My son Leo has been at this nursery for a year now and he absolutely loves it. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. They've taken the time to get to know Leo as an individual, and it really shows in how happy and confident he is when he goes in each day. The activities are varied and engaging, and I'm always impressed by how much he's learning through play - his speech, social skills and independence have all come on so much since starting. The communication with parents is excellent too, with regular updates about what they've been doing and how he's getting on. The nursery itself is clean, safe and well organised, with a lovely atmosphere. I feel completely at ease knowing Leo is in such good hands. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring, fun and supportive environment for their child.

My daughter has attended the nursery for 6 months and really enjoys going, the staff are wonderful! She's always learning new things and has even picked up a bit of French thanks to Ms Odette! The class sizes are great and my daughter has made loads of friends.

My experience with the nursery has been exceptional. I have witnessed my child's phenomenal growth. As a parent there's nothing more I could have asked for. My daughter started with the nursery when she was a year old and she has grown leaps and bound. She has gratuated to the toddler room and our trust in the staff has only solidified. She loves coming to nursery and talking about it when home. Thank you to the entire team.

We are very happy with this nursery. Our child has attended since they were 7 months old, and their growth and development has been wonderful due to the care of the nursery staff and the activities they plan. Communication has gotten better over the past 2 years and we feel like our concerns and thoughts are listened to and documented properly. As a teacher myself with safeguarding training and 2 degrees about child development/education, I love seeing how the nursery staff and room manager plan the curriculum for the students. My child is absolutely enjoying what they are learning and it fits with that is needed for their development stage. Thank you Stratford Alphabet House for all that you do!

Amazing nursery! All my kids went to this nursery and the care is amazing. All the staff genuinely love and care for all the kids, and my children are all so happy here, which is helping their development too. Would 100% recommend.

The Alphabet House Nursery staff - from the manager to other members in baby room and beyond have been brilliant since the beginning. They are warmly and they listen to your requirements and adjust anything that may be needed to welcome your child and make him/her feel as homely as possible. They use an app for keeping every parent up-to-date with your child's activities that cover nappy changes and tracks food, breakfast and any snacks. They also do a weekly newsletter on your child's activities at nursery followed my a monthly assessment of your child's learning.

I am pleasantly surprised at how much my son loves his nursery. Every morning I drop him off he is happy to enter and rarely (almost never) cries which is what I was afraid of. The range of activities and care the staff have for the children is amazing. The practitioner are attentive, caring and kind. My son is happy, social and talkative before even turning 2 y/o and that is partly due to his time at Alphabet nursery Stratford. I would recommend this nursery to every parent. Especially if you wish your child to be happy. I never worry and always know he is taken good care of.

I have had a good experience! My son is talking way more and learning so much, he is now making full sentences when talking to me. He always tells me how much fun he has at the nursery. I am very satisfied with the service.

The Alphabet House Nursery School has been of good and great positive to my child. There are some things my little one couldn't do but gradually she has been improving and I am very pleased to have great tutors, teachers, mentors, supporters, and amazing staff encouraging our little ones leading to a bright future. I am grateful to have my child in the above-mentioned nursery.

Our 2 years old daughter has been going to Alphabet House Nursery School for more than 1 year and she seems so happy there. The staff are so welcoming and caring and our daughter has built such great relationships with them so fast. I have seen such a development in my daughter’s gross and fine motor skills. They take time in creating activities that stimulate her learning through play and she is always happy to be left there and happy when picked up. Like a second family. Would highly recommend this nursery. Well done Alphabet House!
