This is our third nursery and by far the best. The admin staff is incredibly on top of everything. The teachers are all so kind, loving and supportive. They are also redoing the front area so it's brand new for the kids!

We could not have chosen a better nursery for our son, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. From the first day, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Every teacher and staff member was professional and kind, always greeting us with a smile. The nursery respected each child's individuality, and our son grew in confidence and independence. Communication was excellent. The app provided daily updates with details on activities, meals, toilet visits, and handwashing. Photos gave us reassurance, knowing our son was happy and safe. Meals were freshly prepared, nutritious, balanced, and varied, and the chef was approachable and kind. Our son graduated in August, and while we are proud of his progress, we truly wish he could have stayed longer. This nursery was a special place in his early years, and we are deeply grateful to all staff for their care, professionalism, and love.

Perfect. Our daughter is very happy and is developing excellently. Area is quiet and safe. Staff friendly and attentive. We enjoy the live updates about meals eaten (helps what to cook in the evening) and sleeping time.

Our child started at Bright Horizons St John's Wood Day Nursery and Preschool after an international move. The staff was so supportive and caring during this time of great transition that, only two weeks later, she runs to the door when it's time for school. The activities are creative and stimulating, environment welcoming, food sounds delicious and communication from management and teachers is clear and abundant. Highly recommend the staff, curriculum and location.

My son joined the nursery in July 24 and the staff have been extremely thoughtful, compassionate and professional. They ensured that my son settled in and were patient with him and me. The staff are excellent here and they provide so much love and care to the kids. My son loves the place and misses it on the days he doesn't go. My son loves the area and the outside area and all the toys that he gets here. He particularly enjoys the food which is all in-house made so I feel very relieved in knowing that it's all healthy.

We have been so happy with the warmth and care in the baby/toddler room, it instantly reassured our daughter, and us! The staff are caring and excellent at coming up with different solutions for different children, and I know our daughter is in the best of care. Our settling sessions have been managed so professionally but so personally as well. The space is lovely and bright and there are lots of exciting areas for the children to explore. Thank you for all that you do Bright Horizons St John's Wood!

All the staff are lovely and my son seems to thoroughly enjoy his time at the nursery. The app is also great - I get all of the information I need on mealtimes, nappy changes, daily activities, etc and it gives me additional comfort that he is in great hands!

Wonderful team- management is extremely responsive, patient, professional, and supportive. The nursery staff are so kind, caring, patient, and lovely. My son has only been there a couple of weeks but already loves everyone there and gets excited when we get there. They do an excellent range of activities and take the children out into their outdoor area often, which I think is very important! The app is excellent, and reassuring for a Mum who is leaving her son for the first time. It's hard to leave your child with anyone else, but the team at Bright Horizons St Johns Wood makes it as easy as it can be. Thank you to the wonderful team there with a special thanks to the nursery manager and all the girls in the Toddler Room.

We have a 2-year-old daughter at the nursery since she was 8 months old and are very satisfied with it. My daughter loves her teachers who are caring and kind. They provide detailed updates on what’s happening at the nursery and shares pictures of my daughter on the app, from which I can tell that children’s days are packed with exciting activities! The facility is clean and safe. It has a garden where children can play safely. They provide good meals for breakfast, snacks, lunch and tea.

I love all the different activities they get into each day. It makes me happy to know they are doing more with her each day than what I could do alone with her. The ladies are so loving towards my little one and the space is quite large with lots of things to do!

Our little one joined the St Johns Wood branch, at 9 months old. The teachers are so lovely and the staff are really helpful. I think she has developed a lot since then and learned a lots of skills. We are very happy with our choice.

My daughter enjoys and loves the nursery. The teachers are lovely and very friendly. The manager’s response to my emails are always quick. Only one thing we are not satisfied with, is the loss of children’s clothes. It happened to me once and a few other parents told me the same experience. Except for this, I’m satisfied with everything.

Our child has been enrolled at the St. John's Wood Bright Horizon Nursery for over a year and has been very pleased with the security, facilities, food and most importantly, the teachers and opportunities to learn. Our child loves going every day and we're happy with the overall service that's being provided. While there was a change in leadership that caused issues for several months, those have been resolved with a great manager now in place. Would absolutely recommend.

Great staff! My son started first around his 3rd birthday and soon became comfortable. He enjoys being in the nursery. In the preschool room, there is a good balance of a fun-based learning environment and a focus on the emotional development of children.

We have been very happy with Brihgt Horizons St John's Wood. Our daughter started as a baby and has now moved through two older age groups, and at every stage taking her and leaving her at nursery has been easier for us as parents than we would have expected before seeing her positive experiences. We are comfortable that she is safe and learning while she is at nursery, and she has made some meaningful connections with both some teachers and some fellow students. We have no doubt that the nursery has been better for her development than were she always at home with us, and we're pretty sure she eats better food at nursery than what we would make for her as well! We would certainly recommend this nursery to other parents.

My daughter is very happy at nursery, enjoys the activities and playing with the friends she has made. Staff are always kind and polite with special mention for the member of staff who my daughter is always delighted to see and speaks about every evening. Overall, a very positive experience for my daughter and us, as parents.

We've sent two children to St John's Wood Bright Horizons and have felt both our boys were well cared for, beginning when the youngest was four months old and through my eldest departing for reception. The staff were great in the infant room, and our son really enjoys staff who always makes him smile. In the toddler room, our son has a lot of fun playing with certain staff and had always been helpful, as has other staff with any questions we have had. They have also been great.

We've been very pleased with the service from Bright Horizons Nursery, St John's Wood. Our son started there when he was just a year old, he's now nearly twenty months and he loves it there and is always eager to go. The teachers are all great, attentive and caring. He gets a little daily report. At the end of each day, outline what activities he's taken part in, his eating regime, nappy changing and sleeping regime, for each day. We find this extremely useful. In addition, we receive weekly newsletters, via email, which give a general overview of what the different groups have been doing, during the week. It also provides useful information on what reading materials have been the focus for the week, in case parents wish to replicate them at home. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this particular nursery to any parents.

Very happy with the nursery; the staff is lovely, caring and active, they seem to find the right balance between playtime and early learning. Interacting with the management has been easy and cordial.

Wonderful team- management is extremely responsive, patient, professional, and supportive. The nursery staff are so kind, caring, patient, and lovely. My son has only been there a couple of weeks but already loves everyone there and gets excited when we get there. They do an excellent range of activities and take the children out into their outdoor area often, which I think is very important! The app is excellent, and reassuring for a Mum who is leaving her son for the first time. It's hard to leave your child with anyone else, but the team at Bright Horizons St Johns Wood makes it as easy as it can be. Our little one joined the St Johns Wood branch, at 9 months old. The teachers are so lovely and the staff are really helpful. I think she has developed a lot since then and learned a lots of skills. We are very happy with our choice.
