Wonderful setting and great staff, after experiencing issues with other nurseries in the area we moved our children here and could not be happier with the decision.
Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The staff are friendly and pay close attention to my child and provide feedback when needed. They have also been able to provide feedback online with photos of activities which my child has been engaged in.

Fantastic nursery, very organised and well equipped. The staff are lovely and they are excellent with my daughter. They know her well, they understand her needs, they are supportive and she is always so happy and tells me about the lovely activities she took part. She gets up every morning super
excited to go to nursery.
The management is very good at listening to the parents suggestions and always try to improve where they can. I feel really lucky my daughter attends such a great setting and is so well managed.

My husband and I are very happy with the care and support our little boy is shown during his two days a week at nursery. He has settled in very quickly and talks about the staff who look after him, when he is at home. The nursery is well maintained and the continuous provision is well equipped for
children to freely choose activities and resources to play with. We love that the children go outside in all weathers and lots throughout the day.
The nursery keep us updated throughout his day with how he is doing, what he has eaten, when he slept etc, using the app. We enjoy being able to see this during the day!
Otis has a key worker which he already loves but speaks very highly about all of the staff in the room. This makes us feel that the staff work as a close team and get to know all of the children well.

This is hands down the best nursery our little ones have attended (out of 5 nurseries)! I whole-heartedly recommend Little Pioneers.
All of the staff are so caring, friendly, supportive and nurturing. They are brilliant with the children and really do support them through their nursery journey. My
little one was really unhappy at a previous setting, crying everyday, and I am so thankful Little Pioneers opened. He settled in very quickly, and the settling in process and communications were brilliant. He absolutely loves it and has formed really lovely bonds with the team in his room. He often doesn't want to leave as he's having so much fun with his friends!
The setting is beautiful, and is well maintained. Handovers at the end of the day are great. The app is incredibly helpful as all food/nappies etc is logged and observations/what they've been up to is added. We get a "what happened this week" post and it's brilliant to see what they've been up to. We love Little Pioneers!

The nursery and the staff are brilliant the nursery are very good about update on the children that go to the nursery which I find very good put our minds at ease the way they take the children on and involved them and look after them is brilliant I highly recommend this nursery

My daughter started at Little Pioneers Kingsgrove at the beginning of January.
In the 5 weeks she has been there I have been nothing but impressed.
The staff (in her room, reception, and others you come across) are all so friendly and helpful!
My daughter has bloomed and really become even
more of her own little person. She's not been there that long but she's definitely learnt and improved in certain areas and her walking/confidence has come on hugely.
She was settled within her first few days and gets excited every time we turn up and she sees we are there. She goes straight in and to the staff/other children and is happy and ready to start the day.
The staff keep you updated. I love the app where you can see what they've eaten, nappy changes, naps, weekly updates etc - as a mum just returning to work with their first child this has been so reassuring.
The nursery spaces are always clean and tidy.
Wouldn't hesistate to recommend them and I'm so glad we sent our daughter here!

Great team that made the settling in process superb. They go above and beyond to make sure our daughter is having the best time. Always friendly and welcoming, and the room is well structured to help the little ones explore and learn.

We are so happy to see our little girl excited to go into nursery each day. We were nervous about moving her from another setting, but it has been the best decision. She settled so quickly and is genuinely happy. The staff are fantastic - caring, attentive, and they do everything they can to help
children feel secure while also reassuring parents.
Our daughter previously struggled with sleeping at her old nursery, but here she naps so well, which shows how comfortable she feels. The facilities are lovely, clean and modern, with thoughtful touches like child-sized sinks in the classrooms that encourage independence. We couldn't be more pleased.

Everyone has been very friendly, welcoming and supportive. The facilities are all new and they are lovely, from cots to changing and the toys and activities available. Due to our childs age we receive daily updates on milk, food, nappies, naps and have also had some lovely pictures of activities, in
addition to a handover of key points at pick up. The food menu looks good and my child's allergies are being well catered for. We will know more about learning and activities in time.
The communication prior to starting could be improved as we didn't receive settling in information, what they needed and what to expect; we had only received a bill. This made us a little anxious about what to expect and didn't feel personal or welcoming prior to starting. However, now we have started we are very pleased!

My daughter loves Little Pioneers nursery. The staff are wonderful and in particular Emily, Julie and Gemma who my daughter mentions a lot when talking about her day. She always seems to have a lot of fun, but seems to be developing a lot with things like drawing and writing which is amazing.

As parents that older children both attended a childminder, we were nervous of sending the youngest to a nursery however, within a few days of starting we knew we had made the correct decision. The staff are incredible, you can see that they haven't recruited just to fill roles but have found the
most caring, passionate staff that care for children as soon as they walk through the door. Everyone is kind and friendly. They all know our son by first name and he genuinely squeals as we enter the car part waving goodbye to his siblings before we have even parked. The food is nutritious and varied and there are multiple activities daily. I really like the app due to being able to contact the nursery quickly and easily, as well as the real time updates and pictures of their day.

I cannot speak highly of everyone involved in this nursery - the Office Managers , staff and the Nursery Practitioners that look after my daughter. The environment is wonderful, both inside and outside, but what makes it so special is everyone involved in the nursery. They are always in good
spirits, friendly, caring, willing to help and listen. I feel so lucky that my daughter gets to spend time with them all and am never worried about her in their care. Could not recommend enough!

Thank you for a wonderful first month of our nursery journey. I truly appreciate the immense hard work you put into creating such a promising and nurturing environment for the children.
As a first-time parent, it was very difficult for me to send my child to nursery.
But you took the time to understand my fears and supported me at every step - through settling sessions, timely check-ins, and regular reassurance. This helped me build a trusting relationship with the nursery administration and staff. Kudos to your patience and thoughtfulness in building that trust with parents.
I can see the positive energy within the team, and it makes me very happy to send my child each day. My child is beginning to build trust, settle in, and enjoy being at nursery - and that gives me great peace of mind

My daughter started nursery at the beginning of September and, although she can still be a little unsure at drop-off, she always has a wonderful day once she's settled. All of the staff in Little Adventures have been amazing - so calm, patient, and supportive with her, and also helping to settle our
nerves as she begins her nursery journey.
We're really grateful that we can drop her off knowing she is well cared for, and it means so much to receive updates throughout the day, along with photos of her enjoying time in the garden, engaging with books, and taking part in activities. Thank you for making the start of her nursery experience such a positive one.
