Slick, professional and a well oiled machine that nurses our baby with a velvet glove. The moment we walked in, we felt that we wanted to be their ourselves. And absolutely love the engagement with the parents from the events and breakout area to catch up on emails with their wifi next to their
complimentary pastry and tea facilities. Every detail is well thought-out and unlike a previous nursery we attended. We are kept regularly informed with pics and descriptions.
The fact they expose children to new languages by those that are native from the country (Spanish), art history sometimes to the background of classical music makes us feel out baby is going to have the best start in developmental life than we had.
Overall, I can't rate this place high enough and should be a template of how the high standards of a professional practise can be interwoven with the warm caring hands that we want from those that care for our mini-mes.

We have had a brilliant experience with N Beckenham! The managers are friendly and helpful and the childcare teams are highly committed, attentive and professional, and are excellent with our daughter. They have helped her to settle so that she loves her day there now, with lots of interactive and
tailored activities that encourage her development. We get regular updates and photos during the day, which is great. They have a lovely outdoor space which the kids use most days. The food is freshly prepared daily in-house. It's been a really positive experience so far!

Amazing nursery, and amazing staff. My little girl absolutely loves coming in to nursery she has made such great friends too. The transition into starting nursery was seamless all the staff were great and my daughter adjusted so well. I wouldn't change her nursery for the world, very happy with the
n family Beckenham!

I was really stressed about my girls changing Nursery but people here made the transition really nice and smooth. My girls really love it here! They have also provided great daily support with my girl's injured arm that took place at home.

Our son has been at N Family in Beckenham since September 2025 and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. His key worker is fantastic and he has settled into the Wild Wood (preschool room) very well. The range of activities they do each day and the ethos and values they instil in the
children are excellent. The room size, garden and facilities are all great and out son raves about Rob (the chef)'s food. The nursery uses an app to keep you updated about what your child gets up to and communicate which is great. They also know our names and we're not just mum/dad! We highly recommend N Family and can't wait for our daughter to join next year.

My son has been at N Beckenham since early September 2025, joining at 11 months old.
The facility is recently refurbished to an extremely high standard. There's a fantastic garden, well-equipped rooms, and it's very secure. Decorated tastefully throughout all the rooms I've seen.
The staff are
friendly, attentive and clearly care about what they do. The care my son receives, as well as the encouragement and wide range of activities, is genuinely impressive. The app is fab and provides real peace of mind.
Getting the right nursery can be a draining experience, and obviously it's a major investment financially. I only have positive things to say for my experience at N Beckenham and thoroughly recommend the place.

We moved to N from another nursery and couldn't be happier with the move. The rooms and garden space are amazing and it's always lovely to be welcomed in every morning with a coffee and croissant. The kids menu is like a gourmet restaurant and really healthy. I love that my son is trying new foods
all the time.
The app is really easy to use and I love reading my son's daily updates and seeing what he has been up to in the lovely photos they upload. They have a dedicated room for art and cooking as well as doing fun experiments and all types of play in the class room.
The staff have been incredible and my son has been so warmly welcomed and settled in really well. I love the fact that he's familiar with the staff from the other rooms as well as his own. Having been to another nursery I would highly recommend N to everyone.

Very happy with the nursery and the staff as a team; they are attentive, caring and we feel reassured that our son is receiving such good education here at N Family.
We are particularly impressed with the myriad of activities they do here with our child, the place is always spotless and all
members of staff welcome both us and our child with a smile. We are extremely grateful to the team, and the amazing chef, and all the visitors that N Family organise to come and give special talks.

As a new mother and after hearing nightmare stories about other nurseries, I feel blessed to have found N-Nursery Beckenham. From my initial phone call to the nursery, thoughtful welcome pack to the amazing staff - everything has been amazing. My daughter who suffered from separation anxiety has
taken to all the staff and loves everything about this nursery. Highly recommend

A wonderful nursery, they are caring, welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure your child is cared for.
The rooms are clean, modern and have excellent facilities for the children to play and learn.
They have a great app which makes it easy to communicate with the staff in his room and they are
very responsive.

Great nursery!! Restored my faith in nursery! My son had a previous bad settling in at another nursery and I almost thought that he was not ready.
He liked it from the visit and was lucky to be one of the first children in his classroom. Harriet and Ruth were lovely and got him settled in and
comfortable. The garden, atelier and classrooms are lovely, spacious and bright. They do cooking and experiments.
I notice that my son talks a lot more and is very safety conscious. He has made friends and talks about nursery and Ruth, Harriet and Stella when we are at home.
I am very confident knowing my son is being looked after and cared for.
They had a Grandparents day, which was lovely for the grandparents and we are looking forward to the christmas party.
Thank you so much everyone at N Beckenham. I look forward to my youngest starting in the new year and so is she!!

Couldn't rate them more highly - wonderful facilities, kind and caring staff and a lovely atmosphere for our toddler. She took a little time to settle but now she is incredibly excited to get there on the days she goes. The food and the activities are carefully thought out and she is making huge

Absolutely brilliant!
I couldn't recommend N Family anymore they are welcoming, forthcoming, professional, exceptionally clean, parents area, free coffee, pastries and snacks for parents.
They use an app which makes you feel like you're in the nursery room with your child, every pick up given a
debrief of your child is given -a long or short, it's appreciated.
Staff even call me my Name and Mum, but it's great they remember my name and all the staff know my child. They also cater for every child's needs #thumbsup

We couldn't be happier with N Nursery Beckenham! From the very beginning, the team was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly informative. They made the settling-in process so smooth and supportive, which helped our son feel comfortable right away. The staff genuinely care for each child as if they
were their own, and it's clear that he is happy, confident, and thriving.
We love the regular updates on his progress, which really help us feel involved and reassured. The nursery environment is warm, nurturing, and full of engaging activities that encourage learning and development. Communication is excellent, and every staff member we've met has been professional, approachable, and attentive.
We highly recommend N Nursery Beckenham to any parent looking for a place where their child will be happy, safe, and supported every day.
