My daughter is almost 16 months and she has been attending since she was 13 months. She settled in really well and all the staff in the bunnies room were so welcoming and accomodating when she first started and helping her ease into the routine and specicially helped her nap in a new environment and she has gone from doing sport half an hour naps to longer 1/2 hour naps. She always enjoys the acivties and on pick up i get a run down of how her day has been. Staff are good at updating food, naps and nappy changes that occur during the day so i can see at work and it gives me reassurance of how the day is going. I have had no problems contacting staff for queries, and they have also contacted me about Alice when she is unwell, so i know she is in safe hands and being taken care off.

Absolutely brilliant nursery. Both of my children have loved Bluebell Wood. The staff are lovely, and they always go the extra mile to make sure the children are having a lovely time and are extremely well cared for. They often do extra events such as the Christmas decoration making and the summer party, and extra activies like yoga. The safety at the nursery is excellent with the gate system, and I have always felt confident having the children there. All the team are brilliant, and get to know the children and their needs so well. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you all at Bluebell Wood

Great nursery, my child has really flourished since starting at Bluebell Wood. The staff are really friendly and are always striving to do their best. I always feel like any concerns may have are always listened to and acted on if needed. Overall really happy with my experience of the last year my child has been there.

My 3 children of different ages have been going to bluebell wood for over a year and all are always coming out very happy and joyfully talk about their day. All staff, beit baby room, toddler and older room all have catered well to my children's needs to date over the time they have spent there. They are warm and welcoming and a friendly team. They have recently made some great additions to the outdoor area.

We've been so pleased with Bluebell Wood Nursery. The staff are so so kind and lovely, and have made the whole transition of starting nursery for our little boy so easy. Three members of staff, in particular, (as well as all the other lovely ladies in the baby room) are just the best and are always finding lots of new activities for the little ones to enjoy. Our son absolutely loves going, as soon as we arrive in the car park he is visibly excited to be there! We receive great updates, and tailored notes on his development too - really can't recommend the nursery enough. I was so worried going back to work (first time mum) but the whole process has been brilliant and I know my son is safe and happy - and learning loads too.

My son has been at Bluebell Wood since he was 10 months old and he absolutely loves it! His key worker is wonderful with him, as are all the staff. Having the App to look at updates during the day is great, and I love it when a photo of him is uploaded and I can see just how much fun he is having. The nursery have also been very accommodating when trying to sort out a dietary issue. I know that when I drop him off, he is in safe hands and is well loved and cared for. I would highly recommend Bluebell Wood to anyone looking for a nursery.

From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we felt welcomed and supported. The staff are incredibly kind and genuinely care about each child's well-being. They keep us updated on our child's progress and most activities happening at the nursery, which gives us peace of mind. It's clear that they prioritise building a strong relationship with parents and that makes all the difference. It's such a relief to know that our child is in a nurturing environment where they can thrive. It's been a wonderful experience for our family!

Bluebell Wood are fantastic! They are so accommodating to each child and always take the time to discuss my child when needed. They are so bubbly and friendly too! I feel very happy that my child gets to spend her nursery days there! Thank you!

My son started at Bluebell Wood after leaving his previous nursery. The staff ensured he settled in so well and seemed very lovely. They give a good handover when I pick him up and I am kept updated with the app. They make lovely art folders that the children bring home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.

Our 17 month old son has been attending Bluebell Wood for 6 months now and genuinely loves going in every day. Our son does a range of activities including arts and crafts, music, messy and sensory play and time outdoors. His confidence with other children has really grown in the few months he has been attending. Bluebell Wood is a genuinely caring and lovely atmosphere and I would only ever recommend them to other parents.

Since my son joined this nursery all staff have been supportive to both him and me. Communication has been good. My son struggled to start but he is now showing more confidence and growth being here. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My daughter has been at Bluebell Wood since she was 20 months old and has thrived under the care of the staff. They are warm and caring and always have the best interests of the children at heart. We love the variety of activities both indoors and outdoors from creative play to role play learning and story time. She frequently doesn't want to leave at the end of the day because she loves it so much.

Our son has been at Bluebell Wood since he was 12 months old and he leaves for school this year. He adores his time at nursery and we love to hear about all the activities he’s been up to when he comes home. The staff are wonderful, they get to know the children so well and they’ve really helped shape him into a confident and happy 3-year-old. He was a Covid baby, initially very shy and we were apprehensive about him starting school in September as he will be young in his year, but thanks to his time at Bluebell Wood we feel he’s fully equipped with all the skills he needs for school, he’s gained so much independence recently and he’s eager to learn new things. We’ll be very sad to say goodbye in August but so grateful to the manager and all the team at Bluebell Wood for doing such a wonderful job in not only caring for him but having a significant impact on his development. Would highly recommend this nursery.

I love this nursery! The staff are always quick to help and offer advice. My son's care has been consistent, with a key worker assigned to him which allows a constant flow of effective communication and support in areas that is needed specifically for him. They support the children to gain confidence and independence in many ways for example: By learning to clean up after themselves and putting their leftovers in the bin. The safety of the children is taken seriously, the nursery is fairly open plan, no phones are allowed out inside and no unauthorised people are allowed in the children's toilets. There are plenty of safety gates on the way out/in too. There are regular invites to do play mornings etc and also a parent breakfast sometimes on drop off with coffees. Can't go wrong with that!

We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful nursery to anyone who is looking for a kind, personable and nurturing environment for their child. Our son has been welcomed with open arms since day one and it has been fantastic to see how the attentive staff in bunnies have played an instrumental role in his social and physical development. He enjoys lots of messy play, music time, outdoor play, arts and baking. A five star nursery with five star staff.

My daughter has been attending Bluebell Wood for over a year now and she loves it. The staff are great and always come and tell me about her day when I pick her up. She’s always full of beans by the end of the day and excited to tell me what she’s been up to. I’ll be very sad when it’s time for her to leave next year.

My little boy loved your nursery, you are so understanding and are a wonderful team. Never felt judged and there was always positive feedback. My little boy is non-verbal and you were amazing with him. We are sad to leave your nursery as we feel you are the best. Overall, very happy with the service you provide. Always have the children's best interests at heart. We loved the home visit and thought it was a lovely idea for you to get to know our boy. Thank you for everything.

My daughter has been attending Bluebell Wood since November and absolutely loves it there! She’s formed a real bond with the staff there and they really understand her personality and what she likes and doesn’t like. It’s always going to be difficult returning to work after maternity leave but I truly feel like it’s been made so much easier by knowing how well looked after she is there.
