I recommend this nursery 100%.
It was the smallest setting I visited last year, and I chose it because I wanted my daughter to feel truly seen and cared for - not just one child in a large group. From the start, the staff felt attentive, warm and genuinely invested in her wellbeing.
The
settling-in period was harder for me than for her, and the team supported us both with patience and reassurance until we felt completely comfortable. That meant a great deal.
She now absolutely loves nursery - especially messy play, the slide, drawing and yoga. She's progressing well through key developmental milestones, and I receive regular updates. The app is also excellent, giving clear daily information about activities, meals and sleep.
The biggest highlight is the staff - caring, thoughtful and dedicated.(Assistant director is the best ;) baby and toddler room teams are also top.
If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be a slightly larger, better-sheltered buggy area for rainy days.

We feel so lucky to have been part of this wonderful nursery. As our son gets ready to leave, we are truly heartbroken. This has honestly been the best nursery we could have chosen for him.
He has learned so much during his time here - his confidence, communication, and independence have grown
beautifully. We are so grateful for the warm, safe, and loving environment you created for him.
All the girls are absolutely adorable, kind, and caring. A very special thank you to Weronika - he loves her so much, and she is truly amazing at her job. Her care and patience have meant everything to us.
Thank you for giving our son such a beautiful start. We will always be grateful.

We absolutely love this nursery! It has such a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, and everyone is incredibly friendly and caring. The staff are all competent and attentive, and they organize so many fun activities every day (including Yoga and cooking)-the children always seem so happy and engaged.

special shout-out to the assistant centre director, who always goes the extra mile and is so affectionate with the kids. My son adores her!

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees Northfields since October 2023 and loves it. She struggled settling in at the beginning but the staff and manager were so good and accommodating, they did everything to ensure she felt secure and happy to go.
The staff is wonderful, she has developed so
much in this very caring environment it is a joy to witness. The food is great and diverse, they go outside every day, and she's excited to go in the morning, we couldn't be happier.

All staff are attentive and friendly, very welcoming. Cosy and cohesive environment. My 2 little ones love going! The food is excellent and prepared to a high standard. Good variety of activities and lovely play area outside.

Our daughter loves coming to nursery. She is very settled and loves the food. She enjoys the different activities and the variety of activities. She is learning loads and has a good bond with the staff.

It's been great. Really lovely and attentive staff. My daughter has struggled to settle in, but I have found the nursery really helped myself and my child to feel at ease. Although the outside space is limited, the nursery is surrounded by park life, which makes up for it.

My son loves it. After a bad experience with another nursery, Busy Bees at Ealing Northfields changed my child completely. He is finally happy and keen on leaving the house every morning. A cosy and friendly environment, everyday activities with lots of art, crafts and a safe outdoor playground. My
son talks about friends he has made, books he’s been reading and he sings songs. English is not his first language but he is encouraged, feels confident and starts to speak more frequently. He is challenged adequately and I am informed of his progress or failures. There's great communication and a part of daily updates is on a parent app and a one to one during pick up. The staff are friendly, welcoming, understanding and give advice, making everything easier for both me and my little boy. I highly recommend this place. Your child will only benefit.

We’ve been sending our one-year-old daughter to Busy Bees at Ealing Northfields for over a month now and couldn’t be happier. The staff are so lovely and caring to our daughter, it makes me feel so happy knowing she’s being looked after so well. She settled in really quickly and is always so excited
to see her carer when I drop her off in the mornings and so happy when I pick her up. All the staff are super friendly. The nursery had a refurb last year and everything is looking really nice. They use a parent app to keep us updated throughout the day and this works superbly. I’m really happy with how everything is going and just so grateful to have a lovely nursery so close to where we live.

We have loved the nursery so far. My daughter is visibly happy to be there every day. She seems to have a genuine connection with her key worker who is just lovely and shows her lots of attention and care. Honestly, there is nothing more I could ask for when I’m leaving the most precious thing to me
in the nursery every day. The nursery is also doing a great job at managing covid rules.

My daughter loves Busy Bees. She always talks about how much fun she has and is always excited to go. The staff are friendly and helpful, it will be nice to see the rooms and how they are decorated once the Covid restrictions have been eased!

Very happy with growth and development of my child at Treetops, Northfields nursery. Since joining the nursery she has developed in so many ways. She is more confident, and looks forward to going into nursery everyday. Highly recommended.

The nursery has undergone a number of improvements over the past few months, with a lot of renovation and refurbishment. This is always a bonus, but it is the care and stimulation offered by the staff that make this nursery one that I am happy to send my child to and happy to recommend to others.

Our daughter has attended this nursery since January 2018 when she was 12 months old and we could not be happier. My daughter loves all of the staff and enjoys all of the activities they do throughout the day. She talks about the other children and the staff when she is at home.
The team at the
nursery have really helped her develop her speech and have helped to teach her how to share her toys with other children.
Our son will start going to this nursery at the end of this year as well and we would definitely recommend this nursery to any other families.

We are really pleased with Treetops. My daughter has only been attending for 6 weeks and she is still settling in but has already formed strong bonds with the nursery staff. The staff are really supportive of the children and the parents and appear to have really strong bonds with all of the babies.
Whilst the nursery rooms are small, there is a real 'family cosy' atmosphere and the babies rotate between the different rooms to help with variety. There is also great explorative outdoor space.
The manager is super responsive and accommodating and seems committed to constantly improving the nursery.
Would definitely recommend.

My daughter has been attending Treetops in Northfields for almost a year now, from 9 month old, to 19 months old and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
The staff are all very friendly and very interactive with her, and seem so happy to see her every day, and I feel incredibly confident leaving
her with them every day.
She has learnt so much being there, and comes home every day saying something new, or doing something we haven't seen before, which just goes to show how interactive the place is.
When I drop her off, there is not even a goodbye to me, as she is so keen to run to her key worker and start her day.
I have no hesitation in recommending Treetops Northfields, and will continue to send her there until she is ready for primary school.
