My baby joined the nursery when she was just 8 months old and the warmth and gentleness she was first greeted with has continued well after she fully settled.
The team are extremely nurturing and reassuring, sending regular photos and updates of my baby's day and always give detailed feedback at
the end of the day. My baby has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and I couldn't thank the Crofton team enough for the care they offer.

The staff seem so attentive to our child. He always comes back having had a great day it seems. The nursery are fantastic with all the updates. Staff so approachable and friendly. Seem great at trying to build child's development. Cannot commend everyone highly enough.

I am extremely happy with this nursery, and the amazing staff. The communication is excellent, Every morning we are welcomed with warm smiles, which makes such a big difference.
My baby is always happy to be there, and that gives me so much peace of mind. I can truly see how much my baby has learned
and developed since joining the nursery. The staff are caring, supportive, and genuinely love what they do.
I am very grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend Bright Horizons Crofton Day nursery to any parent looking for positive environment for their child.

My daughter started attending Bright Horizons Crofton when she was 18 months old. Although she initially struggled with being separated from us, she was always welcomed with a warm smile and a nurturing member of staff, which meant she quickly felt safe and happy to attend. She has now been at
Bright Horizons for 2 years and we could not be happier as parents. We have daily updates which includes photos and a description of the wonderful range of activities available, and we have a 1:1 handover with a member of staff at the end of each day. My daughter's social skills have developed immensely as well as her academic ability, and we are incredibly thankful for the knowledge each member of staff has of each child enabling them to develop the whole child. We can't thank the BH staff enough, and we wouldn't think twice about sending our next daughter to the nursery.

We have used this nursery for our children since 2019. Even though we have another one closer to our house. The reasons for this are:
- Amazing, thoughtful staff who go the extra mile to support the children.
- Strong management team
- Lovely rooms always set up with brilliant activities for the
children.
- A real feeling of partnership between home and nursery.
We love this nursery!

Since our daughter started in September, we have been consistently blown away by the care, dedication, and warmth shown by every member of the team. She's faced a few developmental challenges, particularly with her muscles and mobility, but the way the staff have embraced and supported her has been
nothing short of exceptional. They've worked closely with her support plan - gently encouraging her and celebrating each bit of progress - and the impact has been heartwarming. Her speech and mobility have come on in leaps and bounds, and I have no doubt that the nurturing environment they've created has played a huge part. What means the absolute most, as a working parent, is how included they make me feel. The toddler room staff are endlessly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in my daughter's progress. The end-of-day updates are often the highlight of my day, and these are supported by the app updates, pictures, and observations. Thank you everyone - Babies, Toddlers and Management!

My son has SENCO needs and the nursery have supported him throughout his time to ensure he is happy, safe and seen. Their communication we me as a parent is excellent and have been extremely supportive throughout. He loves his days with them and the team are amazing.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My daughter has been in the baby room for the past few months, and she has come on heaps and bounds. As a mother of a particularly clingy child (at least at first), I have been impressed at how the key worker managed this effectively - my child was made to
feel safe and welcome from day one, and has been encouraged to get involved in a raft of various planned activities - all have of which have been excellent for our child's development.
The staff are professional, attentive, and are generally very good with children. We are provided with regular updates on any issues and on our child's progress. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the children as individuals, and encourage them to flourish.
There is a real sense of community here, and some of the staff have worked at the nursery for a number of years, which indicates it is a good place to work.
The food is nutritious, varied, and the menu is shared in advance.

This is a fantastic nursery. Our daughter started in the baby room at 11 months and the team have been so supportive and caring towards her and us. We get great communication, the food is wide ranging and substantial and she's really thriving. Would definitely recommend!

It is a great nursery. The staff are amazing and are really engaged with the children. My daughter has been there since she was 1 and she loves it and her key workers. They always have a range of activities to keep the kids happy and engaged.

We've had a wonderful experience at Bright Horizons Crofton Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff are incredibly caring and take the time to form genuine connections with the children. My son has been delayed with his walking, and they've been extremely supportive, giving us consistent updates on his
progress.
The nursery hours, from 7.30am to 6.30pm, are very convenient, allowing us to manage our work schedules without feeling rushed. The car park right outside is also a huge help.
I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a nurturing and convenient childcare option.

My son moved to this nursery and his development has skyrocketed. He's loving every minute.
The staff are clearly invested in his development and work proactively in ensuring his needs are met but that he's also having a good and fun time.
Their activities are numerous and varied.

I have had a child in Bright Horizons Crofton Day Nursery and Preschool since 2019. Despite turbulent times during Covid, the nursery has improved leaps and bounds with the new management. The staff are all friendly and show genuine interest and care for your children. Nothing is too much trouble
and they have fun activities everyday. Their communication via the app is brilliant with photo updates on a daily basis. My son started Bright Horizons at 9 months and has just started school happy and confident with no transition problems. My little girl waits at the door with her bag on a Saturday wanting to go and see her key person. Thank you for doing the most important job and looking after our special little people.

My children have been going to Bright Horizons Crofton Day Nursery and Preschool since they were around 10 months old and overall, they have loved it. All the staff are fantastic and there are lots of interesting activities for them to do. They once described the food as 'the best in town' and the
relatively recent addition of events, such as the Christmas fair and Mother's Day afternoon tea, have been really welcome.

Our son moved from another Bright Horizons setting, which he loved but sadly got shut. He was 2 years old at the time. A big change for a little person!
The manager and her team were very helpful with the transition. It didn't take our son long to settle in. They have some of the loveliest, caring
people working there. Plenty of engaging and development-stimulating activities for the little ones. Not a chance for them to get bored. Frequent updates and pictures mean you understand how your child responds to the environment. The staff are always very attentive and happy to discuss your child's progress or give you an update on how they're doing. They are always happy to give extra cuddles if your child needs it.
Recently, we've noticed a few decor changes and it's really nice how they always try to improve the space they have.
They have a rooftop garden for children to play.
Overall, we are very happy with the setting.

All staff has been really helpful to us since the moment we enquire about the nursery. Our daughter has been with the nursery for 2 months now and she absolutely loves it. They are really helpful and polite assisting us in every questions we have. They encourage the children to bring out the best in
them. Our little one made a connection with her key worker from day 1 and everyone looking after her, she would come home and tell stories of how she enjoyed the day with them. The staff are supportive as well in every stages the children are going through such as potty training. Amazing nursery!

My daughter attended and my son currently attends, the staff are always so polite and helpful. They encourage the children in everything they learn.
My son took some time to settle at first and the staff went beyond to help him settle in.

Professional and caring staff. My 9-month-old is always happy to see her carer, meets her with a big smile. I get regular updates on everything. Satisfied with the nursery. Would like to see more outings when the weather improves.

Teachers are very caring and ensure the well-being of the children.
Daily reporting is quite comprehensive and allows the parents to follow child’s day at the nursery.
The days are very well structured and my child is learning a lot and getting ready for school.

Having had experiences with other nurseries over the past couple of years, we are absolutely thrilled with Bright Horizons Crofton Day Nursery and Preschool. Communication between staff members within the team and with parents is exceptional and greatly appreciated. Having a well-trained, consistent
key worker has also been a huge benefit. The learning experiences and activities are well planned and we see the benefits of this development at home too. Having had a range of different experiences from other nurseries, I would highly recommend this nursery. It is excellent.
