My daughter has been going there for nearly a year and she is so happy and excited when going to the nursery. The team is absolutely fantastic always caring for my child and I feel a profound sense of care from the team. They are doing plenty of activities with the kids Kenza is always joyful when I
pick her up. Thank you so much to the team for looking after my precious treasure.

My daughter started at the nursery beginning of January 2026 and they have been very supportive in getting her settled within the baby room. They understood that I was starting work soon and wouldn't be so available to pick her up randomly during the day.
My daughter has now settled in well and is
enjoying her time there. All the staff are very friendly and positive. I am kept informed of her progress and activities via the app and in person when I go to pick her up.
For Valentine's Day they did some paintings and it was so special to receive my daughter's first painting from nursery.
They have a range of activities they do with the babies and it's nice to see her exploring all of these and engaging with them. My daughter's development has accelerated from joining the nursery.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery and as a parent, that means everything. She is currently in the Babyroom. The service the nursery provide is consistently excellent. Every staff member we've met has been friendly, understanding, and incredibly supportive you can really feel how much
they care about the children.
The meals are nutritious and varied, and my daughter eats so well there. It's reassuring to know she's getting healthy food throughout the day.
Since joining, she has grown so much in confidence, physical development, and social skills. She communicates far more than she used to, loves singing songs, and communicates more so, good progress since she only started in the Babyroom in Novemeber 2025. Most importantly, she genuinely looks forward to going to nursery each morning.
I'm very grateful for the positive environment they've created. It's made such a difference to her development and happiness.

Coming to the end with Bright Horizons Hendon, I can honestly say this has been a great start in life for the children.
The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and caring. The kids aren't just numbers here they are respected individuals. The kids are both educated and entertained. Thank you.
The
nursery itself is clean, bright and welcoming.
If I have more kids, I'll happily send them your way.

We have had such a great experience! All staff are so caring and accommodating. They each take the time to get to know your child and support them. The nursery is very well-run and management is very responsive. The facilities are great and the whole environment is very clean.

things to say and would really recommend it!

Wonderful experience at Bright Horizons Hendon, the team is absolutely brilliant. I always found the baby room clean when collecting my daughter, enjoyed lots of regular updates on her activity and development, and had a very happy child. Very highly rate this nursery.

Really have no complaints or issues.
I can’t really find a flaw.
If anything, if a parent has a pick-up time, would it be too much to have the child ready for collection? This is not a major issue but could just help on timings.

The staff at Bright Horizons Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool are very helpful and extremely caring for the children.
Great to see how the activities for the day are laid out in the morning before the children start the day too.

I see an improvement in her education and skills she is learning from nursery!
I would like to be more informed on her activities just so I can continue them at home!

We've had our daughter in Bright Horizons Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool since April 2021 and we have only excellent experiences. Our daughter started in the baby room to transition to toddlers and then nursery. Starting from settle-in period through all transitions, it was always carefully
planned and organised. The facilities, especially after recent refurb, are great, in particular, really spacious and well-organised garden. All carers have been truly wonderful, very engaged, very easy to communicate too and our children often speaks fondly of them. Also, management team has been great and always facilitating any requests, schedule changes, offering helpful advice etc. The only downside (which is not down to Bright Horizons Hendon but Bright Horizons as a corporation) is a recent change in policy which took away half-day sessions. This was the remnant of flexibility in the booking pattern, which actually forced us to move our daughter to pre-reception elsewhere. If it weren't for this change, we would surely stay there until reception.

The nursery has been great for the last 2 years whilst we’ve been attending. Everyone is so friendly. I always feel updated on how things are going. My daughter has improved a lot since attending and has become much more confident.

My son has been going to Bright Horizons Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool since he was 6 months. He’s 3 years old now and still loves going to the nursery. The staff are very understanding and supportive of his needs. We’re very happy with the nursery!

Amazing staff and my child connected instantly with their carers and we observed a clear difference in their happiness and engagement as compared to the previous nursery.
The staff is very polite and always happy to talk in detail about kids. They also identified key areas of focus for my child and
we were quite satisfied with it. We're also happy with the quality and variety of food offered.

My child has been at Bright Horizons in Hendon for a few months now, but it does feel like a second family to her already.
As a parent, I am extremely grateful to the staff as they have helped with my child’s development and physical and mental growth. I never expected to see it in such a short
period of time. I can see my child loves attending the nursery and mentions these particular staff very often.
Very thankful to Bright Horizons and for the brilliant team in Hendon.

Fantastic! Absolutely amazed with the care my child receives at this nursery. My daughter enjoys herself very much from what she comes home and tells me. She has a great relationship with her key person, as well as all the nursery staff and I am happy I have chosen the right nursery for her. The
activities sound really good when she tells me about her day and she has made many friends. Overall, I am a very happy, proud parent, knowing my child is in a safe stimulating environment.

Both my children have been at Hendon. One from 4 months old until she left at 4 and my little boy is still there and is due to leave in July. It is a wonderful nursery and I feel very lucky that both my children have been part of it. The staff are incredibly nurturing and kind and my children adore
them all. Without fail my eldest asks to run in to say hello to her key workers, when we collect her brother. We will truly miss Hendon when July comes, as it really is a very special place.

Our son joined a couple of months before the first covid lockdown in Jan 2020 aged 10 months. Nursery supported us through returning to work and settling in phases. We have watched him thrive in this environment thanks to the caring staff, brilliant facilities and activities and warm environment. He
has transitioned through all 4 stages and rooms (despite the pandemic) and in each, has created amazing bonds with his key workers and friends. The staff have gone above and beyond not only to get to know our son inside out, but to really encourage him to grow and learn. It is really incredible to see just how much he has learned! We have loved the ongoing support as a family as we’ve gone through some big life milestones (toilet training, welcoming a new baby, moving homes etc). It’s really reassuring leaving him each day, knowing how much he loves nursery (and we love being able to see what he’s up to through the family app) and we can’t wait for our second child to attend in the coming months!
