My Son has been attending BH Bishops Stortford since Summer 2025 and I couldn't be happier with how he has settled.
This is all thanks to the staff who go out of their way to provide a warm, friendly environment.
To me, the nursery has a bit of a family feel to it - the staff welcome every child
and know all their names (even the ones not in their class!).
The nursery is always so clean and does not smell (like some I viewed!!).
The admin team and management are actually responsive. Relevant updates are always posted on the app; parents always feel informed and staff are approachable.
The staff genuinely care about the children and show an interest in their lives and always remember to ask about holidays or events they've attended!
Keyworkers have been responsive to my child's needs and are very patient.
My son has come on leaps and bounds since joining. He has fun but is always learning things too!

My son has been at this nursery since he was 10 months old, and he has been very happy from the very beginning. He truly enjoys going every day and absolutely loves the teachers. We've seen amazing development in him - growing, talking, and walking which makes us so grateful for the care and
support he receives. We've already recommended this nursery to friends and continue to do so. It's a great place, and we're really happy with this nursery. Thank you for your hard work and looking after our son!

Our son attends here and is 18 months old. At first he was a little teary when we left him, but 6 months on he absolutely loves it! The staff are fantastic, very warm and welcoming. The daily/weekly updates give a great insight into our sons development and also provide great tips to assist home
development also. The culinary options available are brilliant and I feel more than content knowing our son is in safe and capable hands! Thank you all for your great work in helping our son grow into this world!

Our little boy settled in so quickly and easily into the nursery which was both a surprise and a relief! He absolutely loves all the activities set up by his key persons as well as the outside space he has to roam around. He's always eaten very well at nursery with All/All+ becoming a regular
occurance. His Key personas are absolutely incredible. Never met a key person we didn't get on with or that our little boy didnt gel with. They have helped him settle so amazingly. We are so grateful for everything they do and all their hard work. You can see just how much they care for the children and how much they love what they do which gives us such great piece of mind. We had our boy on another waiting list for another nursery that's right on our doorstep but since seeing how well he's settled at Bright Horizons, we decided against the move. We've never had any concerns with anything at the nursery. Thanks to all the staff for making it another home from home for our little boy!

If we have ever come across with any issues the nursery has dealt with it in a professional and timely manner.
We have recommended this nursery to many people including friends and family.

Brodie started at Bright Horizons Bishop's Stortford just after turning one, and we've had a really positive experience. The staff are kind, attentive, and clearly care about the children. Brodie settled in quickly and has grown so much in confidence and development since starting. Communication is
great, and the nursery feels welcoming and well run. Couldn't recommend Bright Horizons Bishop's Stortford enough.
The app is great with updates throughout the day and look forward to seeing the photo of what Brodie's been up to and weekly more depth updates of what his been doing.

BH Bishop Stortford is such an amazing nursery, my little girl absolutely loves it here. The management team are so warm and welcoming, as are all the staff. I definitely would recommend this nursery to all my friends in the area! My girl will be gutted when she has to leave to start school!

I have two children at Bright Horizons and I honestly couldn't fault it. The staff are great, helpful and take a real interest into all the children.
I took my kids out of another local nursery and I'm so happy I did as they have come on so much more since being at Bright Horizons.
Staff are
great, food is varied and encouraging them to eat lots of different things and they are always doing lots of activities. My kids absolutely love going there which helps put my mind at ease being a working mum. Thank you

My child loves coming to nursery. I picked them up the other day and they actually pointed back at their nursery room and didn't want to leave.
They have formed really close bonds with their various key workers across the different rooms as they've grown.
The staff genuinely care about the
kids and the managers jump into the various rooms to look after the kids and get to know them better when time allows.
As far as facilities go, it is a brand new purpose built building with everything in mind for the kids. Air conditioning for hot summers, accessibility features, dedicated spaces for various activities and varying room setups depending on their age and development. You couldn't really ask for more from a building hosting young children. The nursery is spotless every morning, even with so many kids tearing around the place all day.
In terms of small niggles they mainly relate to the app which isn't a dealbreaker. I highly recommend this nursery.

My little girl has been attending Bright Horizons Bishop's Stortford for just over a month now, and I am so pleased with the experience so far. The staff are welcoming, caring, and take the time to get to know each child, which has really helped her settle in.
She's already grown in confidence, and
it's reassuring to see how happy and comfortable she is when I drop her off. Communication from the team has been clear and helpful, and I feel confident knowing she's being well looked after. A lovely nursery environment and a great start to her early years.

My daughter began at BH Bishops Stortford last August. It took her a while to settle as we always expected- and that's down to her temperament, but the change that we see in her now is absolutely phenomenal. She is so incredibly happy to go there each day, has made new friends, we can clearly see
she has made attachments with the staff, she is eating new foods and comes home having learned new things every day. The setting is clean and bright and the staff are just lovely. We couldn't be happier with our choice- you place your trust in strangers when leaving such a young child somewhere without you.

I had my little boy starting nursery last September, when he was just 1 years old, never been with strangers before
I was very nervous
but here at Bright Horizons we found a second family ! They made the transition so smooth for us. And now I cannot think of a better place where I would leave my
boy when I'm at work! He's so happy there, learning new skills everyday and so well looked after (i just wish I could afford to have him there everyday). Is a 10/10 for me!

My little one attends Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford and she absolutely loves it.
The nursery is purpose built which we liked in comparison to many of the other nurseries in the area, the food provided is fantastic and I am constantly kept up to date on the app which has really helped during
the settling in period and the early days at the nursery.
The staff are friendly and always happy to see my daughter, even first thing in the morning!
The process for joining was very easy online.
I have recommended the nursery to all my family and friends!

My little boy transitioned from another nursery to Bright Horizons. At first he was shy and nervous, but within a short time he had fully settled and was happy to go to nursery! The teachers really helped support him with a smooth transition.
We love the environment, garden, healthy food menu and
flexibility with drop off and pick up.
Highly recommend Bright Horizons nursery.

Since my son joined Bright horizons Nursery he has come on leaps and bounds! The staff at the nursery have helped him come on so much with independent play, learning & his development in general. He is always smiling and happy to go into his room which as a parent is so important. The app that
provides updates on his day is brilliant and I love seeing and hearing about what he is up to. The food menu is great and he has lots of different nutrient rich foods which he always enjoys thoroughly. The staff have made the transition for me and him seamless and I look forward to seeing how he continues to progress. The facilities are lovely and clean, rooms are bright and the equipment for them to play with is also brilliant.

Since my son started nursery here, as always the journey is difficult for new starters, it started off scary, but very quickly turned into his favourite place. Credit is due to the staff here; they all want to be there, with early morning and late evening happy faces. Skills and speech have come
along massively in months. The nursery is always clean which makes a huge difference in the childcare world.

The staff at Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford Day Nursery and Preschool have helped my little girl settle into nursery so well, they make her feel so at home. I was very worried, at first, about leaving my child but the staff made me feel so at ease, keeping me up to date throughout the day with
how she gets on. She has learned so much in such a short time, a massive thank you to her key worker.
