View Full Details of Bright Horizons Parsons Green Day Nursery and PreschoolAmazing! Everyone is great and super lovely! The care and attention towards the safety, learning and development of my daughter is something that I am truly thankful and grateful for. 5 stars all round!
My son has been attending Bright Horizons for just over a year now and he absolutely loves it! He's happy to go to nursery every morning and he is always speaking highly of the staff that look after him! Seeing how happy he is, naturally puts me at ease and makes me happy too. They go on great trips and do some really nice activities with the children. The staff (including management) are always so friendly and are happy to answer any questions I may have. Overall I'm super happy with the nursery!
I have 2 girls attending the nursery. They are very happy and really look forward to going everyday. They love all the activities and the staff who are always helping them to learn and grow their confidence. The nursery is beautifully set out for a fun and happy environment.
We had a very bad experience during our first settle in day. I decided on the spot to cancel the registration process immediately. The manager, who onboard us throughout the process was very welcoming and warm, however she was not present on the first settle in day. It felt like her replacement was not aware of our visit at all and was unprepared. When we entered the baby room, we were allowed to leave our shoes on and put the pram inside (!) while small babies/toddler where crawling in the room. They introduced us to the keyperson on the first day, however I was told that the keyperson will be confirmed at the end of the induction week. Her English was very poor and she did not introduced herself properly, shaking hands etc. There was no plan of the settle in schedule. and I did not stayed the full hour as it felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I felt sad and shocked to witness such a poor environment for a private day care nursery!
Our daughter has been attending nursery here for almost two months now. My partner and I are both thrilled at the way she has settled into life at Bright Horizons. The first couple of weeks were tough for us as new parents, especially because our daughter is our first child. The initial few drop-offs were hard as we all adapted to a new way of life, but the staff at the nursery have really helped. They have all worked really hard to ensure she feels safe, comforted and welcome. There are three members of staff, in particular, within the baby room that have a really warm manner that helps our child to feel at home and seeing her stretch her arms out to them at drop-off time is really lovely and a testament to how she has settled in. The management team in the office make a special effort each morning to welcome us through the door and ask how our daughter has been. This has really helped us both to return to work knowing that she is safe and being properly taken care of.
Our son was born in 2020 and due to covid, was unable to attend nursery and had not attended many playgroups. At Bright Horizons Fulham Day Nursery and Preschool, he got used to attending very fast even though it was his first time away from parents. The teachers have diverse backgrounds of culture and enforce a nursery which has an excellent ambience for children, a great vibe. The teachers are super caring, kind and fun and a happy place where every member of staff really cares about the children. Also, from practical purposes, the hours are extremely convenient for working parents as well as its location from the tube station. In addition to this, if there are any matters that require discussion with the manager, she is always available and is very understanding of individual requirements. The manager manages the nursery with complete dedication to the learning curriculum and always caring and at hand.
Amazing nursery. The staff are really caring and helping my son to develop properly. He’s always happy to go there and I can see how entertaining it is for him. Plenty of different activities are done during the day which helps him to develop different skills (communication, playing, painting, focusing,) The food is good and they pay specific attention to our requirements. Nice app to follow everything if needed and to communicate with the staff. They also have a nice garden with plenty of toys.
Excellent nursery with amazing staff. They really care about the children. My daughter loves it too. She has made lots of friends and has developed considerably since joining. Highly recommend this nursery to anyone thinking of putting their kids there.
Fantastic nursery with friendly staff who take wonderful care of my baby. Lots of varied activities and consistent updates of what they are getting up to each day. Baby is genuinely excited to be dropped off each morning.
We are very happy with Bright Horizons Fulham and will continue to send our daughter there through pre-school. Our daughter started at 10 months old in the baby room and has since been there for 8 months. She has developed and progressed wonderfully and has a true bond with the nurturing staff. The staff is caring and attentive and shows a true interest in our daughter. It is a great comfort to us that she enjoys being there every day. The nursery staff have been essential in her development and have taught her how to hold a cup, eat with a spoon and fork, as well as going from sitting to crawling to walking.
I would highly recommend this nursery. The childcare there is brilliant. I always feel confident that my daughter will be well looked after and safe. The staff at the nursery are professional, always friendly and supportive. I also like the variety of activities that they are doing in the nursery, as well as the healthy and varied menu.
I wouldn’t know were to start! Since my niece started at this nursery she has thrived beyond belief in such a short space of time, her speech and enthusiasm for singing and books has grown immensely. When she first started she was not fond of messy play, now she’s helping set out activities! To know this year will be her last year here is bittersweet, as she is starting school in September, I wish they could follow our little one to school. The whole team especially management have been a godsend, they are all so warm and welcoming and our daughter just felt right at home so quickly. Thanks, Bright Horizons Fulham Day Nursery and Preschool team!
Since enrolling our daughter at Bright Horizons, Fulham this year we have noticed a remarkable increase in her attentiveness and interests as she is exposed to so many varied activities at the nursery that we cannot offer at home. Added to this, is the wonderful group of kids and staff she interacts with on a daily basis and we couldn’t be happier with our choice to enrol her at Bright Horizons.
We are very happy with the nursery. Starting with the staff who are doing amazing work with the kids. They are always adapting to their needs. Kids love to go there, which is the best indicator there is!
Our daughter joined Bright Horizons Fulham full-time in July 2020, just after her first birthday. In the four months that she has been there, she has absolutely thrived and we are so pleased with her development. Her settling-in week was hard due to the Covid restrictions, but the staff went above and beyond to help her settle in, and within a week she was smiling at drop-off and pick-up. Special mention has to go to her key worker - she's brilliant! Calm, empathetic and gentle - we can tell how much our daughter loves being looked after by her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.
A fantastic nursery which I have recommended warmly to all my friends! It has excellent facilities and daily routines, but what makes it even more special is the staff - warm, caring, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the children. We were nervous about how our son would adjust when he first started at 20 months old and was quite set in his routine at home. However, we were very pleasantly surprised and relieved that he settled immediately and was looking forward to going every day! Even on the days he was at home, he asked to go to the nursery! A year later, he has changed groups and is just as excited. He has wonderful days and is absolutely thriving and advancing by the day. He enjoys being with other children, the numerous daily activities as well as the special- themed ones, such as the Halloween party and pumpkin decoration and the recent pyjama party. We also really appreciate the daily feedback and the lovely art and photos that we get. Can't recommend highly enough.
I had a horrible experience here and I hope no one ever experiences it. My son started going to this nursery when he was almost 2 years old from October 2018 and had been there till November 2019. We moved to another nursery as the key person on my son’s room was suspended due to inappropriate behaviour with children. My son was shy and withdrawn and this person made him even worse. He used to cry every day when we were dropping him off at the nursery but we were thinking that it’s normal and because he wants to stay home. No. He was spending his days covered with the blanket, under the table all day, trying to “save” himself. We were lucky that another colleague reported her and she went under investigation but we decided to find another nursery as this one clearly wasn’t the right one for my son. I am sure some people might have good feedback and experience but mine wasn’t. Now my son is happier and loves to go to the new nursery.
My son has been attending the nursery 3 full days a week since he was 11 months old, he has recently turned 4 and will be attending until he goes to school in 2021. We've always found the staff to be patient, loving and nurturing while creating a fun environment to learn and play and we get regular updates about what's going on at the nursery. A well-run nursery, which I would highly recommend.
Fantastic nursery with caring and professional staff. They took on my then 18-month old at short notice after lockdown when we were desperate for childcare. They were super helpful and flexible and happily arranged extra days over the summer when I had to work. They settled in my child really quickly, their Covid procedures are sensible but don't make the experience too scary (eg you can wear a facemask at dropoff so they don't have to and can welcome your child with a big smile). Because of Covid, we have only visited the nursery once so we haven't seen the rooms and activities at first hand. But they have made a big effort to take photos and give detailed handovers so I have a good sense of what he's been up to - lots of engaging activities like painting and he is always happy at pickup. The nursery itself is bright and plenty of space for the kids. Would definitely recommend. My only feedback is that they don't allow you to swap days which would be helpful eg for work commitments.
My child has been attending Bright Horizons Fulham Day Nursery 3-days a week since June 2019 and thoroughly enjoys his nursery days. As a parent, it gives you so much confidence when your child gets through the nursery doors and is so excited to be there when welcomed by the staff. He settled in immediately and has a very close bond with his key worker. Since attending Fulham Day Nursery, my son's confidence has grown, speech and social skills. We, as parents, are very happy with our son's development - thanks to all the Fulham Day Nursery staff.
