On the 5th September my little girl was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Meithrinfa Liliwenfach have been amazing, supporting the whole family. Take my 5 year old daughter to school and picking her up, she has been there attending for the passed 5 years.
They even asked if we needed support with our
3 week old at the time. I was unsure if she could attended Liliwenfach as she had just been diagnosed, but that was not a problem at all for them. They did diabetes training, so she could go back to ysgol bach to play with her friends, learn and have fun!! They are all apart of our family. Want to say Diolch yn fawr iawn i chi gyd!!!

My two boys have been here for over 4 years now and over that time the staff have become our family. Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make sure my boys are happy and well cared for. Both buildings are fabulous and offer such a wide variety of care for every child, as well as the
spacious gardens! With both my boys being non verbal autistic, I was worried if they would bond with the staff and if the staff would be able to recognise their needs and wants but I can hand on heart say they have looked after my boys as if they were their own which I will eternally be grateful for. We couldn't recommend Meithrinfa Liliwenfach Nursery anymore to new parents looking to have their child in a nursery that feels like sending them to family.

Our boys have been going to this nursery for years and I couldn't give them a high enough rating. They have been flexible and amazing with my twins as they are additional needs. They have had so much support with their learning and development. Lilliwen fach is a nurturing, safe and welcoming
environment and I couldn't thank them enough. Definitely the best nursery in Carmarthen!

Highly recommend. Nothing is ever too much trouble. My son has been attending since he was 1 and loves the setting and the staff. He actually asks to go there everyday after school instead of us picking him up. He's also made friends for life

We are so incredibly grateful for Meithrinfa Liliwenfach. From day one, we have felt reassured, supported, and welcomed. My youngest, who is 3, absolutely loves attending, and our older daughter also enjoys going whenever she attends. Seeing them both so happy, confident, and settled means
everything to us as parents.
The communication is excellent, and the app keeps us fully updated with daily activities, progress, and special moments, which gives us real peace of mind and helps us feel part of their day. The variety of learning experiences is fantastic, with creative, engaging activities thoughtfully planned. School pick-ups are also a huge support for busy families.
Being a family-run nursery truly shines through. Every member of staff is genuinely happy to help and clearly passionate about their roles. They consistently go above and beyond because they truly care. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my children love coming here and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They also do early morning starts, which is absolutely essential for me to be able to get to work. The pictures and the updates they send day to day are great too, keeps me in the know how of
they're day to day activities. The meals are nutritious, which means I don't have to worry about pack lunches every day. Would definitely recommend this nursery.

Great nursery, we viewed around 15 when looking and we were put immediately at ease. Our little one loves attending and gets excited when she arrives. The staff are caring and considerate and nothing is too much. Our little one has come on leaps and bounds since attending, full of words and singing
lots of nursery rhymes. They respond almost immediately when sending questions and were so reassuring when discussing naps and routine. Our little one has even been more adventurous with food. We honestly couldn't recommend them enough.

Choosing this nursery for our son has been one of the best decisions we've made. He genuinely loves going and walks straight in every morning without hesitation, which says everything about how happy and secure he feels.
The variety of activities is fantastic, including swimming, and we love being
able to see his day through the app. It keeps us involved and reassured.
The staff are caring, patient, and truly invested in each child. Our son attends four full days a week, and we've seen a huge boost in his confidence and speech.
With another baby on the way, we wouldn't consider anywhere else.

My daughter has been going to Liliwenfach in Cwmffrwd since Sept 2025 and she absolutely loves going there. The staff are all so friendly and caring and do so much with her I can't fault the care that she has with them. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a nursery for their child.

Our experience with this nursery has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first visit, we knew it was somewhere special. The environment is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up to encourage creativity, confidence, and curiosity in every child. The staff are genuinely caring and take the
time to build meaningful relationships not only with the children but with parents too.
One of the things that has stood out most for us is how incredibly supportive they've been with our child's dietary needs. Managing food requirements can sometimes feel stressful as a parent, but the team handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism. They took the time to understand specific requirements, made thoughtful adjustments without hesitation, and always kept us informed. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing our child was safe and well looked after. My grandchildren have been going to this nursery for the past 10 years. 4 of my grandchildren have attended. The staff are absolutely brilliant. When I have gone to pick up children or drop off, communication is great. They inform you of what's happened. How they play. Good communication on the app,
and daily there is pictures of the activities they do. Children are also happy to go there.

The manager went above and beyond when I needed childcare for my son at short notice, they sorted it out within a couple of days, which I'll be forever grateful for them. The staff are fantastic and my son loves attending the nursery, they are always happy and very welcoming, and the communication
between the staff and myself is great. I would highly recommend Liliwen Fach nursery to anyone xx

We honestly couldn't be happier with this nursery. From the moment the door opens, you are greeted by such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are absolutely wonderful - kind, nurturing, and genuinely caring. They truly go above and beyond every single day.
Nothing is ever too much trouble.
All staff are always approachable, accommodating, and happy to help with anything, big or small. They take the time to listen and make you feel completely at ease, which means so much as a parent.
Most importantly, they treat my two boys as if they were their own. Knowing they are cared for, supported, and loved in such a safe and happy environment gives me complete peace of mind. We are so grateful to have found such a special nursery for our children.

Small Family run nursery that make the child feel cared for. Friendly staff and a very large premises which allows plenty of space for children to run around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Liliwenfach as they are an excellent nursery.

We couldn't be happier with the care our three-year-old son receives at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring, which has made such a difference to both him and us as parents.
The team creates a nurturing, safe, and stimulating
environment where the children are encouraged to learn through play, build confidence, and develop socially at their own pace. Our son absolutely loves going in each day, and it's so reassuring to see how happy, settled, and excited he is when he talks about his day.
Communication with parents is excellent, and it's clear how much thought and effort goes into supporting each child as an individual. The staff truly go above and beyond, and their warmth and dedication shine through in everything they do.
We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery and are so grateful for the love, care, and attention they give our son. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any parent.

My 2 year old daughter almost runs through the door on drop off. She absolutely loves her time here. Her experience has been so lovely. The regular updates also have been incredibly handy to have that little insight in to her activities. She's also loving sharing her little artwork too that she
brings home on occasions. From a parental point of view I couldn't be happier with the way she's adapted and is valued by the team in Liliwenfach Carmathen.
My only slight issue is on collection she's sometimes not ready. I.E no coat, shoes and/or socks on. It's not a massive concern but over the winter months it was a little frustrating trying to keep her warm getting to the car. That being said since it was mentioned they've done really well at rectifying this. Which I'm very happy for.

Amazing nursery! My boy has been going now just over 1 year and loves it, walks through the door and says bye to me. They are great and update you on the app. They take them on trips out in the summer, too. The girls are lovely

My son has attended nursery for the past 4 years since he was 10 months old and my daughter has just started at 12 months old. The staff are amazing. My son has always really enjoyed his time at nursery, and he's built such lovely relationships with everyone there. He genuinely loves the staff, and
it's always been clear how much they care about him too.
Knowing he's so happy and well looked after has made it so much easier for me to leave him each day - there's real peace of mind in seeing your child run through the door with a smile. Now that my daughter has started, I already feel the same sense of reassurance. The team is warm, patient, and truly brilliant at what they do.
I honestly couldn't ask for a better place for my children to grow, learn, and be cared for, and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a safe, happy, and nurturing environment.

We have had a lovely experience here so far, our child really likes attending, enjoys the variety of activities during the day. He enjoys the meals they provide. The nursery is a safe and happy environment and it's definitely made a difference to my son's learning /growth.
