Both my girls have settled into puffins so well and are happy and excited to attend their sessions! We have quickly noticed how much they are learning and developing in their communication & new skills each week. We love how good the staff are at commmunicating with us and updating the app with what they have been up to. Very impressed & highly recommend!

So to be completely honest, & after the most difficult year,, with the loss of pre-schooling @ Little Swans, Puffins have made both my sons (Jago & Monty) school life's AWESOME ! In such a short period the change in them is so positive, I cannot be more pleased with the level of care, love & eye for detail, it is exemplary..Jago has now transitioned into foundation WC he is totally ready for his school learning journey.. Monty has another 12months @Puffins & will be exactly the same, or even more ready with having a full year! Just want to say a massive Thankyou to all the team, especially Evie who been there throughout Jago nursery & preschool.. And to Abbey, your professionalism whilst being personable in this very difficult job, as head mistress, has made me feel total trust in you & your team, just puts any anxiety at ease to leave my two most precious boys with you & enables me to concentrate on my work knowing they are totally safe in your care Thank you for everything x JJ

When we moved house I was most nervous about settling my 1 and 3 year old into a nursery together where they would be happy and thrive. They were so happy with their old nursery, it was a tall order. I did so much research and found puffins as our strongest contender. The settling sessions went so well (both my little ones are used to nursery) but the moment they started, puffins started to exceed my expectations. Both my kids love going to nursery (my 3 year old asks to go back in as soon as she is out) so I couldn't ask for better. The staff are so professional kind and caring. I couldn't have hoped for better!

Puffins west cliff are a fantastic nursery and preschool. My two daughters attend, and I could not ask for more from the staff. They are so engaged, friendly, and the communication is excellent. I get photos from every session and reports on their learning, worlds away from the previous setting my eldest was at. The rooms are bright and clean, well organised, lots of activities going on, lovely meals, and with a big garden to play in. I was nervous sending in my 2 year old as she likes to be with me, but she has run in every day for the last six months, and always keen to go. They have made her so welcome, so content, it's been a dream as Mum. The best nursery in our area, no question!

My little boy started at Puffins a few months ago, and from the very beginning the experience has been extremely positive. As a parent, I was naturally a little anxious, especially with him being only two years old and very attached to me, but the transition has been far smoother than I expected. In a short space of time, his confidence and speech have developed remarkably, which I credit to the supportive and nurturing environment the nursery provides. The staff are professional, approachable, and consistently keep parents well informed about their child's day, including any incidents or achievements. They are also very accommodating whenever changes to sessions or timings are needed. Puffins offers a safe, fun, and engaging setting where children can thrive. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son has the most amazing time at this nursery and he is always so happy when he comes home. The communication received daily from the nursery is fantastic and puts me at ease knowing that they are so on the ball with things , the staff have helped me massively in starting to get my son assessed for being autistic and they have been so helpful towards me since I didn't have a clue where to start. I'm so grateful and couldn't be more thankful for the way the nursery have helped my son and always makes sure to send him home with a smile on his face.
