Our daughter attended ELY from October 2024 to December 2025, starting in the Green Room and progressing to pre-school. From the first visit, the team made her feel completely at home. We were initially apprehensive about switching nurseries, but the transition was seamless-within a day she had
bonded with the staff, who nurtured her creativity and confidence.
Her move to pre-school in May 2025 was just as smooth. The team supported her development in writing, reading and numeracy while continuing to build her confidence.
ELY truly felt like a home away from home, with warm daily welcomes, nutritious meals, varied activities and outstanding care. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and photos throughout the day.
A huge thank you to the leadership team for running such an exceptional nursery.

We had a wonderful experience with this nursery. From the very beginning the staff were incredibly supportive; both during onboarding and throughout our time there. They were so caring with my child and with me, which made a huge difference during the stressful period of finding a nursery and
returning to work.
They answered every one of my (many many) questions and always made us feel reassured and welcomed. My child really came into his own while attending, and it was lovely to see how much confidence and independence he gained.
I am so grateful for the kindness and care shown to our family.

Due to moving house we have had to leave ELY nursery, and we are very sad to be doing so. Our daughter has received such great care and has grown so much in the time she spent here. We moved to ELY after a not so great experience from a nearby 'chain' nursery and wish we had done it sooner.
Staff
are always helpful and informative at drop off/pick up and we particularly liked that drop off was all done on the ground floor level, allowing for quick and hassle free drop offs in the morning before work. The little acts of care throughout the days there make a big difference to the lives of the parents and kids alike.

I fully appreciate and very thankful to all the staff at ELY. They are amazing, professional and supportive to us. I will recommend ELY without a doubt. My little one has shown great changes socially since joining ELY and that is with the help of the staff from the baby room until she got older.

My daughter is attending ely nursery and i couldn't be happier as she is very happy with the activities that she is getting in there. The staff is very friendly and professional. My son is going to be attending as well soon. I recommend this nursery to everyone that they want to bring their

Both of my children have attended this nursery, and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive.
My first child started with them when he was very little, and my second has been there since he was 7 months old, and he is still attending now.
The staff are truly amazing - kind, patient, and
very supportive. They always create a warm and welcoming environment, and I can see how much effort they put into helping the children learn, grow, and feel confident. My kids love going every day, and that means a lot to me as a parent.
I am genuinely grateful for everything the nursery has done for my children.
I feel completely at ease knowing they are in such good hands.

I would highly recommend Ely nursery, the staff and all so friendly and caring towards the children. They have various activities throughout the day for the children and go about and beyond to help them with their development. They upload so many photos daily of what they get up to, which is so

We have been extremely happy with the Ely nursery. Our daughter was immediately integrated into her room and had no trouble settling in. The communication from the staff and via the app is outstanding and the daily updates are great. I have truly appreciated Ely's flexibility with start and finish
dates and also the teacher discount has been great for our circumstances so this is also worth asking about. The fees are also reasonable compared to other nurseries. I recommend this nursery without hesitation. Others may have more modern facilities but don't choose a nursery based on this- it is all about the staff and the activities are also great!

This nursery is fantastic - really feels like a home away from home. The staff are absolutely brilliant and my son had a wonderful time there in the Red Room. I saw a big difference in his development when he joined. We are so sad to be leaving after only a year but we are moving neighbourhoods-
it's going to be hard to find another one we love as much. I love how vibrant it is and my son is so happy - he runs to the door in the morning when it's time to go. A huge thank you to all the staff for making my son feel so loved.

I and my wife could not be happier with the way our daughter was treated at ELY. She had the most wonderful send-off with a graduation party at the end of the term. The staff are so welcoming, supportive and accommodating. They make our daughter feel loved and safe. Special mention to two key
workers who my daughter absolutely adored. We will be sending our youngest to ELY very soon without any hesitation. ELY is a trustworthy nursery run by the most wonderful people. The food is also only vegetarian which is reassuring for us.

I have been immensely grateful for the care and support that my son has received during his time at this amazing nursery. We found a clean and welcoming environment, with a beautiful garden and friendly staff, adequate safeguarding and the food is quite good and healthy, plus they prepare children
very well for the transition to primary school. My little one enjoyed his time there.

We couldn’t wish for a more wonderful, caring, attentive, nurturing environment for our son. The staff are excellent and go above and beyond to help with anything that they can. They always take the time to fill you in on progress and any specific concerns if they arise. The range of activities that

What an absolutely wonderful nursery. As soon as I went to visit I knew it was the right place for our daughter, it truly does feel like a home from home. All the staff, including management, are warm and clearly caring, which filled me with confidence. The personal touches the nursery adds, like
colourfully decorating the whole place monthly to celebrate a whole spectrum of cultural events are more meaningful than some other 'added extras' I know other nurseries employ. I was especially delighted by the wonderful Christmas celebration they carefully plan for the children and parents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ELY.

There are no words that can describe how special ELY nursery has been to us over the years. A home from home. My son has come away with friends forever, memories to last a lifetime but moreover, the greatest foundations ready for him to start in Reception. ELY might not be the newest and most
'modern' looking nursery but it is the most nurturing and loving with a fantastically diverse team. The low staff turnover is a testament to the excellent management and care of the team itself, but the team are amazing. I miss them all; several members of staff in particular - they are all superstars. The owner is so personable and has been so accommodating over the years (including having my son visit for odd days after he started school!). I didn't know they made nurseries like this anymore, but we certainly struck gold.

Our two girls have been at ELY Nursery since January 2021 and between them, they have experienced all 3 rooms. The nursery was initially recommended to us through friends with the main positive being that the staff were so caring. We have found exactly the same thing and are really impressed with
the investment the staff seem to have in the development of our children. We also are very impressed with the diversity of the staff with varying ages, genders and ethnicities which provides the children with different outlooks. We were pleased to see the introduction of the online learning portal to see what the children have been doing which has been especially helpful due to Covid limiting entry to the nursery. The facilities themselves are not the most modern or spacious but what is lacking in this is made up for by the staff. So do not let the facilities put you off.

Our son started at ELY Nursery in April 2019 and we are very happy with the nursery! After the settling in period he has done really well and loves the teachers and environment! We are very happy and would recommend any family or friends to consider this nursery for their children.

So happy with this nursery! Baby has grown and learned so much since she started, she loves going and the staff always show so much love and care for her. I feel very reassured leaving her for the day at ELY Nursery, really takes a weight off - I would 100% recommend them.
