We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. The staff are incredibly warm, nurturing and genuinely invested in the children - it's clear they truly care. From the very beginning, we've felt that our son is known and understood as an individual, not just another child in the room.
The balance of emotional support and thoughtful learning is excellent. He absolutely loves going each day, which speaks volumes. We've also really appreciated the consistent, clear communication - it gives such peace of mind knowing how he's getting on and what he's enjoying.
We feel very lucky to be part of such a caring and professional environment.

The best nursery for our son, the staff is super helpful. Lots of activities planned through out the day and my son loved it. Was very sceptical initially as it was my first but loved the decision to send our child here

Send my daughter here, and this is her second nursery. Very very happy with all the team here. My daughter's key worker is amazing and genuinely makes us feel our daughter is properly cared for. We stayed for a little bit one afternoon for a Father's Day stay and play, and you could see the bond
that they had made. It was heartwarming to see. If we had another baby, we wouldn't hesitate to send them here. Thank you to all the staff for all the amazing work you do!

My daughter has recently settled into Fennies Purley, Christchurch Road and we cannot fault it at all. She had a rocky start, but with help from her amazing key worker and Room Leader (request her if you can) she really helped us find new methods to help our little girl settle and feel secure in the
new environment. We love to see the photos and regular updates. All the staff are welcoming, always approachable and know our daughter really well. We are so happy with the choice we made for our small family. I would highly recommend it, also the menu looks delicious.

Fennies Purley is a great nursery. They take excellent care of my 2-year-old and my 4-year-old old who have lots of fun, like the staff and enjoy the food! They enjoy learning and playing with the toys in the gardens.

My child started attending Fennies Nursery in Purley in September 2024 and it is evident that he enjoys his time there. All the staff members are incredibly friendly, pride themselves with a personal approach, and make a conscious effort to know my child. It is evident that they are child-focussed
and truly care about the children. The nursery also has a wonderful outdoor space. Overall, I am extremely happy with Fennies Purley and I would highly recommend the nursery.

We're new to the nursery, and nurseries at all, actually. The team have been fantastic, our child has settled in so well, we feel respected as parents and communication so far has been great. We have some specific accommodations (cloth nappies, makaton) and the nursery have taken them in their
stride. On a side note, looking at the menus our child eats better than we do! It all looks delicious and healthy and lots of variety

My two children (1yrs and 3yrs) have been attending Fennies Christchurch since July 2024. I have been so impressed with the amount of effort which is put in to all the activities for the children of all ages. There's a lot of preparation and the activities are educational and inclusive (to explore
all different celebrations with different cultures). The staff are really lovely and have made such an effort to bond with the boys so I feel at ease dropping them off. Managers are great and have been very flexible with supporting me when needed. They use the app, which updates you every day with lots of pictures and info. A great nursery to be proud of.

I've had children at Fennies since April 2019. They're a lovely, warm nursery. Wonderful, caring staff, well managed, great facilities. Interesting activities. My kids have been very happy and flourished here, making friends and gaining confidence.

My little one attends Fennies and I must say they are a wonderful nursery provider. The staff are helpful and caring, you can always check in on your child and it feels as if everyone is in tune with your child. This is my second nursery provider and they are very good. My little one loves the staff
too and she has made many friends. They hold so many parent child interactive activities that I feel reassured leaving my child there. If someone thing is slightly off with your little one they call and they are reassuring. My child has attended Fennies for 2 years, this is their last year and I will miss the staff and their amazing service.

We have just enrolled our daughter at Fennies Purley. I have to say that the staff has been superb since day one and the moment we all met. Our daughter has already built a good relationship with her Key Worker and her colleague from the baby's room. We couldn't have asked for better carers and the
wider team is just so lovely also. The energy and good vibes that we feel each time we drop our daughter off and pick her up are so strong, very positive and super happy. The Nursery Manager has been a great support to us since we first walked into the nursery and is extremely welcoming. We have been kept up to date with photos and recaps each day of all activities and habits. Honestly, this is the best thing that we have done for our daughter and I rate it 10/10! Very much looking forward to the future relationships and our daughter's development at Fennies.

Great teamwork from all staff and management regarding my daughter's care. She's well looked after and clean at all times. Developed earlier than expected especially her ability to express herself and her confidence. Value for money. Highly recommended nursery.

Excellent experience with Fennies I would 100% recommend them to any other parents. Both our kids have gone to this nursery and we have never had any issues. They provide a well-rounded care in terms of educating the children - the facilities are excellent and children get a lot of outdoor time. The
carers are well trained and attentive and know each child really well so you get personalised care depending on the personality of the child. We are kept well informed about all the activities and they even take on the task of potty training which was amazing for me as a busy parent. My child enjoys spending time and even on his days off wants to go the nursery which in itself is a mark of an outstanding nursery.

Great staff, put in a real effort to work with your child and provide interesting and safe environment. The communication line was always open and the turnover of workers was generally low. Consistency really helps children and so that is a key factor for my rating here. Food menu is also fantastic
and they get a variety of foods, from curries to everything in between.

My daughter has been at Fennies Purley since she was 9 months old. Our daughter has certain allergies, the staff in all of the rooms she's been in have always taken great care in ensuring she's consuming the right things. My daughter always talks about her key persons, and the things she's done on
the day, she's always happy there which is quite reassuring. On drop off and pick up, I find that the staff are friendly, and attentive and they give a summary of her day. We are really happy with our daughter's progress from room to room we have seen her grow and learn new things. From walking to first words and now saying sentences, all with the help of the amazing staff there! The nursery also hold events which are great opportunities to meet other parents. There's also a parents forum which allows us to know of any upcoming plans/events and raise any concerns or suggestions we may have. Overall, we would highly recommend Fennies Purley, it's brilliant!

Very happy with Fennies.
The management goes above and beyond to keep high standards of care and to make sure that each individual's needs are met. Meals are cooked in-house and the menu changes every season. Kids spend a lot of time outdoors and do all sorts of creative activities. The staff
listens to parents' requests and tries to follow up on them as closely as possible and reasonably. Overall, we're very happy with the nursery. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment.

My daughter has been at Fennies for almost a year, moving rooms in the process. I would definitely recommend Fennies. The staff are attentive and loving, the facilities are in a good state. Our experience with Fennies Nursery Purley has been great so far (3 months). They are attentive and caring with our 1-year-old and keep us well informed of her daily activities. She has a great time there and is very happy with her key worker.

I honestly love this nursery. The staff really know my child, they communicate really well and always come up with really fun and interesting activities to keep him busy. I highly recommend this nursery and I think the management team are friendly, professional and always approachable. They really
focus on learning and I love the fact they have a Spanish teacher and an art teacher who comes in!
