Our family has had a wonderful experience with Millie's House Fulham Palace over the years. Our daughter started attending in 2022 when she was just 4 months old, and while she has since moved on, our son is now attending the nursery-and we are still extremely happy with it.
The staff are truly
exceptional: warm, caring, and respectful, and they build such strong bonds with the children. Both of our children have always been happy to come in each morning, and it's been amazing to see how confident, secure, and happy they are in this environment. The management team has also been efficient, flexible, and supportive, which we really appreciate as parents.
The nursery offers a fantastic range of activities throughout the year, including cooking, and gardening, which really help develop the children's skills and curiosity. The outdoor space is a big plus-children go outside every day, which we value greatly. We also really appreciate the freshly cooked meals and the variety of food

Our daughter has been attending Millie's House Fulham Palace since September 2024 and we've always been very satisfied. The teachers and other members of staff are very friendly, treat the children with warmth and respect, and take great care of them. The management has been efficient and flexible
with our needs since the beginning, which we greatly appreciate.
The nursery provides freshly cooked food and a good variety of meals, so our daughter receives a well balanced nutrition, not just at home.
Another thing worth mentioning is the number of children in the nursery. Being in very small groups allows the staff to care for each child individually.
Finally, we value the space and environment of the nursery, especially the natural light and the outdoor area.
Our daughter comes back home every day feeling happy and it's very reassuring to see how secure and confident she is when in the care of the nursery.

I do not recommend Millie's House Fulham Palace under the new management
As a working single mum recovering from surgery, I needed a supportive and understanding nursery. Under previous managers warm leadership, Millie's House was truly caring and flexible - she always helped families and made
parents feel supported.
Since the now manager took over, the atmosphere has changed completely. Within her first week, she called social services over a short collection delay and refused my feeding request for my 10-month-old, who became unwell from overfeeding. When I asked what she considered an ideal amount of food, she could not answer - only said, "fill up the small cup."
There are now very few activities and little stimulation, mostly just feeding and sleeping.
This nursery has sadly lost the warmth and care it once had under previous management.

Millie's House is such a good nursery with excellent teachers. Always take care of my child perfectly and provide a good daily report. Staff are very friendly and create an awesome environment. I am very happy with my choice!

The care and development of my children are perfect I always feel 100% confident they will be well looked after. They do a variety of activities and my child always talks/sings about what they have done that day. My child is so happy to come to nursery every day. That's all I could really ask for.
The only thing that doesn't suit me personally is that they constantly change their good employees there, the child just gets used to one employee and they change him again.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery here and is thriving since joining. All of the teachers are excellent in their interactions and learning and my daughter has built really strong relationships with them all. I could not recommend this nursery enough, not only do I feel comfortable in the
care and development for my daughter, but all the staff have great communication and are lovely people, putting me at ease.

Lovely staff and manager. They respond quickly to your concerns. My son is very happy to attend this nursery. They are well looked after my son. End of every day they tell you what exactly they have done with your kid.

My son started to attend Millie's House Nursery in Fulham Palace Road when he was 14 months old. Since the management changed he really likes it and all the teachers are very nice to him. I like the environment and it very much feels like home for him. Teachers take care of the kids and they fill
their day with plenty of activities.

Millie's House was the 2nd nursery my son went into after not being happy with the first nursery of choice. I wish I had put him in sooner to Millie's House! From the very beginning, they have been so wonderful and my son really enjoys attending here 2 days a week. They have been so flexible with us
for the past year, which has been a bit of a personal roller coaster. They are caring, compassionate, their communication skills are fab and they genuinely care about our son and the education he receives from them. I owe them so much!

The staff at Millie's are very caring, nice and pay great attention to the kids' needs and development. The teachers/manager organise stimulating activities encouraging body movements and coordination, along with cognitive stimulation and creativeness. Amongst the activities: yoga, dancing and
signing, gardening, painting and many others. A lot of attention is paid to help the kids develop their autonomy in various instances, like dressing themselves, playing by themselves, etc. The staff are always keen to help the parents providing tips or suggestions on daily activities. Overall, very satisfied.

Millie's Nursery is the safe space for my son. He is very happy every morning when I drop him and I feel very comfortable too. Since he joined he has been exposed to many different activities (painting, yoga, music, trips to the river bank, etc). This has allowed him to learn how to communicate to
the point that he fully speaks and he isn't even 2 years old. He can count to ten and knows his colours and that's all thanks to the great staff, especially a couple of teachers in particular and the GM of the nursery! My son calls for them even when on holidays. I am also very confident that he is fed correctly, the chef for the nursery prepares fresh meals every day which my son loves! They have a fantastic app where you can see how much have the children slept, what they have eaten, pictures and comments from teachers, and their progress. I couldn't be happier and I am so grateful that they gave us the opportunity for my son to join the nursery.

I had my eldest son here back in 2017 for a few years and so there was no questioning where my youngest was going. The nursery is brilliant. The staff are lovely and they really bond with your kids which is really important. 100% a fantastic nursery!

My son has been attending Millie's House since Sept 2023. He has come through leaps and bounds. His vocab, speech, emotions and friendships are second to none! The nursery is like a family and the children build amazing bonds and friendships. The staff are great, super fun, enthusiastic,
entertaining, supportive and adaptable with every child and their needs. The outside area is great, however, I think this could be improved slightly.

Very good nursery with family spirit. We are very pleased to have this nursery next to our home. I definitely recommend this place for your kids. Our kid is learning. Staff are very supportive and bring them outside very often and they have a nice garden.
