Roots & Wings and the entire team have been absolutely amazing with my daughter for the 2 years that she attended. They always made sure my daughter was comfortable, cared for, safe, and put her well being as the priority. My daughter really came out of her shell and started to communicate more and
more after attending the nursery and making friends. The team were excellent at providing support where necessary to our daughter and reassuring us as parents; daily updates via the app were amazing and really did help give us the peace of mind that our daughter was in great hands. They also catered for our daughter's dietary requirements and went above and beyond.
We only left the nursery due to leaving the area and we so wish that we could have taken the nursery with us!!
Would highly recommend Roots & Wings for their excellent team and exceptional care that they provide.

We have only joined this nursery recently and already it has been such a breath of fresh air!
Sally and her whole team have been so friendly, welcoming and accommodating to our families needs.
Our children have really enjoyed coming and it's been so lovely to see how happy and engaged they
are through pictures and videos on the family communication app.
The setting feels like such a nurturing environment and very clean with plenty of space for children to thrive. We have 3 children close in age (including twins), with one of our children being impacted by noise and fast-paced environments. This was picked up on straight away, and she has now been placed in a quieter room to enable her to grow in confidence and move at her own pace.
We can't thank everyone at Roots and Wings enough and are very happy we made the change.

My little on has attended Roots & Wings for over 2 years now and he looks forward to each day that he attends which speaks volumes. Staff are friendly and informative on my child's day and incorporate his interests in the activities they do with him. My son has flourished during his time at this
nursery and I know he is taken good care of.

My child absolutely loved his time in Roots and Wings. He started attending there around 2 years ago after his old nursery suddenly closed down without warning. We were devastated at the time, but looking back, it was the best thing that could have happened! Sally was warm and friendly from the
start. She welcomed my child with open arms and he settled in straight away. He loved the setting- there was so much to do/play with. The staff were all so friendly and my child considered them all to be family. The food he had was always delicious and home made by the cook. The outdoor area was his favourite!
Although my child has now moved on to full time school, he misses Roots and Wings so much and each time we drive past, he says he wants to go back!

Roots and Wings is an amazing nursery and by far the best in the area! My little girls started there when she was 7 months old and Sally and the team took the worry of leaving her to go back to work away from the moment I met them! The care the staff give the children is second to none, nothing is
ever too much and they always go above and beyond. The children are given ample opportunities and are always learning and developing.
The meals the children receive are incredible and they are always trying new things.
The do amazing theme days, Christmas concerts and are always sending pictures to keep you up to date with what the children are doing.
My little girl started school in September and was devastated to leave them as they are more like a family than a nursery. I wouldn't recommend anyone else and wouldn't put the care of my child in anyone else's hands!

Our son has been attending Roots and Wings since July 2023, the staff and owner have been great with him and have always been on hand if we have needed to speak to them. When you son runs into nursery without looking back you know you have found a nursery that he loves to go to and feels safe and

What a wonderful nursery. My daughter was there for two years and it brought her on leaps and bounds. The staff are excellent nothing it too much for them and the food is top notch. Even now she still talks about it and misses everyone dearly. It's a place that makes wonderful memories with children
and put theirs needs first. We miss everyone dearly it was like a second family. Highly recommend to everyone

I could not be happier with the care my daughter received for the 2.5 years that she attended Roots and Wings. She made so much progress within all areas of development including Welsh Language skills, and she absolutely loved being there. She had several food allergies and the staff were so
supportive in helping us pinpoint foods that were causing her issues, even keeping a food diary with us to show her paediatrician. They were so thorough and caring and never made anything feel like a burden. During a turbulent period where my dad was on life support in hospital, they were so accommodating when I needed last minute childcare - this meant so much to our family. When it was time for my daughter to move on and start nursery school it felt like she was leaving her family - she still asks to go back 4 months later. I can't thank everyone at Roots and Wings enough for everything they did for us.

Our little boy has been with the nursery 6 months now, and our daughter attended the nursery right up until she had to go to school. I can not speak highly enough of this nursery, they go above and beyond and are like no other.
Nothing is ever too much to ask. All of the staff are friendly and
approachable, and are like family to our little one.
Due to a severe food allergy within my family my child has specific dietary requirements. I have had so much assurance from the nursery in line with this and I feel very comfortable and satisfied with them and forever thankful. Their food also looks amazing and my little one eats everything!! My daughter attends still during holiday club and will often ask to go instead of school. She has the best time and has enjoyed every day she has been there. I can not speak highly enough of Roots and Wings and would recommend the nursery to everyone.

Amazing nursery by far !
I've got two children and I've chosen this one for my second child because of all the positive and lovely comments and I prefer Root & wings !
The staff are so friendly and kind. keep you updated throughout the day on how your child is getting on. Eg. Eating , napping
changing and sleep times.
Very clean and tidy and quite a reasonable sized nursery too.
Keep up the good work ! Definitely recommend!

Brilliant nursery, my son absolutely loves going. No tears at the door, he runs straight in without stopping to say goodbye. Consistent staff which he knows and is comfortable with. Healthy meals and snacks offered. Regular updates and photos on the app give me the reassurance he is happy. They
spend a lot of time outside in the garden or on a walk. Staff are friendly, approachable and easily contactable. He started at 8 months and was so comfortable he would shout his named worker from his cot at home instead of mum.

Roots and Wings as done wonders for my Son!
Since being in the Nursery, he's come along in leaps and bounds. The Staff are friendly and so supportive of my child.
They are responsive, and some what I've seen in the photos, the kids are constantly having interaction and most of all fun!
Also,
food from what is shown in the pictures is top notch, to the point where the children eat better than the parents

My daughter started at roots and wings just after the Easter holidays: I was very worried about her going into a nursery as she's my first child. She absolutely adores going there 3 times a week! Every morning she wakes up she asks to go to school. The staff are the most wonderful people and the
communication between staff and parents is amazing. Not had any issues or complaints. My daughter goes in and comes back out extremely happy and as a parent I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend 10/10 from us!

My son started at this nursery in April of this year! I had your usual stresses about leaving him in nursery whilst I went back to work. My partner and I had a full walk around the nursery before our son started and it felt very homely straight away! All the staff and the owner made us all welcome
and put us at ease! Since my child had been with roots and wings he has done many activities and tried lots of lovely new food! The staff record everything on an app which you can check anytime, with plenty of pictures! Couldn't recommend this nursery more! Thank you so much to everyone!

Our child has been attending Roots and Wings since April 2023 and we couldn't be happier. I think the best recommendation I can give is how excited she is to come every morning. The relationships between staff and children are lovely to see and the support all members of the team give is
exceptional. They support holistic development of every child and go above and beyond to meet individual needs. The setting itself is beautifully maintained and communication is fantastic. I highly recommend Roots and Wings, and am so happy they are able to provide an after school place for her next year as I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Roots and wings is an exceptional nursery. The level of care and attention they provide is second to none, and I am always confident leaving my child with them. My daughter has been attending from 9 months and is now 2- the way she chatters to herself at home tells me all I need to know about how
she is treated at nursery - she calls herself Goldilocks, calls me "my dear", and says things like "good choice!" and "Well done you!" to herself. She is excited and confident about going to nursery, and all staff are lovely and attentive, and update the app regularly during their day, for peace of mind. The nursery itself is spacious, modern and clean. Can't recommend enough, my second child will be attending from 9 months also.
