This is a brilliant nursery and I can't recommend it enough! The staff are warm, caring and supportive of the children which I can see in all the interactions. My son is in the toddler room and always has lots of fun. They also sometimes have day trips out, including to the soft play next door to
the nursery and he absolutely loves that! The food and snacks are generous and overall the package is great value for money. The garden area is lovely and when the weather is good the kids all mix there to play together. They are super flexible as well, offering different start and finish times to suit various parent needs. Parking is also very easy and there isn't much traffic in the area so pick ups and drop offs are also convenient.
Overall, we have had a great experience!

My son has been at Monkey Puzzle since June 2025. Since going to nursery I feel his speech is starting to come along a lot more as he's a non verbal 2 year old. He loves attending and always comes home happy and looks forward to going back. The staff are amazing with him and very patient and caring.
I could not recommend this nursery enough.

Since our child has been at Monkey Puzzle Cheshunt, it has been a huge comfort knowing he is in such safe and caring hands. The staff have always been incredibly friendly, supportive, and attentive, and we genuinely value the daily feedback and communication we receive through the app. Over the past
year, he has built lovely friendships and grown in confidence, and we have also come to know the staff, who consistently go above and beyond. We are truly grateful for the care, kindness, and dedication shown to our child. Thank you!

I put my twin boys in from when they turned 1 (now 3.5) and honestly, they have grown so much with the help of Monkey Puzzle.
They both have made some great friends, the staff are so lovely and they have built such lovely relationships with them all.

We have had our girls go to Monkey Puzzle, Cheshunt since they were 1yrs old and they absolutely love it. The staff are friendly and the girls have built strong bonds with them and always look forward to going in.
They keep us informed, they do fun activities with the kids in each class

I previously had my eldest daughter start at this nursery from the Age of 7 months and she graduated here before her next steps to Primary school. My daughter was recognised by her new teachers of the level of education my daughter showed and how she thrives with confidence and knowledge. I have
always been overwhelmed with this nursery and their ability to support each child independently and be open with concerns and understanding both parents and children on a personal level. I have enrolled my second daughter into this nursery and my second daughter is already counting to 5 at a extremely early age and speaking confidently at home. Expressing her needs with hand gestures as well as vocal. I am truly grateful my children were accepted when I applied for their positions.

My son started Monkey Puzzle just after he turned one years old, he is now 4.5 and about to go into reception, the past 3 & half years the staff at monkey puzzle have gone above and beyond for my son, they are incredibly attentive and kind and have catered to all his needs. My son is autistic and
the staff have shown an incredible level of understanding, patience and genuine care, Since starting here, we've seen an amazing transformation in him. He's grown so much in confidence, communication, and independence, It means the world to know he's not just accepted, but genuinely understood and supported. This nursery has been more than just childcare - it's been a village that's helped my son blossom and I couldn't be more grateful to everyone.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. Our daughter started at 9 months old and all the staff were amazing in helping her settle in. They have made lovely relationships with her too! Communication is great. We love the app for updates throughout the day and seeing what activities they
have been doing. Our little girl has recently transitioned into toddler room which was really smooth. The best thing about the nursery is that our daughter loves going which gives us reassurance that she feels safe and cared for.

ease. Safety is clearly a top priority and I always feel confident that my child is in good hands. The nursery is clean and well maintained which is reassuring. Overall the politeness and professionalism of the staff combined with the excellent activities and facilities make this nursery a fantastic choice for parents.

My experience with Monkey Puzzle has been excellent. My son loves to go and runs into the room when we drop him off all excited for a new day and new activities. He has made great progress with his eating and talking and the staff and him have a great relationship. I love the app access and how
quickly I can get responses to any queries. My son thrives there and I love all the messy activities he takes part in as well as the outside area which he loves.
The staff are always caring and friendly from the top down and the atmosphere on drop off and pick up is great.

Our son is now in Monkey Puzzle Nursery for the second school year and we are fully pleased with the progress he has so far made. We think that all of the Cheshunt branch are doing their best to help the children with their development as much as they can and we know we would like to say to them all

My experience with Monkey Puzzle has been very good. Both my children have enjoyed being at the nursery/pre-school. My son is currently there and has come such a long way with his learning etc with the kind support from staff, always so happy to help, kind and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Staff are really polite with smiley faces. My child loves playing around especially cooking, drawing and playing in the garden. She enjoys playing with staff, but she's never happy in the morning going through the gate.

My daughter has been at Monkey Puzzles for 6 weeks now and I am so pleased with the progress she has made whilst attending the facility. Her speech has improved so much which was something I was worried about prior to her starting. She has settled in really well and adores the staff and her peers.
She is always very happy to go and is very happy when I pick her up.

I had 2 kids going to Monkey Puzzle. My firstborn has ventured off to primary school now however does return on school holidays - it is amazing that this is offered, and the bonus is, he loved being at this nursery and as a working parent knowing your kids are well looked after and actually like
going is a Godsend! He has younger friends still there and kids from primary school return with him too so even more friends come together. My girl absolutely loves it at Monkey Puzzle from the staff to the other boys and girls she gets to play with all day! I know when leaving my girl she is well looked after, having fun and eating good food, honestly the best nursery in Cheshunt, in my opinion! The staff are so supportive, not just to the children, but us parents too they are so amazing and I am so grateful to have found them! If you are looking for childcare this one is the best around so make an appointment to get in there quick before spaces fill up!

The team at Monkey Puzzle are always friendly, caring, well trained, and just outstanding. Our daughter is progressing extremely well, and she always looks forward to going in the morning.
The facilities are fantastic - the children are served nutritious and freshly cooked food, and they have a
lovely, newly refurbed garden to play in. The staff always make an effort to plan activities around different themes, which provides an excellent opportunity for the children to learn while having fun.

We are delighted that we chose Monkey Puzzle for our boy. I can vouch they are simply the best nursery in the area. The manager and the rest of her team are simply outstanding, easily the most caring people I have known. Shame that I can't give them 100 stars as they truly deserve it!
