My little one attends Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford and she absolutely loves it. The nursery is purpose built which we liked in comparison to many of the other nurseries in the area, the food provided is fantastic and I am constantly kept up to date on the app which has really helped during the settling in period and the early days at the nursery. The staff are friendly and always happy to see my daughter, even first thing in the morning! The process for joining was very easy online. I have recommended the nursery to all my family and friends!

My little boy transitioned from another nursery to Bright Horizons. At first he was shy and nervous, but within a short time he had fully settled and was happy to go to nursery! The teachers really helped support him with a smooth transition. We love the environment, garden, healthy food menu and flexibility with drop off and pick up. Highly recommend Bright Horizons nursery.

Since my son joined Bright horizons Nursery he has come on leaps and bounds! The staff at the nursery have helped him come on so much with independent play, learning & his development in general. He is always smiling and happy to go into his room which as a parent is so important. The app that provides updates on his day is brilliant and I love seeing and hearing about what he is up to. The food menu is great and he has lots of different nutrient rich foods which he always enjoys thoroughly. The staff have made the transition for me and him seamless and I look forward to seeing how he continues to progress. The facilities are lovely and clean, rooms are bright and the equipment for them to play with is also brilliant.

My daughter has been attending Bishop's Stortford Bright Horizons for just over a month and the improvement in her confidence is massive! She loves her time at nursery and has really settled in, the developmental improvements are very obvious too. Thank you for being so wonderful with my nerves and taking such good care of my daughter!

Since my son started nursery here, as always the journey is difficult for new starters, it started off scary, but very quickly turned into his favourite place. Credit is due to the staff here; they all want to be there, with early morning and late evening happy faces. Skills and speech have come along massively in months. The nursery is always clean which makes a huge difference in the childcare world.

My child has attended the nursery since opening their doors in August 2024. The nursery is stunning and purpose-built, couldn't recommend the whole team/nursery more! My little one absolutely loves it - thank you.

The staff at Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford Day Nursery and Preschool have helped my little girl settle into nursery so well, they make her feel so at home. I was very worried, at first, about leaving my child but the staff made me feel so at ease, keeping me up to date throughout the day with how she gets on. She has learned so much in such a short time, a massive thank you to her key worker. Thank you for being a fab nursery, highly recommend.

My little boy has settled in amazingly at the nursery. The staff are lovely and made the whole transition so easy for us all. He isn't full-time so I thought maybe he would struggle adjusting but he seems to love his days there. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We have noticed some developmental improvements already in the short time he has been attending. The app is great for keeping me updated on what he is eating and when he is sleeping. I love the pictures we get. Would love more of them but the fact they even manage to send anything whilst looking after so many kids is great.

All the staff have been amazing and have really helped my child settle in at the nursery. My child loves it at Bright Horizons Bishops Stortford Day Nursery and Preschool and always comes home happy. His speech has also developed a lot since starting.

Our little boy has settled in lovely at nursery, the staff are very friendly and attentive which has made our son enjoy it even more. He seems very content and settled. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My child settled into the nursery quite quickly and is enjoying their time there. All the ladies in the baby room have been lovely especially one particular staff member who made transitioning a lot easier. I was quite anxious placing my child at nursery but I feel far more comfortable now and I think they're doing a great job. My child comes home everyday having learnt new words and skills, so we're very happy with our nursery choice.
