My child is very happy to be there. Excellent staff. They go above and beyond to make sure that children learn and have a great time. They communicate via the app regularly and it is great to see what your little one is up to. Nursery is clean and food is fantastic! You really feel like a part of a family there. Can't recommend it enough!

My dealings with the nursery have been very good. When I have picked up my grandson he is always happy and the staff have been very friendly and approachable. Security seems very good and whenever I have been there it has always been very clean

We've been absolutely delighted with N Hove and couldn't be happier with the care our son has received since he started in September. The team has been incredibly warm, patient, and supportive during his settling-in period. They took the time to get to know him, understand his needs, and make sure he felt comfortable and confident from the very start. The staff are not only caring but also genuinely enthusiastic about what they do, and it really shows. Communication has been excellent - we always feel informed about his day, progress, and activities. It's such a reassuring feeling knowing he's in such a nurturing and engaging environment. The garden is outstanding and freshly prepared food that sounds delicious! We're so grateful for the way N Hove has helped our son settle into his first time being away from us, preparing him into starting school next year, and we can't recommend them highly enough to other parents looking for a loving and supportive nursery

We moved our daughter to N Family Hove and couldn't have been happier with the decision. She loves coming to nursery and is given excellent loving care, combined with interesting and stimulating activities every day. The outside and inside facilities are great and the amazing food menu each week means she eats better than us!

We couldn't be happier with our experience, especially with the staff who are so caring, supportive, and genuinely devoted to the children's well-being. The nursery staff also takes time to get to know parents and build relationships and have been very accommodating and welcoming! My son particularly loves all the fun and creative activities, which are always designed in a way that sparks his curiosity and builds his imagination.

We couldn't be happier with N Family Club. After our eldest spent years at another nursery, we noticed a significant drop in standards and decided to look for a new one for our youngest. From the facilities to the staff, everything about N Family Club is exceptional. The team is friendly and engaging, the activities for the children are amazing, and the daily updates are more than we ever received in a week at our previous nursery. It's simply the best nursery we've encountered.

My daughter joined the Family N club on September so far everything so good. I like their facilities and attention to every detail. Natasha has been great with our daughter. Our daughter is excited to attend the nursery every time.

It has been incredible to see our child thrive since joining N Hove. Relationships have been developed with key staff and other children. There is a genuine care and interest from staff and management. The rooms are clean and with lots of activities planned and play areas. It is reassuring to get updates throughout the day of what's been happening, especially for first time parents. The children also get to spend time outside regardless of the weather. The weekly menu is great, always varied and balanced. Highly recommend N Hove!

I've had the best experience with N Family Club in Hove. Our son arrived as an almost three year old, with no experience before at a nursery as he'd always stayed at home. He also didn't speak a word of English. His teachers made every effort to try to communicate with him, making special cards in Spanish dotted across the classroom so that they could help him feel more at home and they could communicate h the essentials. They really went above and beyond what was expected so that my son could be happy and were immensely grateful for that. He now loves going to nursery!! The staff is lovely and they do lots of really fun / cool activities! The premises also create a lovely environment for the little ones. We're a happy family!

Our experience with the nursery so far has been amazing. We moved our child from another nursery last year, they handled the transition well given they had only just opened. All the staff are great , plenty of activities done daily with the children, lots of updates for the parents on the app and our son is very happy.

My son loves his nursery. The staff are absolutely fantastic and very helpful. The rooms are always clean and filled with lots of fun things for the children. The kids are always engaged in enjoyable activities. I'm absolutely delighted that he joined this nursery.

We've had a great experience with N Family Hove. Our son is learning new things all the time and you can tell he really enjoys his key workers. They're so creative and always doing fun, stimulating activities! The entire team are great.

The N Family club has made the transition from full time at home to childcare significantly smoother than I anticipated. The staff are all so professional, kind and caring and I am never concerned about my son's care with them. I can't rate them highly enough for the peace of mind they have given us. Aside from the wonderful staff, the space is spectacular - clean, functional, calm, beautiful, and the food is next level.

My daughter started at this nursery a few weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. The staff are incredibly nurturing and kind - you can tell they genuinely care about the children and take the time to make each one feel secure and valued. I have complete trust in them, which means so much as a parent. The nursery itself is beautiful - calm, clean, and thoughtfully set up - and the food is absolutely excellent. It's real, nutritious food that sets such a great example for healthy eating from an early age. Most importantly, I truly trust the team here. They create such a warm and caring environment, and I'm so grateful my daughter is part of it.

I cannot recommend N Family Club Hove highly enough! From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew this was the perfect place for our child. The atmosphere is warm and the staff are simply incredible. Every educator takes the time to know each child individually, celebrating their unique personalities and helping them grow in confidence every single day. The learning environment is outstanding - clean, safe, and full of stimulating activities that spark curiosity and creativity. I've been amazed by how much my little one has learned while still feeling like they're just playing and exploring. The variety and quality of meals and snacks that my child is offered are delightful as well as the coffee and pastries on offer to sleep deprived working parents and carers. It's the personal touches that really stand out. Communication with parents is fantastic. The team keeps us updated daily with photos and progress notes which really helps as to feel connected.

It's hard to put into words just how wonderful this place really is. I have been stressing for months about choosing the right setting for my 15 months old son who needs a little bit more support to help his development. I really needn't worry. All the staff including the educators, front of the house, chefs and management are simply wonderful, kind, professional and supportive. They are all there to help and nothing ever seems to be too big an ask. The place itself is spacious and always clean. And the parents' coffee bar is a fab bonus! We couldn't have chosen a better place for our boy.

We had initially signed up to a different nursery before enrolling with N family and we were unsure if we had made the right decision in cancelling our original choice. Hand on heart we are so glad we chose N family Hove. Our daughter has settled in quickly and its made us feel at ease that when we drop her off/pick up she appears so comfortable around all the staff which is reassuring. The staff are attentive and really pick up on what the children need and what interests them to make them feel comfortable. The selection of meals/ snack on offer have been great too. I have no reservations in recommending N family to others. :-) x

The most amazing experience as first time mums sending our son to N Club Hove. Consistent communication from staff that genuinely care. Our son has settled in perfectly and loves the 2 days a week he attends!

We've been so impressed with the genuine care and attention shown to our daughter at N Family Hove. The staff are experienced, friendly, and clearly dedicated to delivering everything to the highest standard. The facilities are modern and pristine with lovely outdoor spaces and some nice added benefits like the parent café, welcome pack and air-con throughout. Our daughter looks happy and engaged in the regular updates we receive throughout the day, she clearly enjoys her time here and is developing fast. We couldn't be happier with the care she receives at N Family!
