We have sent both our sons to Bright Horizons Salcombe and have had an excellent experience. The most important aspect is the love, care and kindness they have received. The fantastic emotional support is matched with lots of engaging activities and the nursery did a great job getting the boys ready for school. The staff are thoughtful, experienced and kind, which makes it a great nursery.

Salcombe is a brilliant place to send your child. My daughter has been well taken care of, and has developed her literacy, numeracy & communication skills really well with the support of her teachers. The teachers are all really caring & generous with their time and the setting is wonderful. The outdoor space is great and all activities are so beautifully developed. We could not be happier with her care.

We are so happy with the nursery and how our daughter has settled in. It was quite the process to start with as she would be very tearful and not sleep. But her key worker has put in exceptional groundwork to have a very lovely relationship with her. Myself and my husband adore her reviews and updates on the app! She is so happy there now and so are we! The staff are all so friendly and welcoming - we've even picked up an additional day as she is so happy!

My second child is now attending Bright Horizons Salcombe House and the staff and their attentiveness is outstanding. They go that extra mile to develop a bond with your child and both my children always look forward to going in. A great start to their education journey. I'm constantly updated on what my son has been up to, how he is developing and what I can do at home to continue this development. Having experienced other nursery settings Salcombe House is by far one of the best. The garden is quite big so lots of space for children to explore and there are always different activities and cultural festivities they get involved with.

The staff at Bright Horizons Salcolmbe not only provide excellent care and education: they also go above and beyond to make children feel cherished, safe and unique. They have a wonderful balance between teaching boundaries/routines and allowing individual children to thrive and explore. We couldn't be happier with the care our son has received.

Both my children have been at the nursery and it has become like a second home. The staff are so caring and attentive. We get such helpful feedback. The garden is wonderful. The kids love the food from the chef. I'll be sad when our BH journey comes to an end!

Our son loves going to the nursery, the staff are always friendly and informative. We had reservations about sending him so young, but we are so glad that we did. We are extremely happy with the service/nursery. We also love receiving the regular updates regarding our son's day on the app. We often recomend this nursery to others.

The nursery has been a great environment for our daughter's development. The difference we have seen in her over the last three years has been amazing, her confidence has grown and her communication skills have developed enormously. The staff are extremely caring and attentive. I always get a report and feedback every day I go to collect my daughter and more importantly, I feel they really care about her.

Bright Horizons Salcombe Day Nursery and Preschool has been home for two of our boys. One has now moved on to primary school and the other one is due to move into toddler room. Salcombe has been a fantastic setting for both of them. The staff have been supportive and helpful throughout the journey for both of them. They have both excelled and continue to do so due to the nursery's support. It is a friendly place for the children and they are always excited to go. We are always kept updated to ensure we are up to date with the progress of our children but also if there are any issues that arise. The nursery is managed well and they are efficient in responding and helping where necessary. The staff have a fine balance of being kind with the children but also more strict when necessary. We are very grateful for this. We fully recommend the nursery. Thank you.

It has indeed been a pleasure to enrol my baby with Saccombe Nursery. And I want to believe that this is both for me, my baby and the other parents I come across in the passages of the nursery. The nursery is so welcoming for both children and parents. The staff are so supportive and both my baby and my wife are forever pleased to be part of the nursery. My baby always appreciated being there and made her first steps of independence. Saccombe is a breath of fresh air.

The best review I can give you is if your child runs into nursery at the beginning of the day without any tears and asks if they are going in on the weekend, what better review can you ask for? My son loves the nursery and staff and they are not only supportive of him but the whole family.

All members of staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. A very comprehensive handover is given at each pickup. We found the nursery very supportive of our child's development. The quality of food and environment are of a high standard. Staff understand each child's personal needs and acts accordingly. The staff display a very compassionate and caring attitude towards the children in their care.

I am very happy with the care that my daughter receives at the nursery. She enjoys it very much and has made l lot of friends. I am impressed with the variety of fun and learning activities that the children have at the nursery. I also appreciate very much being informed about my child's daily activities by email. I am sure she receives the best education and preparation for school. Never any concerns.

The team at the nursery and all staff members in general, are all friendly, running the extra mile in order to accommodate a day extra activity, outside the usual booking programme. Is extremely easy to contact them and the reply is always clear, quick response and very helpful. They supported us, as members of NHS staff, during the covid emergency, giving us the opportunity to focus on the job, with less stress on childcare. Their fearless and proactive help is what struck me the most. I have no words to express how grateful and happy I am about the experience. My daughter will leave the nursery for school very soon, but I am pretty sure we are going to visit the nursery/stay in touch very soon from September. Thank you all!

Both of my children have a great bond with their key persons, they feel really happy and enjoy coming into nursery and most times they don’t want to leave! The outdoor space is amazing and the staff are all lovely.
