When my daughter first started at the Kindred Harlow, she was very nervous and used to cry at drop-off, but the staff were so kind, friendly, and patient that they helped her settle in quickly. Over time she became so comfortable, made lots of lovely friends, and actually looked forward to going every day. The staff are always warm and engaging, and we really appreciated how they gave us updates as often as they could about her day and progress. The current manager was also very approachable, always ready to help and quick to answer any questions we had. We're really thankful for all the care and support given to my daughter, it's been such a positive experience for her and for us as parents.

My daughter absolutely loves her nursery Kindred (Harlow). She has learnt so much since being there. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents. Staff are always professional and kind. The manager has also been very helpful and professional when dealing with enquiries. I would like to say a special thanks to all the staff at Kindred for making my daughter settle into nursery so quickly and make her experiences at nursery enjoyable and fun. I know when I leave my daughter at nursery she is well cared for and looked after by staff. Thank you Kindred Harlow!

My little boy has been going for just over a year now! And he's come on leap and bonds thanks to the amazing team at Harlow! best nursery I know and they are so lovely and always smiling! Friendly, caring and always there to help when needed!

My little girl, started at Kindred Nursery when she was just one year old, and now she will be starting Reception this September. It is a little sad for us because she has really loved her time at the nursery, made so many friends, and built such happy memories here. I am so grateful to the wonderful teachers, the great care, the opening and closing times that work so well, and the lovely food provided. Kindred has truly been a great nursery for my child, and we will always remember it fondly.

My daughter has been attending Kindred for three years now. While there have been quite a few changes during that time, I'm pleased with the direction under the new management. Issues are dealt with promptly, and although there are a lot of new staff members, they've built strong bonds with the my daughter. A few months ago, when there was frequent staff turnover, it felt unsettling - both for me as a parent and for the children. However, things have since stabilised, and I can see a more consistent and nurturing environment returning, which is really reassuring. My daughter looks forward to heading into nursery which is a good sign!

Our overall experience with Kinderd Nursery has been absolutely wonderful. The level of attention and genuine care shown by the team has made a huge difference in our child's development and happiness. Since the manager took over, there has been a noticeable positive shift in the nursery. Her leadership is warm, effective and clearly focused on the well-being of both children and staff. She has brought fresh energy and structure that has truly elevated the setting. The learning opportunities are well thought out and engaging. There's a great balance between fun and educational activities, all tailored to the children's needs and interests. We've seen our child grow in confidence thanks to the supportive learning environment. Communication with parents is excellent. We're always kept in the loop with updates, photos and feedback. We feel incredibly lucky to have Irene and a fantastic team behind her.

Lovely staff amazing manager and great services My son has been going to Kindred since he was 1year 5 months and he s just graduated now ready for the next step to Big School. The support and love my little one received there is priceless. He will definitely miss the staff and the friends he made, and I will miss going to work without feeling anxious or worried and knowing he is well cared for.The manager has done wonders since she started and you can see her passion, how close she is to all kids and the positive impact she has on the whole team. A huge thanks to you all at Kindred Harlow for your passion and dedication to the little ones

My girl loves coming here and has a great bond with the teachers in her room. She has come on so much recently all thanks to all the learning at Kindred. Communication has changed significantly between nursery and parent since the new manager started!

Absolute chaos, staffing turn over is appalling, current senior team do not deal with complaints appropriately and have no parental relationships. Childs medication wasn't given, children running around doing as they please even if that puts the safety of the other children at risk. My children attended from 2020-2023 where the nursery was rated outstanding, following on from an incident at the nursery, it was downgraded from an outstanding to a good with 3 recommendations less than 3 years after the inspection which got them an outstanding. A lot of the long term staff have now left, leaving the nursery with mostly new faces and inexperienced staff where children and my child came into the setting not knowing who the staff were let alone a key worker assigned to each individual child. The setting doesn't even hold the standards it use to let alone the management, would avoid.

My little one joined when he turned 3 and now he is about to 'graduate'. I had a few options closer to our home but they didn't feel right. When I was shown around the Kindred nursery I absolutely loved the environment they provide for the little ones. They have a lot of activities to get them working together, exploring, experiencing and learning. I could leave my son there with peace of mind. I will definitely miss this when he starts school. There is a lot of love in this nursery!

Since my child has been her, there has been a massive improvement with her socialisation skills with other children and adults. The adults are all friendly and take such good care of my little one. When I first viewed the nursery, it had such a warm kind environment. It’s not only her socialisation skills that have improved, so much else has! But if I wrote all of that I’d be writing all day. She loves it there so much, she walks to the leisure centre and knows where she needs to go. It has been so nice to see her change from a newly crawling baby to a nearly stable walker in the past 8 months. I also love the online system and that every now and then I can see what she’s up to and read her termly reports on my phone. I could not fault this nursery one bit.

My experience has been very good with the nursery they have been understanding towards my child's needs and deal very well with his behavior. All the teachers are lovely to talk to and easy to get along with.

The nursery staff have really helped reduce our anxiety about having our first child in daycare. They provide a lot of detailed updates on children's progress and how their day was and their safeguarding procedures appear robust. They go to great lengths to develop fun learning activities for the children. The food offered is varied and our child enjoys it. Overall we are happy with the choice we made for our child with Kindred Harlow.

Despite this not being a large nursery and they do not have a large outdoors, but they make it all work and come up with different activities every day. I like that every Monday they have a music lady (as I call her) come in who brings in lots of musical instruments for children, they sing and dance, on Wednesdays they have football/rugby activities. There have been changes in management and the current two top ladies are amazing, very attentive, receptive to feedback, involved and approachable. My boy was in a different nursery and then we moved to Harlow, so he started at Kindred in January, staff were very accommodating as he was settling in. Overall really happy with our choice. He has plenty of opportunities to be active and creative, his language continues to develop well and they all had a trip to the local library. It feels that management and staff really care about the children and I feel confident leaving my boy there.

Lovely nursery. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. My son has lots of fun. He gets a lot of support and is learning new things. He loves the music sessions they have. I appreciate all the observations we get. It is great to be able to see what he was doing and how much he enjoys himself. I find the nursery to be well organised and best for communications. I never previously experienced such a good email and online portal system in my son's previous nursery and in my daughter's one when she was smaller. I also found that the staff members are very professional and do not make anything difficult. I can peacefully go to work or do other things and I never worry about my son like I did before we changed the nursery to Kindred.

Wonderful nursery, my little girl attended for 3 years and my little boy has been attending for almost a year. They both love/loved coming here. Staff are amazing, attentive and really helpful. Puts my mind at rest knowing my children are really happy when coming to nursery!

Absolutely outstanding, preschool team are fantastic and they helped to boost my son's confidence. I am highly impressed. Thanks to the entire team, especially one staff member in particular. They are very caring and every day during pick up and drop off, they make us feel welcomed. We and our son are happy to be at the nursery.

My son has been going to Kindred since he was 9 months old. Whatever stage he’s going through all the staff are very supportive. If we are ever unsure of anything we speak to management who always make time to speak to us. My son's key worker is excellent and always updates me with nap time, food eaten etc. My son went through a stage of crying at drop off but after speaking to the staff they came up with ideas like a sticker chart to help my son going in and it worked. I feel they always will go the extra mile for children and parents. I would highly recommend Kindred.

My son has been going for over 2 years now and he has come on so well since joining. The staff are very attentive and my son has formed some lovely relationships with them. The activities are very creative and they have some wonderful activities for whatever may be going on at each time of the year. They seem to be getting the transition to school started which is really great. Thank you so much for everything you do.
