I am extremely happy with the nursery and the wonderful care our child receives. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive to each child's needs. It's clear that they are passionate about early childhood development and creating a safe, nurturing
environment.
The activities are well-planned and engaging, supporting learning through play while encouraging creativity, confidence, and social skills.
Thank you Irene for your dedication, support and passion in what you do.

My son absolutely loved coming to nursery. There were a lot of changes towards the end of 2024 beginning of 2025 in which needed to happen due to the poorly run management and staff issues, but since the change of management Irene has completely changed that place around, we didn't want to leave in
the end. Irene personally got to know all the children on a deep level, and in particular my son and was genuinely a warm person. I noticed a massive difference in the nursery and also my son's behaviour. Few other staff members really helped Wren along his journey too and everyone was so lovely, the activities provided were so much better and Wren enjoyed trying different healthy hot meals.

Both of my children attend this nursery, one in the baby group and the other in preschool, and they are both very happy. I can clearly see how much progress they are making thanks to being around other children their age.
The staff and teachers are wonderful - caring, professional, and truly
dedicated to the children. The new management is fantastic and has made many positive changes, which really shows in how well the nursery is run.
The meals are great and very varied. My children always eat everything, and there are plenty of snacks, fruits, milk, and water provided, so parents don't need to bring their own. They also provide nappies, which is a huge help.
I really appreciate how well they handle allergies - it's very clear who has allergies, and they have proper safety procedures in place (including allergy pens), which gives me great peace of mind.
The observation and updates are excellent. Every few weeks, we receive detailed feedback about our children's progress and develop

My daughter has attended Kindred Harlow since August 2023. We moved to Harlow in a hurry and the staff were very supportive with allocating a place for us at very late notice. As parents we noticed a period of time during 2024 when there was a lot of staff turnover and standards seemed to slip. But
in the last year it's back to being a fab environment. Saying that, my daughter has enjoyed going to nursery throughout her whole time. The staff in the babies room are caring and professional and the environment is nurturing and safe. Now she is in the preschool room and she loves all the activities, especially the ones from external visitors such as football and dance pop. We have seen her develop and grow and make great friendships with the children and nursery staff alike. She'll be leaving to start school in September 2026 and I know she'll be completely ready and be at the right developmental level to thrive.

We have changed nursery about 5 months ago when are son was just under 2 worrying how he will adjust but took him only about 2 days and he absolutely loves it, all staff and management are great, would definitely recommend!

I have had my son at Kindred for 2 years already. With new management, everything changed in the past year. I see a lot of improvement; there are lots of activities, and the stuff is amazing. My son is now happy, and he enjoys the nursery every day.

My son has been at kindred nursery since September 2024 and the staff have been brilliant helping him develop from learning to walk to his communication skills.
The nursery has supported us with things we are implementing at home such as less naps and easing the dummy off him. Would 100% recommend
this nursery to anyone who is considering it.
All staff go above and beyond from the key workers, kitchen staff and cleaners.

My son recently started at this nursery, and I honestly couldn't be happier with our experience so far. From the very beginning, the manager, Irene, has been incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. She runs the nursery with such attention to detail and heart, you can immediately tell
how passionate she is about creating a safe, nurturing environment for the children.
Safety was my absolute top priority when choosing a nursery and this environment truly gives me peace of mind. The nursery is always clean, secure, and well-organised. I feel completely confident leaving my son there each day knowing he is protected and cared for at all times.
Irene and her team truly go above and beyond. Choosing a nursery is such a big decision for any parent and I feel incredibly grateful that we found this one. I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, fun, caring environment for their child.

Every member of staff are incredible and very friendly!
Couldn't ask for more.
They have a great app that has updates constantly, which allows you to know what your child is doing, eating, going toilet and more.
All in all, brilliantly run organisation!

There has been such a positive change in the nursery over the past year. My son loves his teachers and friends in the preschool room and they're always doing lovely activities. If I ever need to speak to staff about anything I know I can message via the app or call the nursery which gives me peace
of mind.

My Little boy has been going here since May 2025 and I am so grateful for the support and care they gave to help him and me when he settled into the nursery. They are understanding and provided lovely updates about his day and update the app promptly to update about meals and naps. The children are
provided with many fun activities alongside educational resources and I have seen him flourish!

Nursery has been very helpful in my child's learning and social development skills. The nursery itself has monthly activities and events for kids, clean environment and kind/helpful staff. They also include a food catering service which was recently introduced this year; a bonus especially when they
can cater for any dietary requirements. I really like how interactive and engaged the staff are to the kids which is visible when my kid started to feel settled everytime i drop her off.
They prioritise safeguarding and the well-being of every child which makes me feel at ease that my kid is in a safe environment whilst i work. In comparison with other nurseries, i really like that they have a user friendly app to update me with daily activities related to my child such as meals, nappy changes and accidents. They also cater adjustments if needed for late pick ups. Recently they also have a book borrowing scheme which i find very resourceful and a smart way to have less books to waste!

My son started Kindred, Harlow in September 2024 as I went back into full time adult education as a single parent.
My son has developed massively in areas that he struggles in with the support of staff, he has made beautiful bonds with the staff at Kindred and dropping him off in the mornings is
peace of mind for myself knowing he is surrounded by lovely people that enjoy him as much as his own family. It is very much a home from home for us now and I couldn't be more greatful to Irene and all the lovely staff at there for all there support over the last 14 months.

When my daughter first started at the Kindred Harlow, she was very nervous and used to cry at drop-off, but the staff were so kind, friendly, and patient that they helped her settle in quickly. Over time she became so comfortable, made lots of lovely friends, and actually looked forward to going
every day. The staff are always warm and engaging, and we really appreciated how they gave us updates as often as they could about her day and progress. The current manager was also very approachable, always ready to help and quick to answer any questions we had. We're really thankful for all the care and support given to my daughter, it's been such a positive experience for her and for us as parents.

She has learnt so much since being there. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents. Staff are always professional and kind.

My little girl, started at Kindred Nursery when she was just one year old, and now she will be starting Reception this September. It is a little sad for us because she has really loved her time at the nursery, made so many friends, and built such happy memories here. I am so grateful to the
wonderful teachers, the great care, the opening and closing times that work so well, and the lovely food provided. Kindred has truly been a great nursery for my child, and we will always remember it fondly.

My daughter has been attending Kindred for three years now. While there have been quite a few changes during that time, I'm pleased with the direction under the new management. Issues are dealt with promptly, and although there are a lot of new staff members, they've built strong bonds with the my
daughter.
A few months ago, when there was frequent staff turnover, it felt unsettling - both for me as a parent and for the children. However, things have since stabilised, and I can see a more consistent and nurturing environment returning, which is really reassuring. My daughter looks forward to heading into nursery which is a good sign!

Our overall experience with Kinderd Nursery has been absolutely wonderful. The level of attention and genuine care shown by the team has made a huge difference in our child's development and happiness.
Since the manager took over, there has been a noticeable positive shift in the nursery. Her
leadership is warm, effective and clearly focused on the well-being of both children and staff. She has brought fresh energy and structure that has truly elevated the setting.
The learning opportunities are well thought out and engaging. There's a great balance between fun and educational activities, all tailored to the children's needs and interests. We've seen our child grow in confidence thanks to the supportive learning environment.
Communication with parents is excellent. We're always kept in the loop with updates, photos and feedback.
We feel incredibly lucky to have Irene and a fantastic team behind her.

Kindred Nursery have been amazing with my daughter. They always communicate with me about my child's day, what she eats and how she's been. Staff are so friendly.
