We have had a positive experience at Highbury nursery. Our son joined when he was 10 months and he has progressed through 2 rooms which have provided a wonderful support for his development. We get lots of opportunities to spend time with him in the nursery and can see how much he enjoys it and how
engaged all staff are with the children. We also have up to date information on his eating and sleeping and love seeing the photos of his activities. We appreciate all the different activities that staff do with our son and can see the positive impact on him.

We wouldn't recommend this nursery and think there are better settings locally. Our concerns stem from the amount of accidents our child had whilst attending the nursery. Accident forms were a weekly occurrence and we experienced, alongside other parents a large amount of biting. Our child was
bitten weekly at one point. Lots of accidents involving hitting, biting and falling, which led us to believe the children were poorly supervised and left to their own devices a lot of the time. Other parents at the nursery had similar experiences. Our child has moved to another setting and we've not had a single accident form after a considerable period of time.

Our child has thrived at Bright Horizons Highbury! The kind, caring, and patient approach of the team is evident in our happy child. Even under one year old, our baby is enjoying painting, listening to story time, a whole host of sensory activities, playing outside, and exploring new foods with the
nursery's extensive menu. We couldn't recommend the nursery more!

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Highbury from baby one through to toddler. She has really enjoyed the experience and we are so grateful to the full team for taking such good care of her over the past two years. Including considering specifics about what she really enjoys, to make sure her
experience is a happy one. Sadly we're leaving now to move to a different part of London. She will miss the team & her little friends dearly, I'm sure, and we're grateful for everything they've done.

From day one our daughter has loved being here, and we as parents haven't thought twice about leaving her all day knowing she is going to be safe and have such a fun day, full of many interesting activities. The way our daughter has built relationships with all the lovely staff and kids (and other
parents!) is so nice to see. I love dropping her off and seeing her run happily into the room up to one of her carers for a big cuddle. The food is all great as is the chef who is also so friendly! The management team are amazing and so helpful and attentive and you can see have the children's best interests at heart. We only have such positive things to say about Bright Horizons Highbury! Thank you for everything :)

Our little has made some amazing progress in their skills this past year and we can't thank the staff enough for helping them grow. They enjoy their time at daycare, have lots of fun activities and we love seeing the daily pics of what they get up to. The development posts on our child are also very
handy and a great way of knowing how they are progressing outside of our vision.

Bright Horizons Highbury is a wonderful nursery, our kids loved to go there. All the staff are caring and loving the children. They have a structured schedule everyday and they provide creative experiences. Very stimulating environment.

Overall, very satisfied with the care my two children received here over the past five years (first my son attended, then my daughter). The staff are friendly and nurturing, creating a warm and welcoming environment. My children enjoyed their time here and made good progress. A solid choice for
parents in the area!

We have had three children at Bright Horizons Highbury Day Nursery and Preschool between end of 2018 and summer 2024.
The staff are very caring and attentive, the management is very involved and super supportive with parents and the chef seems to be the best chef there ever was (if you ask my kids
at least).
I can highly recommend the nursery and was sad to see us leave!

Excellent nursery and preschool. Teachers are very attentive and looking to teach my child (even potty training). So pleased with this nursery.
A minor down: I would like to teach my child to write better but I guess she is a bit too young.
I like the pictures take and messages during the day when
I ask something.

My daughter started at 8.5 months but loved it from day one. Settling in was great and super gentle. The staff are also great and loving with the children. Activities are lots of fun, and the daily updates on the app are a highlight.

Both our children have attended this nursery since they were one. Our eldest is now in year two and is still warmly welcomed when she comes to pick up her brother, and the staff takes a genuine interest in her progress since leaving. The facilities are clean and well-kept, they have some outdoor
space, which is difficult to come by in these parts. Our son loves attending here and is always having an amazing time when we pick him up. There are some members of staff who genuinely consider to be his friends! As working parents who need to use their long opening hours almost to the maximum, it is a real comfort to know how well he is being looked after.

Amazing nursery, staff truly care about children, lots of activities proposed depending on age and development. Great communication and great food. Our toddler is very happy to go to this nursery and we can only recommend!

The staff is incredibly professional and supports kids every step of the way. They are all super enthusiastic and positive. The activities are great, our kid loved to see chicks hatching around Easter time. The app is great to follow up, we love it. On the improvement side, we would like the toddler
class to be equipped with pull up nappies and to support potty training.

Our son thoroughly enjoys his days at the nursery. He likes most of the staff. They have a good range of activities. The nursery is expensive but reasonable value for money given the geography. The selection of food is good.

Exceptional staff and care for my baby. Dedicated resource to aid settling in. Love and attention when my baby was unsettled. Kept up to date every day with food and naps. Highbury Nursery is excellent.

Overall very pleased with our experience. The people taking care of our daughter are great. Only two negative feedback. A dedicated space for naps should be created; I cannot imagine my daughter having a proper nap if it is too bright and noisy. Giving options for the afternoon snacks doesn't seem
balanced. Fruits should be privileged.

Excellent nursery and preschool. Teachers are very attentive and looking to teach my child (even potty training). So pleased with this nursery.
