We are so lucky to find the Hearts Day Nursery here at Loughton after having a very bad experience with another nursery. My son started earlier this year with another nursery and was very unhappy, crying every single day for 2 months, he was not taking care off and the staff didn't empathize with him. We decided to move him and found this wonderful nursery, after 2 days of starting here my son didn't cry anymore, he is fully settled now and loves going to the nursery. The staff are incredible, compassionate and caring and they for sure exceeded our expectations. Us as parents are very relieved now to know our son is happy, loved and taking care of, he goes every morning with a smile on his face and when we pick him up he is very joyful and happy and wants to show us what he has done during the day, they are having many activities, he is eating very well (at home he is very picky). Thank you to all the amazing staff here at Hearts for taking care of our son!!!
