My son has been attending Coten End Preschool three days a week since January 2025 and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. From the start, the staff have been incredibly kind, supportive and reassuring. Leaving your child in someone else's care can be scary, but the team always make me
feel confident that he is in the best hands.
Communication is excellent. They keep parents updated through the app and are always quick to respond to messages. Any concerns I've had have been handled promptly and professionally, which is very reassuring.
My son absolutely loves going and has made lots of friends. The preschool also provides lovely extra activities - Rhythm Time on Tuesdays is his favourite. They organise Easter and Christmas meals and stay-and-play sessions for parents too.
I'm so grateful to have found such a trusted, caring preschool. The staff truly go above and beyond.

Since it's my little girl has started at this preschool in September 25 she's come on leaps and bounds her speech has got so much better less use of the dummy. She's now more or less potty trained with Support from the staff. They're also very good at communicating across the preschool app and
keeping us updated on stuff going on within the setting through the app and a Reminders board that is out every morning.
I also do a lot of different things throughout the setting for example making baking items with the children. They have recently updated the outside and got the roof fixed for the benefit of the children. They also have people come in to do sports session and do a music time that is also beneficial as well as a hot dinner cooked for the children within the end throughout lunchtime

Amazing nursery! We're back 5 years later with younger siblings! Staff are so lovely. It's like dropping your kids off to their aunties house! Always very accommodating and helpful through different phases (potty training etc)
