My child has been attending kids planet West derby since September 2025 and although I was apprehensive at her starting nursery when i returned to work, I needn't of been as she has settled in so well and throughly enjoys her time here. My daughter is so happy going in of a morning and I am kept
updated regularly via the nursery app with info and pictures about her day. The nursery is modern and clean with a lovely calm friendly atmosphere and the staff always take the time to properly engage with parents on drop off and collection. The staff are all friendly, professional and attentive and genuinely care about the children. I absolutely would recommend this nursery to others.

Our child transferred to this nursery after his previous one closed operations, so obviously there was a little anxiety around how the transition was going to go. We needn't have worried!
The staff are all brilliant, genuinely invested in the kids' wellbeing and development. We're able to track
their activities and progress through the app, and there's always someone on hand for a chat if you need to talk about something specific.
The building itself is lovely, there's loads to engage the children and it's a very happy environment. They also have regular sessions on things like phonics and music, so it's a really well-rounded experience. And lastly, the food is fantastic! Varied, healthy, fresh. We joke that on the days he's in nursery, our son eats better than us!
Couldn't recommend this nursery highly enough.

My little boy absolutely loves going to preschool here and looks forward to going in every morning. The staff take such genuine care in getting to know each child, their interests, and what makes them feel happy and comfortable. He's always welcomed with a big smile, which sets such a good tone for
his day.
Every afternoon he comes out full of excitement, eager to tell me all about the activities he's been doing. It's so clear that the team put so much thought into creating fun, educational, and engaging experiences for the children.

I have twins attending KP West Derby. They started their journey with KP in July 2025. And the transition from their previous nursery which sadly closed down, was seamless. The team were very reassuring and really focused on settling the twins in well. They do an array of activities and days out,
there's always something fun going on and stories to be told at the end of the day. Their support in encouraging and helping the twins along generally and also with their personal development has been amazing and very appreciated, they have come on leaps and bounds since starting. The twins have formed amazing bonds with the whole team and their key workers, its so lovely and comforting to know that they're in safe hands. Plenty of cuddles and smiles, and excited faces when they arrive, from the twins and the team. It honestly feels more like a family than a care setting. The facilities are also fantastic, and they get amazing meals every day too! I'd recommend kids planet west derby to all!!!

My 18 month old has recently started at Kids Planet West Derby and all the staff have been so welcoming. They are so supportive in his settling in journey and have given lots of reassurance and confidence we have chosen the right nursery for him. The staff have really taken the time and effort to
get to know him personally, they provide lovely photos and updates throughout the day. We are always greeted with a smile when we come to nursery and the set up is great, with fabulous gardens and spacious rooms full of activity. The nursery is clean and tidy.

Beautiful setting, the staff really supported when settling in my 7 month old reasurring me constantly and always keeping me up to date with my babies progress.
The nursery is immaculate and all children seem happy when you see them.
The nursery manager and deputy are very welcoming and always
goes out their way to say hello.and are attentive to any needs or queries you may have.
The facilities are fantastic for the children to access.
The Chef prepares a variety of nutritional meals that provide my chold with new experiences in which I am very grateful for.

We honestly couldn't ask for a better nursery. From the second you walk through the door you're greeted with smiles and warmth, and it instantly feels like a safe and happy place. The staff are amazing with the children, caring, they actually take the time to really know each child as an individual.
My little one runs in excited every morning and always comes home full of stories about what they've done.
The activities are brilliant too, it's not just the usual painting and play (though they do that as well!), there's always something fun and creative going on. It's clear they put a lot of thought into keeping the children engaged and learning while still having loads of fun.
You just feel like they genuinely care about the children.
We feel so lucky to have found this nursery, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere that feels like a second home for their child.
