My son is nonverbal and on the spectrum and can sometimes be challenging to constantly care for him. After a difficult experience at his previous nursery, we were understandably nervous. However, Play Pavilion has been a complete game-changer. The staff took the time to truly understand his needs
and challenges, and the difference has been remarkable. The genuine warmth and love they show him is palpable.
We've seen such a leap in his confidence and vocabulary, since he started. Dropping our son off in the morning is a joy now. He runs in without a backward glance because he's so excited to see his teachers. That peace of mind is priceless.

It's a lovely nursery which my son truly enjoys. He had a very difficult time while settling in and staff ensured that he was supported and reassured at all times. I was extremely grateful for Rob's updates and daily feedback during pick up. They have amazing resources for the children and it is
truly stimulating environment for child's development. My son is now flourishing in this nursery and we are beyond happy for their input and brilliant work.

My 3 year old has been going for nearly 6 months. He enjoys it at the nursery, has so much fun, he loves all his teachers and he's made a special bond with. I feel he is safe and secure and never have to worry when he's there that he's in good hands being well looked after. He's managed to make
friends and nursery has advanced his development. Love the pictures of him always doing some activities in the app. Rob, Sam and their excellent team are very supportive and friendly. The nursery is very accommodating and has been flexible with my shifts. My son is very happy and so are we. They are constantly doing activities including being messy and creative such as the christmas cards and calendar etc that he's brought home. We would definitely recommend this nursery and can't thank the staff enough.

Absolutely fabulous pre school, my son has come along leaps and bounds being here. His vocabulary has improved so much from being here as well as his self confidence. The staff are so helpful and amazing with the children. Thank you for everything you've done and doing for him.

My daughter adapted very well to the nursery. At first, it was difficult for her because of the separation, but thanks to the excellent work of the staff at Play Pavilion, she gradually settled in.
She now comes out happy and talks a lot about her day, and she even acts as if she is still in the
nursery when we're at home, which shows me the kind and positive treatment she receives - and that is the most important thing for me.
The facilities are very spacious, and they do many activities that help my daughter learn and develop.

Highly recommend! Within the first few of my initial visit, I knew my daughter would absolutely love The Play Pavilion. I was especially impressed when they spoke about helping build my daughter's confidence - "building a powerhouse," as they put it. That kind of mindset is invaluable these days.
This isn't your typical nursery. Everything is centred around learning through play, with so many opportunities for outdoor exploration in a safe, secure area. Being right next to the rugby club is a huge bonus too, with easy access to open fields and an all-weather MUGA.
The little touches also make a big difference, like children wearing indoor shoes so the environment stays clean and comfortable.
My daughter loves attending The Play Pavilion. She always comes out smiling, and eager to tell me everything she's done that day. It's also wonderful to see male educators thriving in early years teaching it brings such a positive balance and representation.
I couldn't be happier with the care.

Since my son started in September we have noticed a huge improvement with him overall, his vocabulary is getting better, he is starting to become more sociable around people and gets excited when seeing people, he is playing independently alot more.
The staff at play pavilion are always so
welcoming to both my son and us parents, he loves being around them and always enjoy the little chats on pickup to find out how his day has been.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough and everything the staff do to support my little one.

The nursery is more from perfect. The staff is really friendly and they accept our kids like their own family. The place is amazing, clean, have a lot of activities and toys for our kids. It's amazing!

Lovely place, great facilities for play and development with professional staff and great personal approach to the children. Helped a lot to my daughter as many other bilingual kinds she was struggling with the English language and was running away from kids when they were speaking to her in
English. Just in a few months in the nursery she grew over that and became much more independent. I would definitely recommend Play Pavilion. Thank you for the continued support. Keep doing what you're doing, you are great.

10/10 nursery for me. My daughter recently left to go to big school and the work this nursery put in for her to be thriving at school is amazing and we cannot thank them enough. My son is still going to this nursery, he has made some amazing friends and his best days of the week are when he goes to
school he feels like a big boy and is learning so much. I thought potty training would be a nightmare but the nursery were on it and now hes a pro. The staff are just so kind and friendly they have become more family than just nursery staff. I trust them with my children and would be lost without them all. They don't lie when they say they have the biggest and best garden the location they have puts my mind at rest and with my son being an outdoors child he is loving using the outdoor space. Ive always said it but this nursery is a home from home. Thanks to everyone!!

I have twins( boy&girl) I was looking around gravsend for good nursery for over one year but we couldn't find the one me and mother like and we think is good for our kids BUT the day we viewed PAVILION we feel a love this place(building withe and people who works there..)
They are very
professional, very kind to kids and our kids absolutely love it and they have learned and improved alots things while's they going there!
One of my kids need little special need and they so cool with her and support her to get more improved every single days! Thank you PAVILION ANT STAFFS THERE

Play Pavilion is a wonderful new place for kids to learn and grow! The teachers are caring and professional, and the play-based learning approach is fantastic. Plus, the outdoor area is safe and fun. My son love it! Highly recommend for parents looking for a nurturing preschool.

Both my boys absolutely love it here, the staff are all very friendly and caring. The boys settled in straight away when they first started, the boys come home and can't wait to tell us what they have been doing, when I ask them how their day has been they always tell me it was really good. The boys
love being outside and they spend a lot of time outside at the nursery which is great playing sports and getting lots of fresh air. The nursery hours are great and they are open 50 weeks of the year including half terms which has allowed me to start working again too.
My eldest son can be challenging at times and I have really seen a difference in his behaviour at home since he has started, which I think is due to the male presence at nursery. I also really enjoy the updates on the family app for the boys progress and what they have been getting up to.
When I asked what the boys favourite things about nursery are they said
playing football on the astroturf and their friends :)

If I could give 10 stars I would. This is my first experience in brining my daughter to a nursery and Play Pavillion Staff have been amazing and really supportive in helping me to arrange the hours which would be the most suitable for us. Since my daughter started the nursery she has never been
happier. They do so many activities with the kids and take them outdoors. Definitely an amazing place to bring your kids, and the staff is amazing with the kids. Honestly cannot recommend and thank them enough.

Good communication, lovely clean setting with lots of inside and outside space and lots of range of toys. Lots of updates and pictures, easy settling in process. My boy enjoys going and settled in really well.

Since my son started in January he was very shy. He has really come out of his shell and gained alot of confidence around other people and other children.
He is always talking about the teachers and how much fun he has. He is learning new skills everyday he is there.

I am so happy with my son's experience at Play Pavilion. After just one month, I have already noticed a significant improvement in his development. The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, always making sure he feels comfortable and supported.

feedbacks I receive. Every week, they provide me with detailed observations about my son's progress, which gives me great confidence in his learning and well-being. The environment is warm, nurturing, and perfect for his growth.
