We've been really impressed with N Family Club Camberwell the moment we walked in. The environment is clean, bright, and purpose-built, with thoughtful spaces that support both learning and play.
However, what stands out most are the management and educators. They are warm, attentive, and genuinely
engaged with the children. They took time to get to know our child, made us feel comfortable, and communicated clearly about routines and development. Our son has an allergy, and we've been particularly impressed by the safeguarding processes and how carefully this has been managed.
The N Family Club app is also excellent. It provides a clear daily overview of what they've done, eaten, and how they've slept, along with lovely text, picture, and video updates each day.
Overall, we feel very confident leaving our child here. It's a nurturing, warm environment with strong safety practices, great facilities and fantastic staff.

N Family Club Camberwell is a great nursery to send your child to. They keep us well informed with activities and schedules on top of bringing variety of activities, social events and a true family feel to childcare. All staff members and friendly, helpful and flexible to work around your needs.

The whole team at N Family Camberwell are super- welcoming, warm, friendly and our daughter loves them. Having our child start nursery 3 months ago was a concern as she hadn't spent much time away from us, but the B family team we're incredible with making her (and us) feels settled and comfortable.
Our daughter loves it now and gives us a wave goodbye and heads straight inside to give her key person a hug- she loves them!
The food is also great and gives her a varied diet, and the app is super helpful to keep us updated with what's been going on throughout the day.

I am so pleased my daughter is at N Family Camberwell, it's such a wonderful nursery. She hasn't been there long, yet the staff have made us feel very welcome and made a huge effort for a seamless settling in.
The daily activities are well thought out and encourage development as well as being
fun, and demonstrates the N team's nurturing and caring approach to childcare.
As a parent it's a relief and reassurance to know your child is happy and cared for. N Family Camberwell has surpassed all my expectations and I can't recommend them enough!

My child is just so happy at N Family Club Camberwell which is the biggest complement I can pay. He loves his teachers and the food and the activities and is always full of enthusiasm when he goes there. It has surpassed my expectations.

N Family club has been an amazing nursery in its entirety in welcoming my son into its establishment. From the signing up process to attending to acceptance and day to day services I am extremely impressed with the professionalism as well as the care, love and support they share with my son and my
family. Communication is phenomenal on my sons progress with his daily activities, the updates provided are frequent enough allowing reassurance. My son loves his keyworker and other workers in his room. After settling in days he is showing more happiness in attending nursery without the tears which makes me insanely happy. I enjoy sending my son to N Family Club as they treat my son as their own. I couldn't be happier to have found such an amazing nursery. Keep up the great work you all do. Huge shout out to the reception team (those who greet us at the main entrance) and all those who work in The Bay and have helped out in the room, you are all making our first child's experience a great 1

I can't say enough good things about N Family Camberwell. The team in particular are brilliant - they have really transformed my daughter's separation anxiety. They celebrate her development, are really kind, really fun and give totally brilliant updates (we receive around 20 pics and videos a day
of her having a lovely time). It's obvious my daughter loves them all. The food is amazing, the rooms bright, safe and full of interesting toys. She's in the baby room, but still does loads - lots of time outdoors, trips, lots of art and reading, even yoga. The nursery is ideal for working parents as you feel really informed of all that is going on, questions are answered promptly, the rules they have around sickness etc are sensible and when I had a wobble about returning to work, the team instilled confidence in me that all would be fine. The cost is all inclusive so we haven't had any surprise bills. We are so glad we chose N Family, even though it's further from our home than others.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. From the very beginning, each and every member of staff has been warm and genuinely caring. We feel N Family creates the perfect environment for our child to grow and thrive. Seeing our child so happy, growing in confidence, and excited to go in

We absolutely love this nursery and couldn't be happier with the care our daughter receives. The staff are incredible, so kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. The learning environment is engaging, fun, and well thought out, and it's amazing to see how
much our daughter has grown in confidence and skills since starting here. We feel completely at ease knowing she's in such safe, supportive hands every day. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing and educational setting.

My daughter is so happy to be at N Camberwell: the staff are kind and friendly and the whole team made a huge effort to help her settle in and feel welcome. The activities are great and the children spend lots of time playing in the garden, which is really good for them. My daughter learns something
new every day and comes home saying "I love my new daycare"!

I can't recommend N Family Camberwell enough.
The staff are all exceptionally kind and friendly. The building is bright, welcoming and full of fun activities for the children.
The settling in process for my daughter was really well managed.
There are also so many extra details that set N Family
apart - the coffee bar for parents, the bonus activities, the events, the healthy and varied menu of food.
Most importantly - my daughter is in the hands of experienced and creative carers who look after her needs and provide varied, stimulating activities and games.

My grandchild has been attending the N Family Club nursery in Camberwell since September 2025. In that time, he has shown remarkable progress in every aspect of his educational development - particularly in his vocabulary and numeracy. He is now able to
count to 10 and form complex sentences before the age of two, achievements we attribute to the outstanding care and teaching provided by all the staff, especially the educators in his Jungle Class.
Each day, his educators create a wide variety of engaging and stimulating activities designed to introduce and encourage the children's interest in key areas of learning - from art and technology to numeracy and communication. They foster curiosity, creativity, and social interaction in a warm and supportive environment.

Our daughter hasn't been at the nursery very long but we are already so impressed. She has settled in no time, thanks to the friendly approach of all staff. We are always greeted with a smile when we drop her off and it feels like all staff have taken the time to get to know her and form a
relationship with her in a very short space of time. The learning experiences are good and varied and we enjoy the updates we receive every day showing what she's been up to.

Amazing nursery with a modern age-appropriate approach. All the key workers are kind, sweet and very passionate about teaching. The food they provide for the kids is wonerdful and all home made. Our daughter eats so well there!
Alongside this, rhe aftercare since joining has been fantastic and

Our son started at N Family Camberwell in September and we are so happy with our choice of nursery. We fell in love with it on the open day, and it has truly excelled in every area since. The range of activities is amazing and so creative, it's clear that a lot of thought goes into planning each day
and the learning objectives behind every activity. I love that the children have also enjoyed trips to places like the local library and supermarket, which really help broaden their learning experiences.
Communication is excellent, and the app keeps us fully informed with photos and updates throughout the day. Our son loves going in each morning and has built such lovely bonds with the staff.
The management team are knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly efficient, which gives us great confidence that everything runs smoothly. The transition to N Family was seamless! We're so grateful to the whole team for their care, enthusiasm, and dedication. Thank you again.

Moving our son to N Family Camberwell has been one of the best decisions we've made. He joined in September, and we've been blown away ever since! The team are amazing, so friendly, caring, and passionate about nurturing the children.
The daily activities are brilliant and creative, from arts and
crafts and water play to learning about emotions, numbers, colours etc, celebrating cultural and religious events, and even making smoothies! When our son had his recent birthday, the team made him a fruit "cake," and sang Happy Birthday which was such a thoughtful touch. Sports day was also fantastic!
The staff truly go above and beyond, and our son has flourished in the last 2 months. The app and communication are also fantastic, I see what's planned each morning and get updates and photos later in the day.
It gives me such peace of mind knowing he's so happy and well cared for. He runs off smiling to greet the staff, which says it all. Thank you, N Camberwell, for everything you do.

My son started at N Family Camberwell in September at 16 months...he is always super happy to be there and beams at his key workers and loves going into his room. It is such a testament to the happy, safe environment the team have created there for him and the other children. There's always lots of
lovely, smiling faces to greet him, everyone knows his name. The communication through the app is brilliant too. Lots of updates and you can easily message the educators if you need to ask any questions or let them know when you're dropping off/picking up.

I can't say enough good things about N Family Club Nursery on Wren Road! My son absolutely loves going there, and as a parent, that's the best feeling. Every morning, he's actually excited to head to nursery, which speaks volumes about the nurturing and engaging environment the staff have created.
The team at N Family Club is fantastic. They are warm, caring, and genuinely interested in each child's development. I've seen my son thrive since he started attending. He's become more confident, his social skills have improved, and he's always coming home with new things he's learned.

We are so happy with our choice of N Family Camberwell. Its a very hard decision to choose who to leave your child with- the team at N Family have been super caring and attentive with us, listening to our needs and being open and collaborative. The menu is fantastic so i know our little one is
getting the right nourishment... and the outdoor space is perfect. They have helped us all settle in very quickly and always keep us up to speed on everything going on. The app is a brilliant resource too as is the education and stimulation he gets. Super happy with N Family Camberwell and the great team.
