Rope Green is a wonderful place for children the activities/facilities are great, the staff are friendly and committed to your child's learning and development. I would highly recommend to any parent.

Rope Farm has been such a lovely part of my child's childhood. He has never not enjoyed a day to the full, and always tells such lovely tales of the fun he's had. The staff are all so supportive and recognise my child's strengths and weaknesses, helping him to thrive in the 4 years he has attended. I can't wait for my daughter to start and flourish as much as my child has!

Since my daughter has attended Kids Planet we have been very impressed with the improvement in her development. We love the regular updates on the app of her daily activities and she loves to tell us how busy she has been all day. Lovely staff and detailed handovers. Thank you!

This nursery has been amazing and supportive from get go with my daughter who has SEN. Always kept up to date via parent app, very communicative. I cannot thank this nursery enough for everything they have done to help my daughter transition. Always go above and beyond. Thank you so much.

My son has been with the setting for a number of years and has always received fantastic care. All the staff are welcoming, supportive and brilliant at creating connections with my child. The setting does a great job of educating and helping my son with his development.

My daughter has been at Rope Green since she was one year old, and the whole experience has been amazing for her. The staff are incredibly attentive and foster a great learning environment. The nursery encourages kindness and independence, and we have been really impressed throughout the nursery journey.

Our son has attended Rope Green Farm Nursery since he was 9 months old. He has received outstanding care and support in every room. The staff have helped him become a confident and happy child. He always comes home happy after a day at nursery and is very excited to attend the next day. The facilities and activities provided are excellent and very varied. The nursery management are always available and happy to help and support in any situation. We feel the nursery is a home from home for our son and are happy to be part of the Rope Green Farm family.

My son really enjoys nursery. I feel all the staff are welcoming, approachable and helpful. On the rare occasion that I have had a concern and needed to go to management, it's been resolved quickly and professionally. My son comes home happy and tells me all the exciting things he has done in the day.

My little boy has attended Rope Green since the baby room, and we've always had a positive experience. He's been well cared for, giving me great peace of mind. When he moved to Rising Threes, the nursery was taken over by Kids Planet, but he noticed no change in his daily routine. The staff remained the same, allowing him to keep strong bonds and continue enjoying nursery. The only issue has been with the food-he no longer enjoys the meals as much. After raising this with management, I was reassured changes are being made to bring the menu closer to what it used to be. I look forward to seeing this in the future, It would be lovely to see more classics like fish pie, cottage pie, and chicken curry back. My son loved the original rope green menu. Kids Planet is lucky to have kept many original Rope Green staff-they are a credit to the nursery. Their love, care, and dedication to each child make all the difference. I know my son is safe, happy, and well supported everyday.

We absolutely love Rope Green. As someone who works in education and as a parent, we have very high expectations and this nursery meets every one of them. The management team is incredibly supportive and always acts on feedback quickly and effectively. The staff are outstanding in every room our child has been in and it truly feels like a family. Our child attends full-time, always comes home happy and clearly loves being there. We were genuinely worried when Kids Planet took over, as we thought Rope Green might lose what makes it so special and become just another chain nursery. Thankfully, with the same fantastic management in place, the only change we've seen is better resources and more investment. Communication is always clear, especially if anything happens during the day. Rope Green is a special place. We can't speak highly enough of it.

Lovely, helpful, friendly staff. Our little boy seems to love attending nursery. There are various different activities available each day and he seems to enjoy taking part. A variety of healthy food options available.

Coming towards to end of my maternity leave I was so anxious to leave my baby at nursery all day long, but the ladies in the babies room are honestly amazing I feel so relaxed and most importantly I trust them. My son is so excited from the second we walk up to the entrance to drop him off and we are only 3 weeks in. I highly recommend rope green nursery.

I cannot thank the staff at Rope Green nursery enough. They have made my daughters start at nursery and my return to work the easiest transition ever. They have all been so welcoming and kind and my daughter absolutely adores her time in the acorns baby room. Thank you to the key workers for taking care of my daughter, you are all wonderful people and exceptional at your job.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. They have been fantastic in caring for both of my children. Their key workers go above and beyond to ensure they have a great day. I never feel rushed at handovers, and the staff are always well informed. The facilities are great. Especially the outdoor spaces and farm animals. The environment is clean, the children appear happy, and my daughter is always engaging in an activity when I pick her up! She loves her time here. Thank you Rope Green Farm. :)

Overall, generally satisfied with the facilities - a big outdoor area based on a farm. Lots of learning materials, also the staff are finely and work hard to safeguard the kids and help them learn. My child really enjoys going and has come on leaps & bounds since starting, however, they really lack on the food side, the child often comes home hungry due to very small portions or sometimes no bread in for breakfast! Really?! This has been confirmed by staff members. I have voiced my concerns, but nothing has changed. The car park has to change as in a hazard as well. Needs tarmacing. Considering they charge £77 per day is not good.

The staff are brilliant! They have been incredibly supportive and kind from day one (2023). They've shown a genuine interest and have involved me in every step of my daughters development with pictures and updates. Her key worker is especially wonderful, patient, caring and attentive. My daughter has a great bond with her and I am so grateful! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds, I truly credit the nurturing environment and the fun engaging activities the staff provide. The outdoor area is brilliant and I really appreciate how much the team prioritises outdoor play and fresh air. I'd like to acknowledge how well the staff handled the transition during the Kids Planet takeover. The generic emails and overall approach from Kids Planet felt impersonal and unprofessional at times. Hats off to the staff for managing that period with such professionalism. I sincerely hope Kids Planet recognises the value of the staff and continues to invest in both them and the facilities.

My son has attended Rope since baby room and is now in Rising 3s about to transition to preschool. All transitions have been smooth and well communicated. My son has had great relationships with all his key workers and it is lovely to receive the photo updates on the app to see what he's been up to.

Since the transfer of the nursery to Kids Planet Rope Green Farm, I have been happy to see the same standards applied by the team. My daughter enjoys her time there, and we, as parents, are happy with the care she receives. I would like more communication on my daughter's time, but I understand why this is reduced in preschool.
