Excellent Nursery!
The staff are all really kind and welcoming, my little boy loves going.
Brand new so facilities and equipment is all in great condition.
Catering is brilliant with lots of variety and they share recipes that have been popular with the kids.
Communication is done mostly via the
app which is instant so always kept up to date.
Really accommodating with changes to schedules or requests and will always do their best to help.
They also have an outdoor learning specialist who takes the pre school pupils outside to learn lots of new skills!

When my son first started nursery, he found it very difficult to adjust. The nursery team were incredibly patient, caring, and supportive during that time. Because of their dedication, he now genuinely enjoys going to nursery.
Melissa was especially amazing. She stepped outside of her usual role to
spend extra time with him and help him settle in, and that made a huge difference for him.
That said, the whole team is fantastic. Everyone there has been kind, supportive, and welcoming, and my son loves them all.
We are truly grateful for the care and attention they give every day. I wouldn't consider moving him anywhere else

My son has attended the nursery since September 2025 when he was 10 months old and has thrived since being at the setting - he's always learning something new each week!
The staff are incredible and have a lovely bond with all the children, my son is extremely happy as soon as we get into the car
park & can't wait to see who comes to the door. Management are excellent, quick to respond to any questions you may have.
He's been in the baby room and is now in tots and both rooms are excellent all with knowledgeable and caring staff who can't do enough for each child in their care.
The meals are always changing & he must love them as he seems to always have more portions - I love the range of food their is and always healthy!
We love the outdoor space for the children too.
We also love the daily updates / pictures we receive through the day on the app.
We're due another baby and will be adding them onto the waiting list very soon!

My son has attended kids planet Prestbury since they opened, and he absolutely loves it. All the team are always welcoming and friendly, everyone always says hi and makes a fuss of him when they see him, and you can tell they all really care about him. My son has some sensory issues with food, and
the team and the chef have been so accommodating and always made sure he's eaten, even when it's been challenging. The chef recently invited the children to help prepare their own meals, which was a great experience and my son has non stop talked about it. The outdoor spaces are fantastic, and it's lovely to see the pictures on the observations of him enjoying exploring the outdoors. Overall we are extremely happy with the nursery and the care that he receives, so thankyou to all the team at Prestbury.

KP Prestbury is outstanding! They offer settling sessions that help children transition smoothly into nursery life. Our little boy is now fully settled and loves his time there!
The variety of activities is impressive, tailored to each child's interests, along with adult-led activities that meet
the EYFS requirements for early learning through play. The indoor facilities and learning tools are diverse and rotated regularly.
The garden is fantastic, providing daily playtime with a mud kitchen and seasonal equipment.
We're also impressed by the on-site chef, who prepares a diverse menu that rotates every three weeks.
As parents, we are very happy with the care our kid receives; he has an updated care plan to ensure safety and development aligned with the EYFS requirements, while we are kept fully informed. The practitioners and management are professional and set a high standard for nursery care!
We can't thank the Kids Planet Prestbury team enough for all they do for our family!
