Our son joined First Friends in Holybourne when it first opened in December. All the staff members were amazing with him, were confident and helped him to settle very quickly. We've been so impressed with the nursery ever since! They go out and about often, stay active with mindful movements every
week and put so much effort into their activities and provision. A lot of these are linked to key calendar events, for instance exploring Chinese New Year, and they have the most amazing chef who cooks food related to these events (like pancakes on shrove Tuesday) and comes out and also bakes with the children too! Communication has always been great and after a wonderful renovation, their facilities and provision are fab! We are very thankful for the effort, time and care. They really do provide a service better than any other we have experienced before!

Although my daughter has only been attending this nursery for a couple of weeks, it's been brilliant and she's settling in well. After a bad experience with previous childcare, this has come as a big relief. The onboarding process was easy and communication with us is great. The team seem to really
care about her individual needs and happiness. The staff also appreciate it is hard to leave your little one, they respond to messages with friendly reassurance and take the time to debrief at the end of the day. My daughter looks like she gets up to a lot of fun and gets to try lots of creative (messy!!) activities. The nursery is lovely and fresh, the equipment is new and up-to-date. So far so good!
