skills and build friendships. She also experiences a wide range of activities
(including garden-based nature activities, games to help develop letters and numbers, reading and science experiments). The staff have also ably handed our daughter's dietary requirements - separate meals are prepared for her with ease and without complaint. I would recommend the nursery to others without hesitation.

My son has settled in the nursery very well since joining. He always seems to enjoy his time here and has good relationships with his peers and the staff. I feel my child is happy and safe at all times.

Fantastic nursery! I've had two children attend and have been really happy with how they have done at Bright Horizons New Beckenham Day Nursery & Preschool. They have developed really strong bonds with their carers and had a lot of fun.
They do a lot of messy play which my daughter has loved. They
go out to the garden every day. They eat really well and they are always working on their development - reading, numbers, colours etc. Really happy!
There have been some staff retention issues in the last year or so but I think that's true of a lot of nurseries now.

Friendly staff, fun activities, a caring and safe environment with good food options and lots for the kiddies to do. The activities are child-friendly, sensory-enriched, and developmentally appropriate.

Our three children have all loved coming to Bright Horizons New Beckenham. We love the quiet setting - a little peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle.
The wonderful and caring staff are always there to support and guide our children.

I am new at Bright Horizon Nursery, my experience has been very good. The staff are very friendly and I learned things from them. I saw all the children well organised, happy and clean! My daughter at the moment has felt very happy and confident in herself in the nursery.

My daughter has been here for two months now, she is the youngest, being 8 months. The team have helped her settle so well. They meet her requirements and ensure activities are helping with her development and are age-appropriate.
The chef has a range of foods that meet her needs and also to
increase development.

The Nursey staff in baby room have been excellent in the settling in of my baby who just started July 2023. They have been very patient and my baby has really developed a lot. The activities in the room for the babies have been enjoyable to follow on their app.

As a mother of a child with special needs, I cannot thank Bright Horizons enough. Their constant support and care for my son has always been amazing, the way they have adapted learning for him, has been great. The staff have been instrumental in getting an ECHP for my son so as to secure the correct
placement for reception onwards.

Overall, happy. My child is happy and my second child is also registered. Improvement points: Is there meant to be a parent's evening? Also better quality/report handover at the end of the day. Staffing issues from Summer 2022 have been solved thankfully.

Since starting in October, we have found the nursery to be a great place for our son.
The nursery staff and management genuinely care about all the children in the nursery and take the time to get to know them and their personalities. The settling-in period was an anxious time for us as parents
but the staff could not do any more to make us feel comfortable and at ease with leaving our son there.
The menu is varied and all made on-site which we loved about the nursery when initially viewing it. Even the cook knows the children's names which shows a personable experience.
They are always doing fun and enjoyable activities which the children clearly enjoy. I have noticed a difference in my son's confidence and independence and this has everything to do with all the new skills he is picking up at the nursery. We are thrilled with our choice of nursery and how much our son is thriving there.

We’ve sent all 3 of our children to Bright Horizons New Beckenham Day Nursery & Preschool and all three of them have thoroughly enjoyed their time there! My eldest even likes to go back regularly to pick up the youngest as she misses it so much! The structure of Preschool is a brilliant mix of
learning and fun and you can tell the staff really care for the children and their learning journey. It’s been a fantastic stepping stone into Reception and has meant my eldest two had seamless starts into infant school. The Management team are also so supportive and keep parents well informed while always being available for parents should we need to talk to them. There’s also the App which gives you updates throughout the day with what your child has been up to and eaten etc and keeps you up to date with their learning journey so it’s a lovely check-in throughout the day. I honestly couldn’t recommend this nursery any higher!
