My daughter has attended this nursery since she turned 1 and I honestly couldn't recommend it more. She is now 3 and absolutely loves going every day. The staff are so caring, patient and genuinely invested in the children's development and happiness.
It's such a lovely environment where the
children are encouraged to learn through play, explore and build their confidence. I've seen such a positive change in my daughter since starting - she's grown in confidence, made lovely friendships and is always excited to tell me about her day.
The team make you feel really reassured as a parent and it's clear how much they care about every single child. I feel so lucky that my daughter gets to be part of such a lovely nursery.

We are delighted by the premium experience for our 16-month daughter at AWG - The staff work tirelessly to create the best environment possible - they prepare creative, varied & age-appropriate activities daily & there is even a softplay downstairs for more fun. They give them lots of time outside &
the staff in Lilac room are outstanding - warm, kind and genuinely loving to the children. Rani goes above and beyond for our child, taking her to the window to see the birds if she needs extra care at drop off. Elisa, Amy, Vicky and Freya are such a fantastic team - the room is spotlessly clean at the end of every day. They work so well together with humour and get to know the children on a personal level, sharing funny stories and updates and making an effort to make sure the children get good sleep, time outside and genuinely thriving. Lisa and Cheryl the managers greet you with open arms like you are part of the family - they create a fantastic community feel - thank you all at AWG!

Both my girls have been attending since 2024. My youngest has moved from the baby room and now up to toddlers and all of the staff have been kind and caring towards her.
The managers are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile and a chat/check in when you arrive at the nursery. They also
know the children which shows that they care.
Staff are helpful and mostly supportive when there is an issue.
They have a lovely outside space with various options of where the children can play. The rooms also seem to have plenty to play with but at the same time the rooms are not overwhelming and are organised.
I love that the nursery does a Mother's Day and Father's Day afternoon tea. It's a lovely event. They also decorate amazingly for the different seasons/events throughout the year.

Our son has been attending this nursery since April 2025, when he was 14 months old, and we honestly couldn't be happier with our experience.
From the very beginning, the team made us feel completely at ease. The staff were so caring, patient and attentive that he quickly felt safe and secure. The
communication has always been excellent.
His confidence has grown, his language has developed, and he loves all the activities (I don't know how they get through so much every day!) I love how much time he spends outside or in the romp room.
What stands out most is how genuinely warm and nurturing the team are. It's clear they truly care about the children as individuals. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families.

We moved to the area a year ago not knowing anyone with no family support nearby, so choosing the right nursery felt like a huge decision for us. Since our daughter started at Abbeywood Grange, we feel more settled -we've found a home-from-home for her. It stands out how much time the children spend
outdoors. If the weather is good, they're outside - properly outside, not just for 5 minutes. There's enough outdoor space for different rooms to use it at the same time, which says a lot about how much they prioritise fresh air and activity. Our daughters team in Lilac room are fantastic - They clearly care about the children as individuals, not just as part of a group. They've really supported our daughter with sleep - gently patting her if she needs reassurance and that kind of attentiveness means a lot. It's those small, consistent acts of care that build trust. We love this nursery. My daughter has attended for 6 months and absolutely loves attending. The staff are really friendly, professional and excellent educators. She has developed so much in her time at nursery and has a variety of experiences and activities everyday. She really enjoys the soft play,
sing and sign, and art activities. I would highly recommend the baby unit to anyone returning to work - I never worry about leaving her.

My daughter has been attending this beautiful nursery for over 2 years, every time I pick her up she does want to leave. The staff are fantastic and you can really see they love the children. The out door space is amazing. And the activitys they do for the children are so fun. My daughter leaves in
August to start school and I know how much she will miss it. Great team, Great Nursery highly recommended x

2 of my son's currently attend the nursery and are excited to go every day, they often ask on a weekend if they are 'going to school' which is testament to how much they enjoy going.
The boys moved from another nursery last year and the staff have been very accommodating and helped them settle
very easily.
I am very pleased with the nursery, the care they give the children, the activities that they are involved in and the welcoming nature of the whole establishment.

Our daughter has been going to Abbey Wood for almost a year now and we couldn't be happier. She has grown to love the nursery as her second home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They look after her very well. I recommend this nursery to all the new mums out there. It's a fantastic

Excellent, warm and home from home feeling nursery. We moved to the area 7 months ago and the thought of switching nurseries was hard but our daughter settled right into AWG and was welcomed by the amazing staff. She has made such good friends and often looks disappointed when she asks if she is
going to nursery at the weekend and we say no!
The garden facilities are amazing, the food I hear is really good and the sense of community and amazing winter and summer fairs they host are out of this world! Highly recommend this lovely place and we shall miss it when our daughter starts school.

We couldn't be more grateful for the love, care, and learning experience our daughter experienced here. The nurturing environment, creative activities, and dedicated teachers helped her blossom in so many ways.
Thank you for making her preschool and nursery years so special. She left with
wonderful memories, new skills, and a love for learning that will stay with her as she takes this next big step. We'll always cherish the time she spent here !

I have had 2 children at Abbeywood and they have both been really happy here. They are given care, respect and nurtured by all the team that work here. They have both transitioned well between the rooms and prepared well for school.
The team are friendly and approachable. They put a lot of
effort and thought into the room's setup and play.
I am so pleased they have both been lucky enough to attend Abbeywood at such a crucial stage of their development and we'll treasure all the memories!

Personal, caring, amazing activities. Every member of staff knows my son's name and makes an effort whether he's in their room or not. This place makes nursery feel like a treat for the kids. It's like a family. I'm so over the moon with choosing Abbey Wood as our nursery.

I am particularly pleased with the level of detailed updates I get regarding my child. The staff are all very friendly which has helped my child settle in. I have also seen improvements in my child's engagement, behaviour, speech and skills.
When I have questions or more info regarding any policies
I do get a detailed response which has helped me understand the rules and processes around the nursery.

My daughter has been going to Abbey Wood for almost a year now and she absolutely loves it. Gets so excited when she realises where we're going. Within weeks of her being in the baby room, we noticed huge progress with her walking and talking and this is all thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone
there is so welcoming and friendly, management never makes you feel silly when you ask a question about things, they are very reassuring. Couldn't imagine sending my daughter anywhere else.

All the staff are so lovely and welcoming, My daughter has settled in amazingly well. There is such a variety for the children to do and her learning has come on leaps and bounds, she loves going into nursery which says everything.

We have two girls at the nursery. Both love it and are well supported by staff. They have formed very close bonds with the staff and feel very confident and safe at the nursery. There are lots of daily activities.

I highly recommend Abbey Wood Grange and their staff.
It's so far been an absolute pleasure to have our little one there.
She has been there nearly a year now and is thriving. The staff adore her and she seems to be very happy and confident with them.
She is learning so much from them and having
a ball of a time. They are super thorough in what she learns, eats, sleeps, and does during the day.
Very attentive, affectionate and supportive.
I can't recommend them enough!
The main reason I signed up was because of the fabulous outdoor space and the indoor soft play, but I got so much more than expected. Special thanks to all the staff!
